Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Reaktor (2) zur Erzeugung von Wasserstoff und mindestens einem weiteren Produkt aus mindestens einem Edukt, umfassend ein rohrförmiges Reaktorgefäß (4), in welchem ein Katalysator (6) in Form einer keramischen Schüttung enthalten ist. Eine Verbesserung der Korrosionsbeständigkeit gegen eine Vielzahl von Medien und somit eine erhöhte Lebensdauer des Reaktors (2) wird erreicht, indem das Reaktorgefäß (4) aus siliziuminfiltriertem Siliziumcarbid (SiSiC) ausgebildet ist.

Beschreibung
Reaktor zur Erzeugung von Wasserstoff
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Reaktor zur Erzeugung von Wasserstoff und mindesten einem weiteren Produkt aus mindestens einem Edukt.
In vielen Bereichen der chemischen Prozesstechnik kommen Reaktoren, Katalysatoren, Wärmeübertrager und Verdampfer zum Einsatz, um Stoffe zu spalten oder zu synthetisieren. Das Grundprinzip solcher Anlagen basiert auf der räumlichen Trennung von zwei Stoffströmen und die Übertragung von Wärmeenergie durch die Reaktorstruktur. Häufig sind zur Aktivierung dieser Prozesse hohe Temperaturen, ggf. erhöhte Drücke und die Anwesenheit eines Katalysators erforderlich. Zwei Beispiele für solche chemischen Prozesse sind die Dampf reformie- rung und die Ammoniakaufspaltung (-dehydration) zur Herstellung von Wasserstoff (H2) aus Kohlenwasserstoffen wie z. B. Methan (CH4) und Ammoniak (NH3) .
Bei der Ammoniak-Spaltung (Ammonia Cracking) wird Ammoniak verdampft, erhitzt und in einem Reaktor (Cracker) bei einer Temperatur von bis zu 950 °C und einem Druck größer als 1 bar an einem Nickel-Katalysator zu Wasserstoff und Stickstoff auf gespalten . Zur Aktivierung und Aufrechterhaltung des endothermen Prozesses ist Wärmeenergie durch elektrische Beheizung oder einen Brenner zuzuführen. Eine besondere Herausforderung stellt hierbei der Korrosionsangriff durch die Ausgangsmedien (Kohlenwasserstoffe, Wasserdampf, Ammoniak) und durch die Reaktionsprodukte (Wasserstoff, Kohlenstoff, Stickstoff) an die Korrosionsbeständigkeit der verwendeten Reaktorwerkstoffe dar. Die mangelnde Korrosionsbeständigkeit metallbasierter Systeme (Edelstähle und Nickel- Basislegierungen) unter Ammoniak-, Wasserstoff- und Stickstoff atmosphären stellt die wesentliche Einschränkung zur Erzielung hoher Umsetzungsraten dar. Sofern der Wärmeeintrag nicht durch elektrische Behei zung erfolgt , ergibt sich durch Behei zung mit einem Brenner die zusätzliche Anforderung der Beständigkeit gegen oxidierende Atmosphäre .
Die Hauptanforderung besteht darin, eine angepasste Wärmeübertragungsleistung mit möglichst hohem Wirkungsgrad und möglichst geringem Strömungswiderstand bzw . Druckverlust zu erzielen . Konstruktiv und prozesstechnisch ergeben sich weitere wesentliche Anforderungen an die Gestalt und Beschaf fenheit eines Reaktors . Ein hoher Wirkungsgrad wird begünstigt durch eine hohe Wärmeleitfähigkeit des Reaktorwerkstof fs und eine große innere Wärmeübertrager-Oberfläche (Wärmeübertragung) bei möglichst geringer äußerer Oberfläche (Wärmeverluste durch Strahlung und Konvektion) sowie der Forderung nach möglichst geringen Wärmeverlusten durch die ausströmenden Reaktionsprodukte .
Anlagen zur Ammoniak-Spaltung existieren derzeit nur im Leistungsbereich < 100 kg H2 /h und sind ähnlich aufgebaut wie Dampf reformierer .
Metallbasierte Anlagenkonzepte zur Dampf reformierung werden in der Regel mit Schüttungen meistens stranggepresster keramischer Profile ( Pellets ) , die mit dem Katalysatorwerkstof f beschichtet oder bedampft werden, betrieben .
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde eine Verbesserung der Korrosionsbeständigkeit eines Reaktors zur Erzeugung von Wasserstof f und somit eine erhöhte Lebensdauer zu gewährleisten .
Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch einen Reaktor zur Erzeugung von Wasserstof f und mindestens einem weiteren Produkt aus mindestens einem Edukt , umfassend ein rohrförmiges Reaktorgefäß , in welchem ein Katalysator in Form einer Schüttung enthalten ist , wobei das Reaktorgefäß aus sili ziuminfiltriertem Sili ziumcarbid ( SiSiC ) ausgebildet ist . Eine Verbesserung der Korrosionsbeständigkeit gegen eine Vielzahl von Medien (insbesondere gegen den Einfluss von Wasserdampf, Ammoniak, Wasserstoff und Stickstoff) und somit eine erhöhte Lebensdauer des Reaktors wird erreicht, indem das Reaktorgefäß, somit der Hauptbestandteil des Reaktors, aus einem keramischen Werkstoff hergestellt ist. Um eine stoffliche Trennung der Wärme- und Stoffströme zu gewährleisten, ist der keramische Werkstoff gasdicht.
Im Falle z.B. der Ammoniak-Spaltung bei hohen Temperaturen besteht eine hohe Korrosion der metallischen Reaktorwerkstoffe, verursacht durch die Wasserstoff- und Stickstoff atmosphä- re . Der Einsatz von korrosions- und hochtemperaturbeständigen keramischen Werkstoffen löst dieses Problem, ermöglicht hohe Umsatzraten (>99,8 %) und bietet das Potenzial für signifikante Erhöhungen der Bauteillebensdauern. Durch das keramische Rohrgefäß wird im Hinblick auf die chemische Beständigkeit für die Ammoniakspaltung eine hohe Korrosionsbeständigkeit gegen das umzusetzende Medium Ammoniak und gegen die Reaktionsprodukte, insbesondere gegen Wasserstoff und Stickstoff im Temperaturbereich von 300 - 950 °C und Drücken von 1 bis 40 bar erreicht.
Erfindungsgemäß ist der keramische Werkstoff, aus dem das Reaktorgefäß besteht, siliziuminfiltriertes Siliziumcarbid (SiSiC) . Dieser Werkstoff zeichnet sich durch eine Reihe von Vorteilen hinsichtlich der mechanischen, thermischen und chemischen Eigenschaften aus. Er erfüllt die Festigkeitsanforderungen im Temperaturbereich von Raumtemperatur bis 1100 °C infolge der hohen stationären und instationären thermischen Gradienten. Zudem weist er eine hohe Oxidations- und Korrosionsbeständigkeit, eine hohe Wärmeleitfähigkeit sowie eine hohe Temperaturwechselbeständigkeit auf. Ein weiterer Vorteil liegt im schnellen Aufheizverhalten aufgrund der thermischmechanischen Werkstoff eigenschaf ten von SiSiC und damit einer geringen Anschaltverzögerung (dies ermöglicht die Nutzung in zyklisch betriebenen Anlagen) . Das geringe Gewicht bei Nut- zung von SiSiC ermöglicht zudem die Nutzung für nichtstationäre Anwendungen.
Vorzugsweise ist die Katalysator-Schüttung ebenfalls aus einem keramischen Werkstoff, insbesondere aus siliziuminfiltriertem Siliziumcarbid (SiSiC) , ausgebildet und mit einem katalytischen Material beschichtet. Im Falle, dass im Reaktor Ammoniak-Spaltung erfolgt, ist die katalytische Beschichtung z.B. Nickel. Bei anderen chemischen Reaktionen ist das Material der Beschichtung jedoch ein anderes, je nach Erfordernissen. Die in Bezug auf des Reaktorgefäß bereits aufgezählten Vorteile des siliziuminfiltrierten Siliziumcarbids lassen sich auf die Katalysator-Schüttung übertragen. Da Nickel (Ni) ein bevorzugter und wirtschaftlich darstellbarer Katalysatorwerkstoff für die Herstellung von Wasserstoff (H2) durch Aufspaltung von beispielsweise Ammoniak (NH3) ist, muss der keramische Werkstoff mit Nickel beschichtbar oder benetzbar sein. Auch diese Eigenschaft weist siliziuminfiltriertes Siliziumcarbid auf.
Die Partikelgröße und -gestalt des Katalysators ist abhängig vom jeweiligen Strömungskanal. Der wichtigste geometrische Faktor in Bezug auf die Aktivität der katalytisch beschichteten Schüttung ist das Verhältnis der geometrischen Oberfläche der Partikel zu ihrem Volumen. Um eine hohe Reaktor-Oberfläche zu erzielen, ist eine möglichst kleine Partikelgröße anzustreben. Dem steht jedoch die Anforderung eines möglichst geringen Druckverlustes bzw. Strömungswiderstands entgegen, welche eine vorzugsweise große Partikelgröße erfordert.
Vorteilhaft werden als Katalysatorpartikel zylinderförmige Strukturen mit einem oder mehreren Längsbohrungen und mit Nuten an den Außenflächen zur Erhöhung der Oberfläche eingesetzt. Für kleinere Strömungsquerschnitte sind auch einfache geometrische Strukturen, wie Kugeln und Vollzylinder, geeignet. Die Partikelgröße ist abhängig vom jeweiligen Strömungskanal. Beispielhaft sind, je nach Größe des Strömungskanals, Partikel mit einem Durchmesser von 1 bis 20 mm mit einem Län- ge- zu-Durchmesser-Verhältnis von 0 , 5 bis 1 , 5 vorgesehen . Das Verhältnis von Reaktordurchmesser zu Partikeldurchmesser beträgt üblicherweise 3 bis 10 .
Nach einer ersten bevorzugten Ausgestaltungs form
- ist das rohrförmige Reaktorgefäß aus einem zylinderförmigen Rohr aufgebaut ,
- das Rohr weist an einem Ende eine Zufuhröf fnung für das mindestens eine Edukt und am anderen Ende eine Abfuhröf fnung für das mindestens eine Produkt auf , und
- der Katalysator befindet sich in einem mittleren Bereich des Rohrs und ist mittels eines durchströmbaren Fixierelements in Position gehalten . Dies stellt eine simple Aus führung des Reaktors dar . Unter zylindrischem Rohr wird hierbei ein im Wesentlichen gerades Rohr verstanden, ohne signi fikante Krümmungen . Das Fixierelement ist porös ausgestaltet , so dass der Eduktstrom und/oder der Produktstrom hindurch fließen kann . Das Fixierelement besteht vorzugsweise ebenfalls aus SiSiC ( Sili ziuminfiltriertem Sili ziumkarbid) oder einem anderen keramischen Werkstof f , da es im Bereich der höchsten Prozesstemperaturen angeordnet ist . Die Poren des Fixierelements sind dabei kleiner als der Durchmesser der Partikel der Katalysator-Schüttung . Wenn das Rohr in vertikaler Anordnung ausgerichtet ist , ist lediglich ein einziges Fixierelement nötig, welches von unten die Katalysator- Schüttung stützt . Bei z . B . einer hori zontalen Anordnung des Rohrs können auch zwei Fixierelemente beidseitig der Katalysator-Schüttung erforderlich sein .
Vorteilhafterweise ist das Fixierelement über eine form- und/oder kraf tschlüssige Verbindung am zylinderförmigen Rohr befestigt . Eine solche Verbindung eignet sich für den Einsatz bei hohen Temperaturen, wie diese im Betrieb des Reaktors vorkommen . Grundsätzlich ist ebenfalls eine stof f schlüssige Verbindung geeignet . Bei Verwendung einer Standard- Rohrgeometrie ist aus konstruktiver Sicht eine insbesondere formschlüssige Verbindung vorteilhaft . Diese kann in ihrer einfachsten Aus führung mit einer vorzugsweise keramischen Stützstange , die das Fixierelement in Position hält , realisiert werden . In alternativen Aus führungs formen kann das Fixierelement durch einen im Rohr angebrachten Zapfen, einen Absatz oder eine konische Innenrohrgeometrie gehalten werden .
Nach einer zweiten bevorzugten Ausgestaltungs form ist das rohrförmige Reaktorgefäß aus einem U- förmigen Rohr mit einem Scheitelpunkt gebildet , das Rohr mit seinen beiden Enden nach oben gerichtet ist und an einem ersten Ende eine Zufuhröf fnung für das Edukt und an einem zweiten Ende eine Abfuhröf fnung für die Produkte aufweist , und der Katalysator sich im Bereich des Scheitelpunkts des Rohrs befindet . Bei dieser Aus führung entfällt das Fixierelement , da die Katalysator-Schüttung durch die Form des gekrümmten Rohrs und die Gravitationskräfte im unteren Bereich, im Bereich des Scheitelpunkts des Rohrs , gehalten wird .
Nach einer dritten bevorzugten Ausgestaltungs form ist das rohrförmige Reaktorgefäß aus einem W- förmigen oder einem mehrfach W- förmigem Rohr gebildet , wobei das Rohr zwei oder mehrere untere Scheitelpunkte aufweist , das Rohr mit seinen beiden Enden nach oben gerichtet ist und an einem ersten Ende eine Zufuhröf fnung für das Edukt und an einem zweiten Ende eine Abfuhröf fnung für die Produkte aufweist , und der Katalysator sich im Bereich der unteren Scheitelpunkte des Rohrs befindet . Es sind dabei mindestens zwei Katalysator-Schüttungen vorgesehen . Bei dieser Ausgestaltungsform wird ebenfalls kein Fixierelement für die Katalysator- Schüttungen benötigt . Darüber hinaus bietet die W- förmige Aus führung des keramischen Rohrs den Vorteil eines längeren Wegs für die Reaktanden im Reaktor bzw . eine längere Verweilzeit .
Nach einer vierten bevorzugten Ausgestaltungs form umfasst das rohrförmige Reaktorgefäß ein zylindrisches Innenrohr und ein zylindrisches Außenrohr, das Innenrohr und das Außenrohr erstrecken sich vertikal , das Innenrohr ist im Außenrohr angeordnet , insbesondere konzentrisch, und der Durchmesser des Innenrohrs ist kleiner als der Durchmesser des Außenrohrs , so dass um das Innenrohr ein Strömungskanal gebildet ist , das untere Ende des Innenrohrs liegt höher als das untere Ende des Außenrohrs , so dass im Bereich des unteren Endes des Außenrohrs ein Zwischenraum gebildet ist , das Außenrohr weist an seinem oberen Ende eine Zufuhröf fnung für das Edukt auf und sein unteres Ende ist geschlossen, das Innenrohr weist an seinem oberen Ende eine Abfuhröf fnung für das Produkt auf und sein unteres Ende ist of fen, und der Zwischenraum ist mit dem Katalysator befüllt , wobei das untere Ende des Innenrohrs sich in den Katalysator hineinerstreckt . Auf diese Weise werden das mindestens eine Edukt und die Produkte in entgegengesetzte Richtungen befördert . Der wesentliche Vorteil dieser Aus führungs form ist , dass ein Wärmeaustausch zwischen dem Innenohr und dem Außenrohr stattfindet . Die Produkte im Innenrohr, die sich auf einem hohen Temperaturniveau befinden, geben dabei ihre Wärme an die in die entgegensetze Richtung strömenden Edukte im Strömungskanal des Außenrohrs ab . Diese werden dadurch erwärmt , so dass die Menge an Wärme , die von außen zugeführt werden muss , geringer ist . Durch die Integration von Wärmetauscher und Reaktor und durch Reduzierung der Wärmeverluste aufgrund geringer äußerer Oberfläche wird ein hoher Wirkungsgrad erreicht .
Um ein für den Ablauf der Reaktion im Reaktor erforderliches Temperaturniveau zu erreichen, ist das rohrförmige Reaktorgefäß vorzugsweise in einer Hei zvorrichtung angeordnet . Das rohrförmige Reaktorgefäß kann dabei vollständig von der Hei zvorrichtung umhüllt sein, oder es kann ausreichend sein, wenn lediglich der Bereich des Rohrs, in dem sich der Katalysator befindet und die chemische Reaktion abläuft, von der Heizvorrichtung umgeben ist. Die Heizvorrichtung kann dabei eine elektrische Heizvorrichtung sein, einen Brenner enthalten, oder nach einem anderen Heizprinzip beruhen.
Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung werden anhand einer Zeichnung erläutert. Hierin zeigen die einzelnen Figuren schematisch:
FIG 1 eine erste Ausführung eines katalytischen Reaktors, FIG 2 eine zweite Ausführung eines katalytischen Reaktors, und
FIG 3 eine dritte Ausführung eines katalytischen Reaktors.
Gleiche Bezugszeichen haben in den Figuren die gleiche Bedeutung .
FIG 1 zeigt einen ersten katalytischen Reaktor 2, d.h. ein Reaktor zur katalytischen Umsetzung von mindestens einem Edukt, in diesem Fall Ammoniak NH3, in Wasserstoff H2 und Stickstoff N2. Der Reaktor 2 umfasst ein rohrförmiges Reaktorgefäß 4, in welchem ein Katalysator 6 in Form einer Schüttung enthalten ist. Das Reaktorgefäß 4 ist aus einem keramischen Werkstoff ausgebildet, in diesem Fall aus siliziuminfiltriertem Siliziumcarbid (SiSiC) . Die Schüttung 6 aus katalytisch beschichteten Partikeln besteht vorzugsweise, aufgrund der höheren Korrosionsbeständigkeit, ebenfalls aus keramischem Werkstoff. Kommerziell verfügbare Katalysatorträger (Schüttungen) basieren beispielsweise auf Aluminiumoxid (A12O2) oder Steatit (Magnesiumsilikat) . Im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Katalysator 6 jedoch auch aus siliziuminfiltriertem Siliziumcarbid (SiSiC) ausgebildet. Die Katalysator-Partikel sind zudem mit einer katalytischen Beschichtung aus Nickel beschichtet.
Im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel ist das rohrförmige Reaktorgefäß 4 aus einem geraden, zylindrischen Rohr 3 gebildet. Das Rohr umfasst Anschluss flansche 8 an einem oder an beiden Enden . Das Rohr 3 ist vertikal ausgerichtet und weist am oberen Ende eine Zufuhröf fnung 10 für den Ammoniakstrom NH3 auf und am unteren Ende eine Abfuhröf fnung 12 zum Abführen der Produktgase Wasserstof f H2 und Stickstof f N2 . In einem mittleren Bereich des Rohrs 4 befindet sich der Katalysator 6 und ist mittels eines durchströmbaren Fixierelements 14 in Position gehalten . Das Fixierelement 14 ist dabei insbesondere porös oder als Wabenkörper ausgestaltet und lässt dich durch die Produktgase durchströmen .
Das Prozessgas durchströmt das Rohr in Längsrichtung und wird im Einlaufbereich, nahe an der Zufuhröf fnung 10 , durch einen von außen zugeführten Wärmestrom Q auf das für die nachfolgende Spaltreaktion erforderliche Temperaturniveau von 700 bis 950 ° C ( für hohe Gasmassenströme und hohe geforderte Umset zungsraten/Reinheiten auch bis zu 1000 ° C ) erwärmt . Das erforderliche Temperaturniveau hängt von dem geforderten Reinheitsgrad der Prozessgase nach der Aufspaltung sowie vom Gasmassenstrom ab . Ein Teil-Cracking findet bereits ab einer Temperatur von 600 ° C statt . Der technische Vorteil des SiSiC-Rohrreaktors gegenüber einer metallischen Lösung ist j edoch insbesondere die Korrosionsbeständigkeit unter den beschriebenen Atmosphären und bei hohen Temperaturen . In Abhängigkeit der Gastemperatur , der Katalysatorparameter und des Gasmassenstroms ergibt sich die Umsetzungsrate , das heißt , der Grad der Umsetzung des Ammoniaks NH3 in Wasserstof f H2 und Stickstof f N2 .
Der Reaktor gemäß FIG 2 unterscheidet sich von der ersten Aus führung durch die Form des Reaktorgefäßes 4 . Das keramische Rohr 16 basiert auf einer U- förmigen Rohrgeometrie des SiSiC-Rohres . Diese Gestaltungsvariante ermöglicht die Zufuhr des Edukt-Gases und die Abfuhr des Produkt-Gases von derselben Seite . In dieser Gestaltungsvariante entfällt das durchströmbare Fixierelement 14 gemäß FIG 1 , da sich die katalytisch beschichtete Schüttung im unten liegenden Scheitelpunkt des U-Rohres 16 befindet . Darüber hinaus ist eine Hei zvor- richtung 18 gezeigt , in welcher das Reaktorgefäß 4 integriert ist , durch welche die Wärme zum Starten und Aufrechterhalten der Reaktion zugeführt wird, was durch Q angedeutet ist .
Gemäß FIG 3 besteht der Reaktor 2 aus einem Außenrohr 18 mit geschlossenem Boden und einem Innenrohr 20 , das konzentrisch im Außenrohr 18 geführt ist . Das Innenrohr 20 reicht nicht bis zum Boden des Außenrohres 18 , so dass im Bodenbereich zwischen Innenrohr 20 und Außenrohr 18 ein Abstand entsteht , der einen Zwischenraum 22 definiert . Der Bodenbereich des Außenrohres 18 ist mit der keramischen, katalytisch beschichteten Schüttung 6 gefüllt . In diese katalytische Schüttung 6 ragt das Innenrohr 20 hinein . Das in einen Strömungskanal 24 im Bereich des Ringspalts zwischen Außenrohr 18 und Innenrohr 20 einströmende Edukt-Gas strömt in Richtung des Außenrohrbodens und durchströmt die katalytisch beschichtete Schüttung 6, innerhalb derer die Spaltung zu Wasserstof f H2 und Stickstof f N2 stattfindet . Das entstehende Produkt-Gas strömt durch den Freiraum 22 in das Innenrohr und entgegen der Strömungsrichtung des zuströmenden Ammoniaks NH3 in Richtung der Abfuhröf fnung des Innenrohres 20 und unter Wärmeabgabe an das zuströmende Ammoniak NH3 über die Wand des Innenrohres 20 .
In allen drei Figuren sind die von außen auf dem Reaktorgefäß 4 zugeführten Wärmeströme , die durch eine Hei zvorrichtung ( 18 in FIG 2 ) erzeugt werden, mit Q bezeichnet ( FIG 1 und FIG 3 ohne Darstellung der Hei zvorrichtung) . Diese Wärmeströme werden z . B . in einem Ofenraum erzeugt , entweder durch Behei zung mit elektrischen Widerstandshei zelementen oder durch Gas flammen . Bei dem Ofen handelt es sich um einen konventionellen Hochtemperaturofen, wie er z . B . für den keramischen Brand oder die Wärmebehandlung verwendet wird und in den das keramische Reaktorrohr einschließlich der Zu- und Abfuhröf fnungen durch die Ofenwand bzw . -wände integriert ist .

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Reaktor (2) zur Erzeugung von Wasserstoff und mindestens einem weiteren Produkt aus mindestens einem Edukt, umfassend ein rohrförmiges Reaktorgefäß (4) , in welchem ein Katalysator (6) in Form einer Schüttung enthalten ist, wobei das Reaktorgefäß (4) aus siliziuminfiltriertem Siliziumcarbid (SiSiC) ausgebildet ist.
2. Reaktor (2) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Katalysator- Schüttung aus einem anderen keramischen Werkstoff, insbesondere aus siliziuminfiltriertem Siliziumcarbid (SiSiC) , ausgebildet ist und mit einem katalytischen
Material beschichtet ist.
3. Reaktor (2) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei
- das rohrförmige Reaktorgefäß (4) aus einem zylinderförmigen Rohr (3) aufgebaut ist,
- das Rohr (3) an einem Ende eine Zufuhröffnung (10) für das mindestens eine Edukt und am anderen Ende eine Abfuhröffnung (12) für das mindestens eine Produkt aufweist, und
- sich der Katalysator (6) in einem mittleren Bereich des Rohrs (3) befindet und mittels eines durchströmbaren Fixierelements (14) in Position gehalten ist.
4. Reaktor (2) nach Anspruch 3, wobei das Fixierelement (14) über eine form- und/oder kraf tschlüssige Verbindung am zylinderförmigen Rohr (3) befestigt ist.
5. Reaktor (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei das rohrförmige Reaktorgefäß (4) aus einem U-förmigen Rohr (16) mit einem Scheitelpunkt gebildet ist, das Rohr (16) mit seinen beiden Enden nach oben gerichtet ist und an einem ersten Ende eine Zufuhröffnung (10) für das Edukt und an einem zweiten Ende eine Abfuhröffnung (12) für die Produkte aufweist, und der Katalysator (6) sich im Bereich des Scheitelpunkts des Rohrs (16) befindet.
6. Reaktor (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei das rohrförmige Reaktorgefäß (4) aus einem W-förmigen oder einem mehrfach W-förmigem Rohr gebildet ist, wobei das Rohr zwei oder mehrere untere Scheitelpunkte aufweist, das Rohr mit seinen beiden Enden nach oben gerichtet ist und an einem ersten Ende eine Zufuhröffnung (10) für das Edukt und an einem zweiten Ende eine Abfuhröffnung (12) für die Produkte aufweist, und der Katalysator (6) sich im Bereich der unteren Scheitelpunkte des Rohrs befindet.

Reaktor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei das rohrförmige Reaktorgefäß (4) ein zylindrisches Innenrohr (20) und ein zylindrisches Außenrohr (18) umfasst, das Innenrohr (20) und das Außenrohr (18) sich vertikal erstrecken, das Innenrohr (20) im Außenrohr (18) angeordnet ist, insbesondere konzentrisch, und der Durchmesser des Innenrohrs (20) kleiner ist als der Durchmesser des Außenrohrs (18) , so dass um das Innenrohr (20) ein Strömungskanal gebildet ist, das untere Ende des Innenrohrs (20) höher liegt als das untere Ende des Außenrohrs (18) , so dass im Bereich des unteren Endes des Außenrohrs (18) ein Zwischenraum (22) gebildet ist, das Außenrohr (18) an seinem oberen Ende eine Zufuhröffnung (10) für das Edukt aufweist und sein unteres Ende geschlossen ist, das Innenrohr (20) an seinem oberen Ende eine Abfuhröffnung (12) für das Produkt aufweist und sein unteres Ende offen ist, und der Zwischenraum (22) mit dem Katalysator (6) befüllt ist, wobei das untere Ende des Innenrohrs (20) sich in den Katalysator (6) hineinerstreckt.
8. Reaktor (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das rohrförmige Reaktorgefäß (4) in einer Heizvorrichtung (18) angeordnet ist.
