Abstract
LOS CICLOS GASEOSOS SE INTRODUCEN EN UNA CAPA TURBONADA FIJA Y EQUIPADA CON UN ELEMENTO REFRIGERANTE. ESTA CAPA ESTA FORMADA EN FORMA DE BANDEJA Y ANULAR. MEDIANTE EL FONDO DE LA CORRIENTE DE ATAQUE DE LA BANDEJA SE INTRODUCE EL GAS FLUIDIZADO EN LA CAPA TURBONADA. EL CICLO DE GAS SE ENVIA MEDIANTE LA ABERTURA CENTRAL DE LA CAPA TURBONADA. UNA MATERIA SOLIDA Y ENFRIADA FLUYE DE LA CAPA TURBONADA SOBRE EL BORDE INTERIOR DE LA BANDEJA EN UNA CORRIENTE DEL CICLO DE GAS Y SE EMPUJA DESDE LA CORRIENTE EN LA CAMARA DE POLVO SOBRE LA SUPERFICIE DE LA CAPA TURBONADA. LA MATERIA SOLIDA SEPARADA EN LA CAMARA DE POLVO VUELVE A LA CAPA TURBONADA EN FORMA DE ANILLO Y LAS SUSTANCIAS SOLIDAS RESTANTES, ASI COMO EL GAS ENFRIADO SE INTRODUCEN EN EL REFRIGERADOR DE GAS EQUIPADO CON UNAS SUPERFICIES REFRIGERANTES. EL GAS QUE SALE DEL REFRIGERANTE DE GAS, CONCRETAMENTE DE LA PARTE SUPERIOR DE ESTE, SE INTRODUCE EN UN SEPARADOR DE POLVO Y LAS SUSTANCIAS SOLIDAS SEPARADAS REGRESAN A LA CAPA DE TURBONA FIJA.
