LA INVENCION CONSISTE EN UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA ELIMINACION ECOLOGICA DE DESECHOS TOXICOS. ESTOS DESECHOS PUEDEN PROVENIR DE CIENO DE CLARIFICACION, POLVO FILTRADO, CENIZA VOLANTE, ESCORIAS Y SUSTANCIAS SIMILARES. ESTOS DESECHOS SON MEZCLADOS Y HOMOGENEIZADOS CON ESCORIAS DE ALTO HORNO Y OTROS MATERIALES DE DESECHO EN UN CRISOL DE DOBLE FONDO Y CON TEMPERATURAS DE 1350 C Y 1600 C. EL RESULTADO DE ESTE PROCESO DE MEZCLA Y HOMOGENEIZACION ES UNA MASA CRISTALINA EN LA QUE LAS SUSTANCIAS TOXICAS SE UNEN, SON MEZCLADAS Y SON SEPARADAS MEDIANTE UN PROCESO CONTINUO. LA INVENCION CONSISTE TAMBIEN EN UN MECANISMO PARA LA REALIZACION DEL PROCEDIMIENTO.
