UN METODO Y APARATO MEJORADOS PARA EL TRATAMIENTO TERMICO DE COLADAS METALICAS CON NUCLEOS DE ARENA QUE PREVE LA RETIRADA DEL NUCLEO DE ARENA Y LA RECUPERACION DEL MATERIAL DE NUCLEO DE ARENA PARA REUTILIZARLO. EL METODO Y EL APARATO ELIMINAN LA NECESIDAD DE RETIRAR EL NUCLEO DE ARENA DE LA COLADA ANTES DEL TRATAMIENTO TERMICO CON LO QUE SE ELIMINA EL TRABAJO, GASTO Y POSIBLES DAÑOS A LA COLADA QUE SOLIAN OCURRIR EN LAS TECNICAS DE RETIRADA DE NUCLEOS CONVENCIONALES TALES COMO EL CINCELAMIENTO Y LA AGITACION. EL METODO CONSISTE EN CALENTAR LA COLADA CON EL NUCLEO DE ARENA DENTRO A UNA TEMPERATURA SUFICIENTE COMO PARA QUEMAR COMPLETAMENTE EL COMPONENTE AGLUTINANTE DEL NUCLEO DE ARENA. A CONTINUACION SE EXTINGUE DE LA COLADA LA ARENA QUE COMPRENDE EL NUCLEO DE ARENA A BASE DE DIRIGIR UNA CORRIENTE DE AIRE SOBRE LA PIEZA DE TRABAJO. LA ARENA ASI DESALOJADA SE RECOGE ENTONCES PARA VOLVERLA A UTILIZAR.
