LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN DISCO (10) DE VALVULA DE CORREDERA REFRIGERADO QUE DISPONE DE UN CANAL DE REFRIGERACION A TRAVES DEL CUAL FLUYE UN REFRIGERANTE. A AMBOS LADOS DEL DISCO DE VALVULA DE CORREDERA ESTAN RECUBIERTOS CON UN MATERIAL AISLANTE TERMICO. ESTE TIPO DE DISCO DE VALVULA DE CORREDERA ES PROBLEMATICO TENIENDO EN CUENTA QUE LA ELABORACION DE CANALES DE REFRIGERACION ES LABORIOSA Y CARA. EL OBJETIVO DE LA INVENCION, SIN EMBARGO, ES REDISEÑAR UN DISCO DE VALVULA DE CORREDERA REFRIGERADO DE TAL MODO QUE PUEDA SER ELABORADO DE FORMA SIMPLE Y ECONOMICA. UNA SOLUCION ES QUE PARTE DEL DISCO DE LA VALVULA DE CORREDERA DELIMITADO POR LA ESTANQUEIDAD SE FORME MEDIANTE UN ARROLLAMIENTO DE TUBO EN FORMA DE DOBLE ESPIRAL EN EL PLANO DEL DISCO, DEFINIENDO ASI EL CANAL DE REFRIGERACION. DE FORMA ALTERNATIVA, UNA DISPOSICION RANURADA DE DOBLE ESPIRAL SE FORMA EN EL DISCO BASE Y SE CIERRA MEDIANTE UN DISCO DE COBERTURA FIJO A PRESION.
