LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA SUPERVISION DE DESGASTE DE UNA CADENA DE CONTROL DE MOTOR Y UN EQUIPO DE DIAGNOSIS PARA ELLO. PARA DETERMINAR UN DESGASTE NO ADMISIBLE DE LA CADENA DE CONTROL EN TIEMPO CORRECTO, ES DECIR DE FORMA CORRECTA DURANTE LA OPERACION DE LA MAQUINA Y CON UN COSTE LO MAS REDUCIDO POSIBLE, SE PROPONE QUE EN LA OPERACION DEL MOTOR SE COMPARE LA SITUACION DE FASE RELATIVA DE LA SEÑAL DE DOS SENSORES INTEGRADOS EN EL MOTOR DE BORDE PROPIO, QUE REGISTRAN UNO CON RESPECTO A OTRO MEDICIONES CORRESPONDIENTES A RUEDAS DE CADENA DIFERENTES SEGUN LA POSICION ANGULAR, QUE SE ENCUENTRA SEGUN ACCIONAMIENTO DE CADENA DE CONTROL CON RUEDAS DE CADENA DIFERENTES Y COMPARANDOSE CON UN VALOR TEORICO PREVIAMENTE DADO, A CONTINUACION EN CASO DE DESVIACION DEL VALOR DE SITUACION DE FASE REAL ACTUAL CON RESPECTO A LA DISPOSICION NO ADMISIBLE DE LA CADENA DE CONTROL SE CEDE UNA SEÑAL. EL EQUIPO DE DIAGNOSIS MANTIENE JUNTO A LOS SENSORES UN EQUIPO DE ELABORACION DE SEÑAL, QUE JUNTO A UNA RECEPCION DE SEÑAL POSEE UN REGISTRO DE LA SITUACION DE FASE DE LA SEÑAL DE SENSOR RECIBIDA CON RESPECTO A LA COMPARACION DE VALOR TEORICO DE LA SITUACION DE FASE ASI COMO UN TRANSMISOR DE SEÑAL, QUE EN CASO DE DESVIACION DE FASE CON RESPECTO AL VALOR TEORICO PREVIAMENTE DADO EMITE UNA SEÑAL DE ACUERDO CON EL ALARGAMIENTO DE LA CADENA DE CONTROL.
