Claims (5)

  1. Walzwerk (1), das eine Vielzahl von Walzgerüsten (3, 4, 5, 6), die zum Walzen eines zu walzenden Materials (2) konfiguriert sind, umfasst, wobei
    mindestens ein Walzgerüst (3, 4, 5, 6) unter den Gerüsten (3, 4, 5, 6) umfasst:
    mindestens ein Paar Walzwerkwalzen (10); und
    eine Walzwerkslagerung (20), welche die Walzwerkwalzen (10) drehbar stützt, gekennzeichnet durch
    eine Walzgerüst-Verschleißplatte (30), die eine erste Auskleidungsplatte (36), die auf der Walzwerkslagerung (20) montiert ist, eine zweite Auskleidungsplatte (38), die in einer Walzrichtung (X) auf der ersten Auskleidungsplatte (36) gestapelt ist, und ein elastisches Element (37), das zwischen der ersten Auskleidungsplatte (36) und der zweiten Auskleidungsplatte (38) angeordnet ist, umfasst.
  2. Walzwerk (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die Walzgerüste (3, 4, 5, 6) jeweils mit der Walzgerüst-Verschleißplatte (30), die die erste Auskleidungsplatte (36), die zweite Auskleidungsplatte (38) und das elastische Element (37) umfasst, versehen sind.
  3. Walzwerk gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei
    die erste Auskleidungsplatte mit einem Befestigungselement, das in Walzrichtung durch die erste Auskleidungsplatte geführt ist, an der Walzwerkslagerung befestigt ist, und
    die zweite Auskleidungsplatte und das elastische Element jeweils eine Öffnung aufweisen, in der ein Kopf des Befestigungselements aufgenommen ist.
  4. Kaltwalzverfahren, das einen Schritt des Kaltwalzens eines zu walzenden Materials (2) unter Verwendung des Walzwerks (1) gemäß Anspruch 1 umfasst.
  5. Verfahren zum Herstellen von Stahlblech, das einen Schritt des Herstellens eines Stahlblechs (2) als zu walzendes Material (2) unter Verwendung des Kaltwalzverfahrens gemäß Anspruch 4 umfasst.
