LA COMPOSICION CONTIENE ADEMAS OPCIONALMENTE UN AGENTE CAPAZ DE SUPRIMIR LA ACTIVIDAD DE LA TIROSINASA, ITOCOFERILO O UN DERIVADO DEL MISMO. LAS COMPOSICIONES QUE CONTIENEN ACIDO ASCORBIDO Y SUS DERIVADOS Y UN FLAVONOIDE SON MUY EFICACES. LA EFICACIA MEJORA AUN AÑADIENDO UN AGENTE REDUCTOR DE LA ACTIVIDAD DE LA TIROSINASA POR QUELACION DEL COBRE, TAL COMO ACIDO COJICO, Y/O UN TOCOFERILO O UN DERIVADO DEL MISMO.
