LA FASE MAS PERJUDICIAL QUE SE PRESENTA EN LA MICROESTRUCTURA ES LA FASE BETA DE TIPO AL 5 FESI, POR SU FORMA DE LAMINILLA. LA PRESENTE INVENCION OFRECE UN METODO DE PRODUCCION DE ALEACIONES DE AL CON HIERRO, LIBRES DE LA FASE BETA EN FORMA DE LAMINILLA, GRACIAS AL CONTROL Y REGULACION DEL TRANSCURSO DE LA PRECIPITACION DURANTE LA SOLIDIFICACION, DE MODO QUE LA PRECIPITACION DE LAS FASES INTERMETALICAS QUE CONTIENEN FE COMIENCE CON LA PRECIPITACION DE LA FASE HEXAGONAL DE TIPO AL 8 FE 2 SI.
