Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Behälter (10) mit mehreren Fächern (18) zur Aufnahme von Gegenständen, mit einer Außenhülle (12) und einem in der Außenhülle (12) herausnehmbar aufgenommenen Einsatz (14), wobei die Außenhülle (12) zwei Stirnwände (22) und zwei die Stirnwände (22) miteinander verbindende Seitenwände (24) aufweist, wobei die Stirnwände (22) und die Seitenwände (24) an Außenkanten (26) gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind, wobei der Einsatz (14) zwei Endwände (36) und mindestens eine, die Endwände (36) miteinander verbindende Trennwand (38) aufweist, wobei die Fächer (18) jeweils von vier Wänden aus dem Ensemble der Stirnwände (22), der Seitenwände (24), der Endwände (36) und der mindestens einen Trennwand (38) rings umrandet werden, und wobei jede der Endwände (36) flächig an einer der Stirnwände (22) anliegt.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Behälter mit mehreren Fächern zur Aufnahme von Gegenständen.
  • Solche Behälter werden zunehmend dazu verwendet, zum Zwecke des mobilen Arbeitens Bürogegenstände wie Schreibgeräte und Schreibblöcke oder Notizbücher, aber auch Notebooks und deren Zubehör wie Computermäuse, Ladekabel, Headsets und dergleichen zu transportieren. Für einen schnellen Zugriff auf den Inhalt sind solche Behälter meist zu einer Oberseite offen und weisen mehrere Fächer zur Aufnahme von Gegenständen auf. Die Fächer können unterschiedlich groß gestaltet sein, so dass unterschiedliche Gegenstände aufgenommen werden können. Zur Facheinteilung sind in einer aus zwei Stirnwänden und zwei die Stirnwände miteinander verbindenden Seitenwänden bestehenden Außenhülle oft Trennwände eingesetzt, die mit der Außenhülle fest oder lösbar verbunden sind. Sind die Trennwände fest an der Außenhülle befestigt, so ist die Facheinteilung nicht variabel. Eine lösbare Befestigung der Trennwände an der Außenhülle, beispielsweise mittels Klettverbindern oder Druckknöpfen, ist dagegen verschleißanfällig.
  • Es ist daher Aufgabe der Erfindung, einen Behälter zu entwickeln, dessen Innenraum besser unterteilbar ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch einen Behälter mit den Merkmalen des Anspruches 1 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der abhängigen Ansprüche.
  • Der Erfindung liegt der Gedanke zugrunde, durch flächige Anlage der Endwände an den Stirnwänden einen Reibschluss zu erzeugen, der den Einsatz bezüglich der Außenhülle in Position hält. Dabei wird bevorzugt, dass jede der Endwände mit einer ersten ihrer Kanten an einer ersten der Seitenwände und mit einer weiteren ihrer Kanten an einer zweiten der Seitenwände anliegt. Jede der Endwände erstreckt sich somit über ihre gesamte quer zur Erstreckung der Seitenwände gemessene Breite der Stirnwand, an der sie anliegt. Die Endwände können dann bezüglich der Außenhülle in einer Richtung quer zur Erstreckung der Seitenwände nicht oder kaum verrutschen, so dass auch gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform keine die Außenhülle und den Einsatz miteinander fest verbindenden Verbindungsmittel vorhanden sind.
  • Zweckmäßig sind die Endwände mit der mindestens einen Trennwand gelenkig verbunden. Der Einsatz kann dann ebenso wie die Außenhülle für Transportzwecke flach zusammengelegt werden. Die Stirnwände, die Seitenwände, die Endwände und die mindestens eine Trennwand sind zweckmäßig jeweils aus einem steifen oder halbsteifen Material gefertigt. Dies verleiht sowohl der Außenhülle als auch dem Einsatz eine hohe Stabilität. Dabei wird bevorzugt, dass die Stirnwände und/oder die Seitenwände und/oder die Endwände und/oder die mindestens eine Trennwand jeweils aus zwei Lagen Textilmaterial gefertigt sind, zwischen denen eine Verstärkungsplatte eingelegt ist.
  • Es wird bevorzugt, dass die Stirnwände und die Seitenwände nach Herausnahme des Einsatzes aus der Außenhülle bis zum flächigen Anliegen aneinander um die Außenkanten verschwenkbar sind. Des Weiteren wird bevorzugt, dass die Endwände und die mindestens eine Trennwand nach Herausnahme des Einsatzes aus der Außenhülle bis zum flächigen Anliegen aneinander verschwenkbar sind. Auf diese Weise kann der Behälter auseinandergenommen und platzsparend zusammengelegt werden. Dadurch ist insbesondere eine platzsparende Verpackung des Behälters beim Verkauf bzw. Versand möglich.
  • Vorzugsweise weist die Außenhülle einen Boden auf, der die Stirnwände und die Seitenwände miteinander verbindet. Die Fächer sind dann zu einer Unterseite hin geschlossen. Der Boden weist zweckmäßig zwei Bodenpartien auf, die entlang einer Diagonalen lösbar miteinander verbunden sind, beispielsweise mittels eines Reißverschlusses. Durch Lösen der Verbindung zwischen den beiden Bodenpartien kann auch die mit dem Boden versehene Außenhülle platzsparend zusammengelegt werden. Zusätzlich oder ergänzend zum Boden kann eine in der Außenhülle aufgenommene Bodenplatte vorgesehen sein, auf der der Einsatz aufliegt. Die Bodenplatte bildet einen stabilen Abschluss der Fächer nach unten, so dass auch schwerere Gegenstände im Behälter aufgenommen und transportiert werden können. Ebenso wie die Stirnwände, die Seitenwände, die Endwände und die mindestens eine Trennwand kann auch die Bodenplatte aus einem steifen oder halbsteifen Material gefertigt sein, vorzugsweise aus zwei Lagen Textilmaterial, zwischen denen eine Verstärkungsplatte eingelegt ist.
  • Die Fächer sind zweckmäßig zu einer Oberseite offen, so dass Gegenstände einfach in die Fächer eingelegt und aus diesen entnommen werden können. Weiter kann auch ein Deckel vorgesehen sein, der die Oberseite überdeckt, und der vorzugsweise die umlaufende Oberkante der Außenhülle umgreift und sich ein Stück weit an deren Außenseite nach unten erstreckt. Des Weiteren weist die Außenhülle zweckmäßig mindestens einen zwischen den Stirnwänden verlaufenden und fest mit diesen verbundenen Tragegurt auf. Der Tragegurt ist länger als die Seitenwände, so dass er, wenn der Behälter am Tragegurt angehoben wird, im Abstand über der Oberseite der Fächer verläuft. Beim Anheben des Behälters am Tragegurt oder an den Tragegurten wirkt zudem eine Kraft auf die Stirnwände, die die Stirnwände aufeinander zu drängt und damit den Reibschluss zwischen den Stirnwänden und den Endwänden erhöht.
  • Im Folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand eines in der Zeichnung schematisch dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

  • Der in der Zeichnung dargestellte Behälter 10 weist, wie insbesondere in Figur 2 dargestellt, eine Außenhülle 12, einen in der Außenhülle 12 aufgenommenen Einsatz 14 und eine ebenfalls in der Außenhülle 12 aufgenommene Bodenplatte 16 auf, auf der der Einsatz 14 aufliegt. Mittels des Einsatzes 14 wird der Innenraum der Außenhülle 12 in mehrere Fächer 18 unterteilt, welche jeweils zu einer Oberseite 20 des Behälters 10 offen sind.
  • Die Außenhülle 12 weist zwei im Abstand zueinander angeordnete Stirnwände 22 sowie zwei im Abstand zueinander angeordnete, die Stirnwände 22 miteinander verbindende Seitenwände 24 auf. Die Stirnwände 22 und die Seitenwände 24 sind an Außenkanten 26 gelenkig miteinander verbunden. Die Außenhülle 12 weist zudem einen unterseitigen Boden 28 auf, der ihren Innenraum nach unten verschließt und zwei Bodenpartien 30 aufweist. Die beiden Bodenpartien 30 sind entlang einer Diagonale 32 mittels eines Reißverschlusses 34 lösbar miteinander verbunden. Auf dem Boden 28 liegt die Bodenplatte 16 auf. Der Einsatz 14, der auf der Bodenplatte 16 aufsteht, weist zwei im Abstand zueinander angeordnete Endwände 36 und zwei im Abstand zueinander angeordnete, die Endwände 36 miteinander verbindende Trennwände 38 auf. Die Trennwände 38 sind an die Endwände 36 fest angenäht und mittels der Nähte gelenkig mit Ihnen verbunden. Die Bodenplatte 16, die Stirnwände 22, die Seitenwände 24, die Endwände 36 und die Trennwände 38 sind mehrlagig ausgeführt mit jeweils zwei Lagen textilem Material, zwischen denen jeweils eine halbsteife Verstärkungsplatte eingelegt ist. An der Außenseite einer der Seitenwände 24 sind zudem zwei nach oben offene und nach unten geschlossene Taschen 40 aufgesetzt, während an der gegenüberliegenden Seitenwand 24 an der Innenseite eine nach oben und nach unten offene Seitentasche 42 aufgenäht ist. An den Stirnwänden 22 sind zudem zwei Tragegurte 44 angenäht, die die offene Oberseite 20 überspannen und länger sind als die Seitenwände 24, so dass sie beim Anheben des Behälters 10 im Abstand zur Oberseite 20 verlaufen, wie in Figur 1 gezeigt.
  • Der Einsatz 14 ist ohne weitere Verbindungsmittel in der Außenhülle 12 aufgenommen. Dabei liegt jede der Endwände 36 flächig an einer der Stirnwände 22 an. Jede Endwand 36 erstreckt sich zudem zwischen den Seitenwänden 24 und liegt mit jeweils einer von zwei einander abgewandten Kanten 46 an einer der Seitenwände 24 an. Der Einsatz 14 wird durch Reibschluss in der Außenhülle 12 gehalten, wobei der Reibschluss noch verstärkt wird, wenn der Behälter 10 an den Tragegurten 44 angehoben wird, so dass die Stirnwände 22 mit einer Kraft aufeinander zu beaufschlagt werden. Jedes der Fächer 18 wird an vier Seiten von vier Wänden rings umrandet: die beiden äußeren Fächer 18 durch die beiden Endwände 36, eine der Seitenwände 24 und eine der Trennwände 38 und das mittlere Fach 18 durch die beiden Endwände 36 und die Trennwände 38.
  • Der Behälter 10 kann platzsparend zusammengefaltet werden, indem der Einsatz 14 und die Bodenplatte 16 aus der Außenhülle 12 herausgenommen werden. Der Einsatz 14 kann durch Verschwenken der Endwände 36 gegenüber den Trennwänden 38 gefaltet werden, bis die Endwände 36 und die Trennwände 38 flächig aufeinanderliegen, vgl. Fig. 4. Des Weiteren können die Bodenpartien 30 durch Öffnen des Reißverschlusses 34 voneinander getrennt werden, so dass die Stirnwände 22 und die Seitenwände 24 um die Außenkanten 26 gegeneinander verschwenkt werden können, bis sie ebenfalls flächig aufeinanderliegen, vgl. Fig. 3c.
  • Beim gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel weist der Einsatz 14 zwei Trennwände 38 auf. Es versteht sich von selbst, dass er auch mehr die Endwände 36 miteinander verbindende Trennwände 38 oder auch nur eine solche Trennwand 38 aufweisen kann. Zudem kann ein Deckel vorgesehen sein, der die Oberseite 20 überdeckt und die Oberkanten der Stirnwände 22 und der Seitenwände 24 rings umgreift.
  • Zusammenfassend ist Folgendes festzuhalten: Die Erfindung betrifft einen Behälter 10 mit mehreren Fächern 18 zur Aufnahme von Gegenständen, mit einer Außenhülle 12 und einem in der Außenhülle 12 herausnehmbar aufgenommenen Einsatz 14, wobei die Außenhülle 12 zwei Stirnwände 22 und zwei die Stirnwände 22 miteinander verbindende Seitenwände 24 aufweist, wobei die Stirnwände 22 und die Seitenwände 24 an Außenkanten 26 gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind, wobei der Einsatz 14 zwei Endwände 36 und mindestens eine, die Endwände 36 miteinander verbindende Trennwand 38 aufweist und wobei jede der Endwände 36 flächig an einer der Stirnwände 22 anliegt. Weiter ist vorgesehen, dass die Fächer 18 jeweils von mindestens einer der Stirnwände 22 und/oder mindestens einer der Seitenwände 24 und/oder mindestens einer der Endwände 36 und/oder der mindestens einen Trennwand 38 rings umrandet werden oder, in anderen Worten, dass die Fächer 18 jeweils von vier Wänden aus dem Ensemble der Stirnwände 22, der Seitenwände 24, der Endwände 36 und der mindestens einen Trennwand 38 rings umrandet werden.

Claims (14)

  1. Behälter mit mehreren Fächern (18) zur Aufnahme von Gegenständen, mit einer Außenhülle (12) und einem in der Außenhülle (12) herausnehmbar aufgenommenen Einsatz (14), wobei die Außenhülle (12) zwei Stirnwände (22) und zwei die Stirnwände (22) miteinander verbindende Seitenwände (24) aufweist, wobei die Stirnwände (22) und die Seitenwände (24) an Außenkanten (26) gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind, wobei der Einsatz (14) zwei Endwände (36) und mindestens eine, die Endwände (36) miteinander verbindende Trennwand (38) aufweist, wobei die Fächer (18) jeweils von mindestens einer der Stirnwände (22) und/oder mindestens einer der Seitenwände (24) und/oder mindestens einer der Endwände (36) und/oder der mindestens einen Trennwand (38) rings umrandet werden, und wobei jede der Endwände (36) flächig an einer der Stirnwände (22) anliegt.
  2. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der Endwände (36) mit einer ihrer Kanten (46) an einer ersten der Seitenwände (24) und mit einer weiteren ihrer Kanten (46) an einer zweiten der Seitenwände (24) anliegt.
  3. Behälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass keine die Außenhülle (12) und den Einsatz (14) fest miteinander verbindenden Verbindungsmittel vorhanden sind.
  4. Behälter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endwände (36) mit der mindestens einen Trennwand (38) gelenkig verbunden sind.
  5. Behälter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stirnwände (22), die Seitenwände (24), die Endwände (36) und die mindestens eine Trennwand (38) jeweils aus einem steifen oder halbsteifen Material gefertigt sind.
  6. Behälter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stirnwände (22) und/oder die Seitenwände (24) und/oder die Endwände (36) und/oder die mindestens eine Trennwand (38) jeweils aus zwei Lagen Textilmaterial gefertigt sind, zwischen denen eine Verstärkungsplatte eingelegt ist.
  7. Behälter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stirnwände (22) und die Seitenwände (24) nach Herausnahme des Einsatzes (14) aus der Außenhülle (12) bis zum flächigen Anliegen aneinander um die Außenkanten (26) verschwenkbar sind.
  8. Behälter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endwände (36) und die mindestens eine Trennwand (38) nach Herausnahme des Einsatzes (14) aus der Außenhülle (12) bis zum flächigen Anliegen aneinander verschwenkbar sind.
  9. Behälter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenhülle (12) einen Boden (28) aufweist, der die Stirnwände (22) und die Seitenwände (24) miteinander verbindet.
  10. Behälter nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (28) zwei Bodenpartien (30) aufweist, die entlang einer Diagonalen (32) lösbar miteinander verbunden sind.
  11. Behälter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine Bodenplatte (16), die in der Außenhülle (12) aufgenommen ist und auf der der Einsatz (14) aufliegt.
  12. Behälter nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenplatte (16) aus einem steifen oder halbsteifen Material gefertigt ist, vorzugsweise aus zwei Lagen Textilmaterial, zwischen denen eine Verstärkungsplatte eingelegt ist.
  13. Behälter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fächer (18) zu einer Oberseite (20) offen sind.
  14. Behälter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenhülle (12) mindestens einen zwischen den Stirnwänden (22) verlaufenden und fest mit diesem verbundenen Tragegurt (44) aufweist.
