METODO DE MEDIR UNA DENSIDAD QUE VARIA A LO LARGO DE LA LONGITUD DE UNA HEBRA FIBROSA Y APARATO Y MAQUINA TEXTIL CORRESPONDIENTES PARA LA MEDICION DE LA DENSIDAD LINEAL DE UNA CINTA DE HEBRAS FIBROSAS AL SER ESTIRADAS A TRAVES DE UN EMBUDO EN UNA MAQUINA DE TRATAMIENTO. LA MEDICION SE REALIZA DETECTANDO LAS SEÑALES ACUSTICAS NATURALES GENERADAS POR LAS FUERZAS DE FRICCION Y COMPRESION ENTRE LAS FIBRAS Y ENTRE LAS FIBRAS Y LA PARED DEL EMBUDO CUANDO SE ARRASTRA LA CINTA A TRAVES DEL EMBUDO. LA INTENSIDAD DE LA SEÑAL ACUSTICA ES PROPORCIONAL A LA DENSIDAD DE LA CINTA QUE ATRAVIESA EL EMBUDO. ESTAS EMISIONES ACUSTICAS SON DETECTADAS POR UN MICROFONO QUE LAS CONVIERTE EN UNA SEÑAL ELECTRONICA QUE SE AMPLIFICA Y SE ELABORA ELECTRONICAMENTE, INDICANDO LA DENSIDAD DE LA CINTA Y SIENDO UTIL PARA CONTROLAR LA MAQUINA TEXTIL Y PROPORCIONAR DATOS DE DIAGNOSTICO.
