PROCEDIMIENTO DE FABRICACION DE MATERIAL POSENDURECIBLE. EL PROCEDIMIENTO PUEDE EMPLEARSE ESPECIALMENTE PARA EL RELLENO DE ESPACIOS HUECOS MEDIANTE INYECCION Y PARA LA CONSOLIDACION DE SUELOS, MEZCLANDOSE ENTRE SI AGUA, CEMENTO Y MATERIAL DE APORTACION GRANULOSO, Y DEJANDO ENDURECER LA MEZCLA, MEZCLA QUE SE OBTIENE SEGUN EL INVENTO MEDIANTE LA ADICION DE PEROXIDO Y, EN SU CASO, BENTONITA. PARA OBTENER LA MEZCLA PUEDE AÑADIRSE PREFERENTEMENTE PEROXIDO DE HIDROGENO O PEROXIDO DE BARIO, Y EN SU CASO BENTONITA SODICA ACTIVADA. ES MAS VENTAJOSO MEZCLAR EN LA PRIMERA FASE EL PEROXIDO CON EL AGUA O CON UNA PARTE DE LA MISMA, Y AÑADIR LOS RESTANTES COMPONENTES AL AGUA QUE CONTIENE EL PEROXIDO. PARA LA FABRICACION DE 1 M3 DE MEZCLA SE EMPLEAN 300-500 KG DE CEMENTO, 50-150 KG DE ARCILLA-BARRO O/Y 200-400 KG DE ARENA, EN SU CASO 20-150 KG DE BENTONITA, ASI COMO 50-20 LITROS DE SOLUCION DE PEROXIDO AL 25-30% O LA CANTIDAD CORRESPONDIENTE DE PEROXIDO.
