Bei einer in einer Ausnehmung auf genommene Frontblende (1) für einen Möbelkorpus (3), die ein Hintergreifen einer mit einer Griffleiste (6) versehenen Stirnseite beweglicher Möbelteile (5) erlaubt, und die eine Kammer (9) für die Aufnahme eines Leuchtmittels (10) aufweist, weist die einstückig ausgebildete Frontblende (1) eine gegenüber der Front (2) angestellte Grundplatte (8) auf, die an einem ersten Ende eine Abwinklung (11) aufweist, an die eine Vorderwand (12) angeschlossen ist für die Ausbildung der in einer Frontansicht des Möbelkorpus (3) sichtbar verbleibende Kammer (9), die von einem Boden (21) der Ausnehmung (4) beabstandet eine auf der Grundplatte (8) senkrecht stehende Lichtaustrittsöffnung (15) aufweist.

Frontblende für einen Möbelkorpus
Beschreibung :
Die Erfindung betrifft eine in einer Ausnehmung aufgenominene Frontblende für einen Möbelkorpus, die ein Hintergreifen einer mit einer Griffleiste versehenen Stirnseite beweglicher Möbelteile wie Türen, Schubladen oder dergleichen erlaubt, und die eine Kammer für die Aufnahme eines Leuchtmittel aufweist
Seit alters her sind Griffe bei Möbeln nicht nur Handhaben für die Betätigung von Schubladen, Türen, Klappen oder dergleichen, sondern auch Stilmittel für eine optische Aufwertung einer Möbelfront. Die Anmutung einer Möbelfront wird heute häufig durch die Verwendung von Griffleisten verbessert, die sich insbesondere über die gesamte Breite eines solchen beweglichen Möbelteils erstrecken.
Neben Griffen, die für eine Betätigung beweglicher Möbelteile wie Türen, Schubladen oder dergleichen unmittelbar mit diesen verbunden sind, sind mit gegenüber einer Vorderwand eines Möbelkorpus' zurückgenommene, beleuchtete Frontblenden bekannt geworden, die ein Hintergreifen einer mit einer Griffleiste versehenen Stirnseite dieser beweglichen Möbelteile erlauben.
Durch die Erfindung wird für die Betätigung beweglicher Möbelteile eine Frontblende der voranstehend beschriebenen Art zur Verfügung gestellt, bei der gemäß des Anspruchs 1 darauf abgestellt wird, dass die einstückig ausgebildete Frontblende eine gegenüber der Front angestellte Grundplatte aufweist, die an einem ersten Ende eine vorzugsweise
Bestätigungskopie rechtwinklige Abwinklung aufweist, an die eine Vorderwand angeschlossen ist für die Ausbildung der in einer Frontansicht des Möbelkorpus sichtbar verbleibende Kammer, die von einem Boden der Ausnehmung beabstandet eine auf der Grundplatte im Wesentlichen senkrecht stehende Lichtaustrittsöffnung aufweist.
Die Frontblende nach der Erfindung ist in erster Linie für eine vertikale Montage gedacht, insbesondere für die Betätigung von Türen. Fertigungstechnisch günstig ist dabei die Aufnahme der Frontblende in nur einer Ausnehmung, die in einem Zuge in die Stirnseite einer Zwischenwand oder eines Stollen eingebracht werden kann.
Die einstückige Ausbildung der Frontblende erlaubt eine kostengünstige Fertigung als Meterware bspw. aus einem Kunststoff, aber auch aus einem Metall, bspw. hochwertig aus einem Aluminium.
Durch die auf der Grundplatte im Wesentlichen senkrecht stehende Lichtaustrittsöffnung fällt das Licht auf die Vorderseite der Grundplatte, womit ein Lichtband geschaffen wird, dass sich über die gesamte Höhe des Möbelteils, insbesondere auch über ein gesamtes Möbel hinzieht.
Dabei wird von der Grundplatte durch die Anstellung gegenüber der Möbelfront das durch die Lichtaustrittsöffnung der Kammer fallende Licht gleichsam entlang der Grundplatte hin zu der Griffleiste geführt, womit der Raum zwischen der Griffleiste des beweglichen Möbelteils und der Grundplatte sicher ausgeleuchtet wird.
Für ein Festlegen der Frontblende an dem Möbelkorpus bieten sich übliche Verbindungstechniken wie Verschrauben, Verkleben oder dergleichen durchaus an. Bevorzugt stehen jedoch der Frontplatte rückseitig Verriegelungs- und/oder Abstandselemente für ein beabstandetes Festlegen an dem Möbelkorpus vor, bspw. in einem Querschnitt L-förmig und/oder T-förmig ausgebildet. Eine Verriegelung, beispielsweise durch ein Einschieben in entsprechende Nuten des Möbelteils, gegebenenfalls einer oder mehrerer Montageplatten, ist nicht nur eine sichere, sondern auch eine unsichtbare Befestigung. Als Abstandselemente ausgebildet, definieren diese Elemente die Position der Frontblende bspw. in einer Nut in dem Korpus. Darüber hinaus versteifen solche in einem Querschnitt L-förmige und/oder T-förmige Verriegelungs- oder Abstandselemente die Frontblende.
Weiter kann vorgesehen sein, dass der Kammer gegenüberliegend ein Endabschnitt mit einem Seitenteil an die Grundplatte angeschlossen ist, wobei bevorzugt der Endabschnitt zur Erhöhung der Stabilität S-förmig gekrümmt sein kann.
Weist die Vorderwand der Kammer eine Verlängerung mit einem Seitenteil auf, so erfährt die Frontblende vorzugsweise beidseitig einen Abschluss, der gegebenenfalls auch sichtbar verbleiben kann.
Dies kann von Vorteil sein, wenn die Verriegelungselemente, die Abstandselemente und die Seitenteile die Frontblende von einem bogenförmigen Boden der Ausnehmung beabstandet halten.
Dabei kann ein optimaler Halt erreicht werden, wenn an der Abwinklung eine in dem Möbelkorpus verriegelnde Feder angeschlossen ist, mithin etwa mittig der Frontblende.
Die Lichtführung entlang der Wand wird durch die Maßnahme weiter verbessert, wenn die senkrecht auf der Wand stehende Lichtaustrittsöffnung der Kammer durch ein Streifen aus einem transparenten Material geschlossen ist, der einen dreiecksförmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
Der Streifen aus einem transparenten Material schützt die Leuchtmittel vor einer Verschmutzung und ist beispielsweise bei einer Verwendung im Küchenbereich dennoch leicht zu reinigen, um einen optimalen Lichtaustritt zu gewährleisten. Durch den dreiecksförmigen Querschnitt wirkt der Streifen darüber hinaus wie ein das ausfallende Licht bündelnder Lichtleiter .
In konstruktiver Ausgestaltung kann vorgesehen sein, dass der Streifen und/oder ein LED-Band in Nuten in gegenüberliegenden Wänden der Kammer gehalten ist/sind und/oder dass den gegenüberliegenden Wänden Nasen vorstehen, die in Nuten des Streifens und/oder des LED-Bandes eingreifen.
Auch wenn LED-Bänder als Leuchtmittel Verwendung finden, die eine vergleichsweise hohe Lebensdauer haben, ist dennoch ein Austausch über die Stirnseiten der Frontblende nach der Erfindung, gegebenenfalls nach Entfernen einer Abdeckkappe, problemlos möglich.
Gleiches gilt für den Streifen aus transparentem Material, beispielsweise nach einem Verkratzen oder Eindrücken. Auch ist durch einen Austausch des LED-Bandes und/oder des Streifens ein Farbwechsel ohne großen Aufwand möglich.
Für die Betätigung gegenüberliegend angeschlagener Türen ist weiter vorgesehen, dass an eine erste Frontblende eine zweite, spiegelverkehrte Frontblende angeschlossen ist. Hierdurch wird zwischen den beiden Türen für deren Öffnen ein gemeinsamer, beleuchteter Spalt ausgebildet. Insbesondere ist diese Frontblende zu einer Mittelebene spiegelsymmetrisch, wenn durch den Anschluss eine gemeinsame Vorderwand der beiden Kammern ausgebildet wird. Es bedarf dann nur einer zentralen, gemeinsamen Feder für das Festlegen.
Das so erhaltene Möbel mit einer Frontblende nach der Erfindung mit einer Griffleiste aus einem eine Griffmulde aufweisenden Vollprofil, das in einer rechtwinkligen Eckausnehmung in einer Stirnseite des beweglichen Möbelteils eingesetzt ist, das weiter mit einer Nase die Stirnseite übergreift und das mit einem unterseitigen Verriegelungselement in das Möbelteil eingreift, genügt höchsten Ansprüchen.
Die Erfindung wird anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert, in der lediglich Ausführungsbeispiele dargestellt sind. In der Zeichnung zeigt:

Die in der Zeichnung dargestellte, einstückig ausgebildete Frontblende 1 ist gegenüber einer Front 2 eines Möbelkorpus' 3 soweit in einer Ausnehmung 4 zurückgenommen, dass für eine Betätigung eines beweglichen Möbelteils 5 wie einer Türe, einer Schubladen oder dergleichen eine massive Griffleiste 6 mit einer Griffmulde 7 hintergriffen werden kann.
Die Frontblende 1 eignet sich insbesondere für einen vertikalen Einbau.
Die Frontblende 1 weist eine gleichsam ein Rückgrad ausbildende Grundplatte 8 auf, die gegenüber der Front 2 derart angestellt ist, dass sie sich von dem Inneren des Möbelkorpus' 3 hin zu dem beweglichen Möbelteil 5 erstreckt.
An einem ersten Ende ist auf der Grundplatte 8 eine in einer Frontansicht des Möbelkorpus' 3 sichtbar verbleibende Kammer 9 für die Aufnahme von Leuchtmitteln 10 vorgesehen.
Dazu ist an dem ersten Ende der Grundplatte 8 im wesentlichen rechtwinklig eine Abwinklung 11 vorgesehen, an die eine Vorderwand 12 der Kammer 9 angeschlossen ist.
Die Wände der Kammer 9 sind lichtundurchlässig und belassen eine auf der Grundplatte 8 senkrecht stehende Lichtaustrittsöffnung 15, die durch einen Streifen 16 von dreiecksförmigen Querschnitt aus einem transparenten Material geschlossen ist.
Damit fällt das Licht der Leuchtmittel 10 ausschließlich durch den transparenten Streifen 16 auf die Grundplatte 8 und leuchtet den Zwischenraum zwischen der Griffleiste 6 und der Grundplatte 8 mit einem angeschlossenen, S-förmigen Endabschnitt 17 aus. Damit erscheint in einer Ansicht ein Lichtband über die Länge der Frontblende 1.
In der Kammer 9 ist der Streifen 16 mit einer Nase in einer Nut in der Grundplatte 8 bzw. von einer Nase an der Vorderwand 12 in einer Ausnehmung in dem Streifen 13 gehalten. Auch das die Leuchtmittel 10 tragende LED-Band an dem der Lichtaustrittsöffnung 15 gegenüberliegenden Ende der Kammer 9 ist in Nuten gefangen.
Bei der Frontblende 1 ist an dem S-förmig profilierten Endabschnitt 17 ein Seitenteil 18 angeschlossen, das auch sichtbar verbleiben kann, vgl. Fig. 1 rechte Bildhälfte. Gegenüberliegend ist ein weiteres Seitenteil 19 vorgesehen, dass an einer Verlängerung 20 der Vorderwand 12 der Kammer 9 angeschlossen ist.
Neben den abgekröpften Seitenteilen 18,19 steht für ein beabstandetes Festlegen der Frontblende 1 vor einem bogenförmigen Boden 21 der Ausnehmung 4 der Rückseite 22 der Grundplatte 8 hier ein L-förmiges, gegebenenfalls T-förmiges Verriegelungs- oder Abstandselemente 23 vor.
Es können die Seitenteile 18,19 bzw. das Verriegelungs- oder Abstandselemente 23 in entsprechende Nuten in dem Möbelkorpus' eingeschoben werden, gegebenenfalls in die einer gesondert ausgebildete Befestigungsplatte.
Hier ist für eine Befestigung der Frontblende 1 an der Abwinklung 11 der Kammer 9 eine sägezahnartig profilierte Feder 24 vorgesehen, die auszugssicher in einer Nut in dem Boden 21 der Ausnehmung 4 verriegelt.
Die Frontblende 30 gern, den Fig. 3 und 4 eignet sich insbesondere für den Einbau zwischen zwei gegenüberliegend angeschlagenen Türen 31,32. Die Frontblende 30 besteht dem Grunde nach aus einer ersten und spiegelbildlich angeschlossenen zweiten Frontblende 33,34 der voranstehend erläuterten Art unter Verzicht auf eine Verlängerung der Vorderseiten mit Seitenteilen. Der Anschluss erfolgt derart, dass eine gemeinsame Vorderwand 35 der Kammern 36,37 ausgebildet wird. Zwischen den Kammern 36,37 ist eine gemeinsame Feder 38 für das Festlegen der Frontblende 30 vorgesehen. Damit ergibt sich ein zu einer Mittelebene spiegelsymmetrischer Aufbau der Frontblende 30.
Die in Fig. 1 gezeigte Griffleiste 6 aus einem die Griffmulde 7 aufweisenden Vollprofil ist in eine rechtwinklige, dem Möbelkorpus 3 zugewandte Eckausnehmung in einer Stirnseite des beweglichen Möbelteils 5 eingesetzt und übergreift mit einer Nase 40 die Stirnseite des Möbelteils 5. Unterseitig steht der Griffleiste 6 ein Verriegelungselement 41 vor, das in das Möbelteil 5 eingreift, bspw. in Form einer sägezahnartig profilierten Feder, die auszugssicher in einer stirnseitigen Nut in dem Möbelteil 5 eingreift.

Claims

Ansprüche :
1. In einer Ausnehmung aufgenommene Frontblende (1) für einen Möbelkorpus (3), die ein Hintergreifen einer mit einer Griffleiste (6) versehenen Stirnseite beweglicher Möbelteile (5) wie Türen, Schubladen oder dergleichen erlaubt, und die eine Kammer (9) für die Aufnahme eines Leuchtmittels (10) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einstückig ausgebildete Frontblende (1) eine gegenüber der Front (2) angestellte Grundplatte (8) aufweist, die an einem ersten Ende eine Abwinklung (11) aufweist, an die eine Vorderwand (12) angeschlossen ist für die Ausbildung der in einer Frontansicht des Möbelkorpus (3) sichtbar verbleibende Kammer (9), die von einem Boden (21) der Ausnehmung (4) beabstandet eine auf der Grundplatte (8) senkrecht stehende Lichtaustrittsöffnung (15) aufweist.
2. Frontblende nach Anspruch 1, Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass rückseitige Verriegelungs- und/oder Abstandselemente (23) für ein beabstandetes Festlegen an dem Möbelkorpus (3) vorgesehen sind.
3. Frontblende nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kammer (9) gegenüberliegend ein Endabschnitt (17) mit einem Seitenteil (18) an die Grundplatte (8) angeschlossen ist.
4. Frontblende nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Endabschnitt (17) S-förmig gekrümmt ist.
5. Frontblende nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorderwand (12) der Kammer (9) eine Verlängerung (20) mit einem Seitenteil (19) aufweist.
6. Frontblende nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungselemente, die Abstandselemente (23) und die Seitenteile (18,19) die Frontblende (1) von einem bogenförmigen Boden (21) der Ausnehmung (4) beabstandet halten .
7. Frontblende nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden
Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Abwinklung (11) eine in dem Möbelkorpus (3) verriegelnde Feder (24) angeschlossen ist.
8. Frontblende nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lichtaustrittsöffnung (15) der Kammer (9) durch ein Streifen (16) aus einem transparenten Material geschlossen ist, der einen dreiecksförmigen Querschnitt aufweist .
9. Frontblende nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Streifen (16) und/oder ein LED-Band in Nuten in gegenüberliegenden Wänden der Kammer (9) gehalten ist/sind und/oder dass den gegenüberliegenden Wänden Nasen vorstehen, die in Nuten des Streifens und/oder des LED-Bands eingreifen.
10.Frontblende nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine zweite, spiegelverkehrte Frontblende (34) an die erste Frontblende (33) angeschlossen ist.
11.Frontblende nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch den Anschluss eine gemeinsame Vorderwand (35) der beiden Kammern (36,37) ausgebildet wird.
12.Frontblende nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, gekennzeichnet durch eine gemeinsame Feder (38).
13.Möbel mit einer Frontblende nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine Griffleiste (6) aus einem eine Griffmulde (7) aufweisenden Vollprofil, das in einer rechtwinkligen Eckausnehmung in einer Stirnseite des beweglichen Möbelteils (5) eingesetzt ist, das mit einer Nase (40) die Stirnseite übergreift und das mit einem unterseitigen Verriegelungselement (41) in das Möbelteil (5) eingreift.
