LA REACCION ENTRE DICHOS ANTIGENOS Y LOS ANTICUERPOS QUE PUEDEN ESTAR PRESENTES EN LAS MUESTRAS DE PRUEBA CAUSA UN CAMBIO EN LA TRANSMISION DE LA MEZCLA, DICHO CAMBIO ES PROPORCIONAL A LA CONCENTRACION DE ANTICUERPO EN LA MUESTRA.
