SE DESCRIBE UN METODO DEL TIPO DE GRANULACION EN PROCESO DE FUNDICION PARA LA PRODUCCION DE PILDORAS (ESFERAS) QUE CONTIENEN UNA SUSTANCIA ACTIVA TERAPEUTICAMENTE DEL TIPO DE ALTA DOSIFICACION. EL METODO SE CARACTERIZA PORQUE: (I) SE ELABORA MECANICAMENTE UNA MEZCLA QUE CONTIENE (A) LA SUSTANCIA ACTIVA EN FORMA COHESIVA Y (B) UN AGLOMERANTE (PUNTO DE FUSION 40 100 ON DEL AGLOMERANTE Y LLEGAR A CONSEGUIR LA FORMA ESFERICA DE LAS PILDORAS SOBREHUMEDECIDAS; (II) A CONTINUACION SE AÑADE SUSTANCIA COHESIVA, MIENTRAS SE MANTIENE LA ELABORACION MECANICA; MEDIANTE LA INTERRUPCION DE LA ELABORACION MECANICA Y EL SUMINISTRO DE ENERGIA Y SUSTANCIA COHESIVA CUANDO SE HA CONSEGUIDO EL TAMAÑO DE PARTICULA MEDIA DE LAS PILDORAS SECAS (ESFERAS); Y (IV) ELIMINACION DE LAS PARTICULAS MAS GRANDES Y MAS PEQUEÑAS Y DIVISION DE LAS PILDORAS QUE PERMANECEN EN LOTES DE DOSIFICACION.
