Abstract
LAS PIEZAS DE CONSTRUCCION O COMPONENTES REFRACTARIOS DE QUE SE TRATA CONSISTEN EN UNA PARTE MOLDEADA Y EN UNA PIEZA DE INSERCION ENVUELTA AL MENOS EN PARTE POR COLADA DEL MATERIAL FUNDAMENTAL DE AQUELLA, SIENDO LA PIEZA DE INSERCION DE UN MATERIAL REFRACTARIO DE POROS FINOS, EN ESPECIAL DE UN MATERIAL CERAMICO O METALO-CERAMICO. LA PIEZA DE INSERCION ESTA HECHA O PREPARADA ENTONCES DE MODO QUE RESULTE POSIBLE UNA SALIDA NO ESTORBADA DE LOS GASES QUE QUEDAN LIBRES EN LA OPERACION DE ENVOLVIMIENTO POR COLADA DESDE LA PIEZA DE INSERCION. EL PROCEDIMIENTO DE FABRICACION DE ESTAS PIEZAS COMPRENDE FORMAR CANALES DE SALIDA DE GAS EN LA PIEZA DE INSERCION MIENTRAS ESTA SE ENCUENTRA EN SU ESTADO CRUDO.
