Abstract

Procedimiento de síntesis de péptidos en fase sólida (SPFS), por estrategia lineal o convergentes de péptidos que contengan la secuencia de fórmula general I, en donde n, Y, X y A{sub, 1} a A{sub, n} tiene los significados indicados en la fórmula I. Dicho procedimiento comprende: la utilización de aminoácidos con el grupo N{al} protegido, proteger las cadenas laterales de aquellos aminoácidos que tengan la misma alquilada o acilada en el producto final con protectores lábiles, proteger las cadenas laterales de al menos uno de los aminoácidos que tenga la misma libre en el producto final con protectores hiperlábiles y utilizar un soporte polimérico que proporciona enlaces péptido- resina lábiles. Dicho procedimiento es válido para la síntesis de goserelina y de buserelina.
