EL HIDROLIZADO DE PROTEINA DE SOJA CON UN BAJO CONTENIDO EN GLICININA SE OBTIENE PERMITIENDO QUE UNA ENZIMA PROTEOLITICA ACTUE SOBRE LA PROTEINA DE SOJA PARA DESCOMPONER SELECTIVAMENTE LA GLICININA DE LA PROTEINA DE SOJA.
