Abstract

Se describen un procedimiento, una máquina tricotosa y platinas (1, 2) para la fabricación de géneros de punto de felpa. El procedimiento se caracteriza porque son preformados rizos de hilo de fondo y de hilo de felpa (48, 54) en bordes de platina seleccionados y antes de la formación de mallas son transferidos, mediante simple deslizamiento de las platinas (1, 2), desde dichos bordes de platina a otros bordes de platina preseleccionados. La máquina tricotosa comprende primeras y segundas platinas (1, 2), presentando las segundas platinas (2) superficies inclinadas (15). Estas sirven para actuar, durante la transferencia de los rizos de hilo de fondo (48) mediante retroceso de las primeras platinas (1) y simultánea avance de las segundas platinas (2), sobre los rizos de hilo de fondo (48) para que éstos resulten encerrados con seguridad en las ranuras de las primeras platinas (1) durante el nuevo avance de éstas. La invención encuentra aplicación en la industria textil, particularmente en la fabricación de máquinas tricotosas.
