Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO NO DESTRUCTIVO PARA LA MEDIDA AUTOMATIZADA DE PARAMETROS ESTRUCTURALES EN MATERIALES CERAMICOS EN VERDE. EL PROCEDIMIENTO NO DESTRUCTIVO PARA LA MEDIDA AUTOMATIZADA DE PARAMETROS ESTRUCTURALES EN MATERIALES CERAMICOS EN VERDE, SE TRATA DE UN PROCEDIMIENTO QUE UTILIZA LAS TECNICAS DE CONTROL DE CALIDAD POR ULTRASONIDOS, CON EL FIN DE DETERMINAR EL TIEMPO DE PROPAGACION DEL SONIDO A TROVES DE PIEZAS CERAMICAS, LO QUE PERMITE OBTENER MEDIANTE ALGORITMOS ADECUADOS PARA EL ESTUDIO DE ESTE TIPO DE MATERIALES, LA DENSIDAD Y POROSIDAD DE LA MUESTRA ANALIZADA. UTILIZA TRANSDUCTORES ULTRASONICOS PARA MEDIR LA VELOCIDAD DE PROPAGACION ACUSTICA EN PIEZAS CERAMICAS DETERMINANDO LA DENSIDAD MEDIANTE UN ALGORITMO QUE RELACIONA DICHA VELOCIDAD DE PROPAGACION CON PARAMETROS PROPIOS DEL MATERIAL UTILIZANDO COMO MEDIOS DE MEDIDA UNA FUENTE DE IMPULSOS ELECTRONICOS, UN TRANSDUCTOR ULTRASONICO TRANSMISOR Y OTRO RECEPTOR CON LA PARTICULARIDAD DE QUE EL ACOPLAMIENTO DE AMBOS CON LA PIEZA A MEDIR SEREALIZA EN SECO MEDIANTE UNA BANDA DE SILICONA Y LOS MEDIOS ELECTRONICOS NECESARIOS PARA LA RECEPCION Y DETERMINACION DEL TIEMPO DE PROPAGACION.
