Abstract

Bobina de encendido con configuración de posicionamiento en abertura para terminal del lado de la torre. Un terminal (29) de espiga de alta tensión es situado en posición de manera exacta dentro de una abertura de soporte (28) durante el procedimiento de fabricación, mediante al menos un saliente (32, 33) dirigido hacia dentro para evitar problemas de montaje provocados por el dimensionamiento de toda la abertura (28) para situar el terminal (29) con suficiente precisión. Al mejorarse así la concentricidad de los componentes de la bobina de alta tensión resulta posible conseguir un aislamiento más fiable entre los componentes incluso en bobinas (10) de tamaño relativamente pequeño utilizadas para. colocarlas en pozos individuales de la bujía de encendido de un motor. Se ha descrito un margen especialmente ventajoso de parámetros críticos que pueden conseguirse mediante el uso de este procedimiento de fabricación más fiable.
