EN EL INDICADO PROCESO SE CONSIGUE UNA SUPERFICIE DE FUNDICION OPTIMA Y UNA CALIDAD INTERNA CON MINIMO ESPESOR DE CONGELACION PREDETERMINADO ASI COMO UNA CAPACIDAD DE PLANTA, CONSIGUIENDOSE DE ESTA FORMA UNA COMPLEJIDAD MINIMA DE MATERIAL ENROLLADO, MEDIANTE LA COMBINACION OPTIMA DE LOS ELEMENTOS TAL COMO SIGUE: ENROLLADO DEL METAL FUNDIDO EN EL AREA DE GUIA DE FUNDICION (SEGMENTO 0), MOLDEADO DE LINGOTE ENCORVADO CON UNA AREA DE SECCION TRANSVERSAL QUE SE INCREMENTA DESDE LA ENTRADA A LA SALIDA, PLATAFORMA DE ELEVACION ACCIONADA HIDRAULICAMENTE, POLVOS DE FUNDICION Y SU SUMINISTRO CORRESPONDIENTE, DESCARGA DE INMERSION CON SECCION TRANSVERSAL DE FLUJO ESPECIFICO.
