A ESTE RESPECTO, EL GAS DE ESCAPE SE CARGA CON LA CANTIDAD NECESARIA DE PEROXIDO DE HIDROGENO TRANSMITIDA A LA FASE GASEOSA Y LA MEZCLA DE GAS SE TRANSFORMA EN UN CATALIZADOR EN NITRATO DE HIDROGENO, QUE O BIEN SE CONDUCE PARA UTILIZACION ULTERIOR O SE TRANSFORMA DE MANERA CONOCIDA MEDIANTE CONDENSACION O MEDIANTE LAVADO CON AGUA EN ACIDO NITRICO. EL PROCEDIMIENTO PERMITE LA ELIMINACION DE NO SUB X EN BAJAS CONCENTRACIONES INFERIORES A 2000 PPM CON RENDIMIENTOS SOBRE EL 90%.
