UN PROCEDIMIENTO MEJORADO, APLICABLE INDUSTRIALMENTE, PARA FORMAR UNA PELICULA DE OXIDO, POR CONVERSION DE COBALTO, QUE ES RESISTENTE A LA CORROSION Y PERMITE UNA BUENA ADHESION DE LAS PINTURAS SOBRE UN SUSTRATO DE ALUMINIO O DE ALEACION DE ALUMINIO, PARA UTILIZACION EN LA INDUSTRIA AERONAUTICA/ESPACIAL (POR EJEMPLO, PARA ELEMENTOS DE AVIONES COMERCIALES FABRICADOS EN ALUMINIO O ALEACION DE ALUMINIO). DICHO PROCEDIMIENTO COMPRENDE LAS FASES DE: (A) PROPORCIONAR UNA SOLUCION DE COBALTO, CAPAZ DE FORMAR POR CONVERSION UNA PELICULA DE OXIDO, QUE COMPRENDE UNA SOLUCION DE REACCION ACUOSA, PREPARADA HACIENDO REACCIONAR LOS SIGUIENTES MATERIALES DE PARTIDA: (1) UNA SAL DE COBALTO (II); (2) UNA SAL DE AMONIO; (3) UNO O MAS AGENTES COMPLEJANTES INORGANICOS, SELECCIONADOS ENTRE UN CARBOXILATO METALICO SOLUBLE, UN NITRITO METALICO SOLUBLE, O AMONIACO; (4) UNA AMINA HIDROSOLUBLE; Y (5) UN AGENTE OXIDANTE; Y (B) PONER EN CONTACTO EL SUSTRATO CON LA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE REACCION, DURANTE UN PERIODO DE TIEMPO SUFICIENTE PARA OXIDAR LA SUPERFICIE DEL SUSTRATO, FORMANDOSE POR TANTO LA PELICULA DE OXIDO POR CONVERSION DEL COBALTO, PROPORCIONANDO ASI AL SUSTRATO PROPIEDADES DE RESISTENCIA A LA CORROSION Y BUENA ADHERENCIA DE LAS PINTURAS.
