EL AZUFRE DEL CONCENTRADO ES TRANSFERIDO Y MANTENIDO EN LA ESCORIA CONTROLANDO LA COMPOSICION DE LA ESCORIA Y LA TEMPERATURA, DEL GRADO DE MEZCLA DE LA ESCORIA CON EL BAÑO POR UN GAS INERTE Y EL NIVEL DE ALUMINIO EN EL BAÑO. EL ALCANCE DEL DESULFURAMIENTO DE LA ESCORIA, EL PESO DE LA ESCORIA Y LA ESPECIFICACION DEL AZUFRE DE ACERO DETERMINAN LA CANTIDAD DE CONCENTRADO QUE PUEDE SER AÑADIDO AL BAÑO.
