EL LIQUIDO REFRIGERANTE SE HACE CIRCULAR EN FORMA DE CORRIENTES CONSTANTES A LO LARGO DE AMBAS SUPERFICIES DE UN FLEJE DE ACERO EN DIRECCIONES CONTRARIAS A LAS DIRECCIONES DE MOVIMIENTO DEL FLEJE DE ACERO. UN APARATO COMPRENDE CHAPAS RECTIFICADORAS DE FLUJO EN CONTRAPOSICION A AMBAS SUPERFICIES DEL FLEJE DE ACERO PARA FORMAR PASOS DE FLUJO ENTRE EL FLEJE DE ACERO Y LAS CHAPAS RECTIFICADORAS DE FLUJO CON EL FIN DE HACER CIRCULAR EL LIQUIDO REFRIGERANTE POR LOS PASOS DE FLUJO, AL MENOS UN ORIFICIO DE SUMINISTRO DE LIQUIDO REFRIGERANTE EN UN LADO DESCENDENTE DEL FLEJE MOVIL DE ACERO Y AL MENOS UN ORIFICIO DE ESCAPE DE LIQUIDO REFRIGERANTE EN UN LADO ASCENDENTE DEL FLEJE MOVIL DE ACERO.
