Abstract

1. Dispositivo homogeneizador batidor perfeccionado, del tipo que comprende una base (2) que soporta una caldera de vapor (3) en la cual se genera vapor que es introducido, a través de un canal (7) que se abre (en 7A) lateralmente a la caldera (3), dentro de un contenedor (10) que flanquea la caldera (3) y dispuesto de forma amovible sobre la base (2), estando dicho contenedor (10) abierto por un extremo superior (30) donde está presente un elemento de cierre (33) y conteniendo un cestillo amovible (16) apto para contener un alimento a someter a preparación, tal como descongelación o cocción al vapor, quedando enfrentada la abertura (7A) del canal (7) de la caldera (3) con una abertura (41) en el elemento de cierre (33) a través del cual el vapor de la caldera penetra en el contenedor (10), dentro de este último y en correspondencia con su parte inferior (21) está dispuesta una cuchilla giratoria (26) apta para cooperar con un árbol motor (27) sobresaliente de la base (2), caracterizado porque el contenedor (10) comprende un escalón interno (14) sobre el cual se apoya un borde con valona (15) del cestillo amovible (16), separando dicho apoyo el volumen del contenedor de debajo y sobre el flanco del cestillo (16) de una abertura de descarga (43) de vapor prevista en el elemento de cierre (33).
