CON ESTE MOTIVO SE CONTROLA EL SUMINISTRO DEL MATERIAL DE PARTIDA Y/O LA TOMA DE LA MASA DE CHOCOLATE CONCHADA, O SEA, SE MIDE, CONCRETAMENTE MEDIANTE EL PESAJE. SEGUN LA MEDIDA DE LOS VALORES DE MEDIDA SE CONTROLA EL SUMINISTRO O LA EXTRACCION, CONCRETAMENTE DEBIDO AL CAMBIO DE LA POTENCIA DE TRANSPORTE DE UN TRANSPORTE FORZOSO (TORNILLO DE TRANSPORTE 21) PARA LA EXTRACCION DE LA MASA CONCHADA. 2.2 SI LA MASA DE CHOCOLATE ACONCHADA ESTA SECA ENTONCES NO CONTIENE NI LECITINA NI MANTEQUILLA DE CACAO. LA LECITINA SE AÑADE EN EL CAMPO DEL TORNILLO DE TRANSPORTE (21). CON ESTE SE ENLAZA UN DISPOSITIVO DE MEZCLA (22).
