Definitions

  • the invention relates to a locking device, in particular for a caravan or mobile home, wherein the locking device has a pivoting latch and a locking part which can be fastened to a first fixed or a second furniture part which can be adjusted relative to it, wherein the pivoting latch is pivotally connected to a holder by means of a pivot bearing, wherein the pivoting latch can be adjusted from a closed position to an unlocked position in an opening direction by means of a tension spring, wherein the pivoting latch can be locked in the closed position on the locking part by means of a detachable positive connection and can be unlocked relative to it in the unlocked position by applying an over-stroke movement in the closing direction, opposite to the opening direction.
  • a locking device for a door for use with household appliances.
  • the locking device comprises a locking element which is pivotally mounted on a housing.
  • a torsion spring biases the locking element from a locking position into Towards an open position.
  • the locking device further comprises a holding part. Curved grooves are provided on the sides of the locking element, in which retaining lugs provided on the housing can be guided. The grooves have guide surfaces and a rest position. In the closed position, the retaining lugs are in the rest position. An overstroke exerted on the door lifts the retaining lugs from the rest position, whereby the locking element is released from the closed position.
  • Additional locking devices are made of EP 2 840 208 A1 , WO 2010/056062 A1 , EN 10 2019 113338 A1 , KR 2011 0044034 A and KR 200 416 692 A1 known.
  • DE 1 166 035 B discloses a locking device in which a pivoting latch is pivotably attached to a holder.
  • This structural unit can be attached to a furniture door or a furniture flap.
  • a locking part is attached to the furniture body to which the furniture door is hinged.
  • the pivoting latch has a roller that moves into a seat in the locking part when the furniture door is closed.
  • the pivoting latch is pivoted in opposite the holder.
  • a slider is arranged on the holder, which is pre-tensioned against a tension spring. The slider serves to positively lock the pivoting latch in the closed position of the door. By applying an overstroke, the slider can be adjusted and the positive connection can be released.
  • the tension spring which pre-tensions the slider, can also be used to move the pivoting latch into the open position. This enables the door to be automatically opened, creating a gap in the door. The door can then be easily grasped and opened.
  • the invention is characterized in that the heart-shaped curve guide or the heart-shaped curve guides is/are arranged in a cavity which is accessible via an insertion opening in order to adjust the control element or elements in the heart-shaped curve guide or the heart-shaped curve guides, and that the pivot latch has two shaped pieces which are connected to one another in the region of their connecting sides, and that the cavity extends beyond the connecting sides into both shaped pieces.
  • the heart-shaped curve guide can guarantee reliable operation of the locking device even when the locking device is exposed to strong vibrations.
  • the tension spring can be used to hold the control element safely and reliably on the blocking section in the closed position. When an overstroke is applied, the control element and the blocking section are adjusted relative to each other on the control curve of the heart-shaped curve guide and the control element reaches an unlocked position. In this position, the positive connection is then canceled.
  • the tension spring By relieving the tension spring, the swivel latch can be swiveled out relative to the holder. In particular, a large travel range for the swivel movement and thus a sufficiently large opening angle for the movable furniture part can be achieved.
  • the solution according to the invention also makes it possible to achieve a small size, which makes it particularly suitable for use in a Caravan or motorhome suitable.
  • the pivot latch in the closed position the pivot latch is held on the locking part by means of a catch connection, wherein the catch connection has a catch element with a catch mouth and a projection that can be locked therein.
  • the catch jaw can be used to reliably lock the pivot latch.
  • the locking part moves into the catch jaw and as a result of this retraction movement, the catch jaw can be pivoted relative to the projection. This causes the pivot latch to pivot.
  • This solution makes it possible in particular to compensate for assembly-related tolerances on furniture.
  • the use of a catch jaw can also subsequently adjust the movable furniture part in relation to the fixed furniture part. For example, the alignment of the movable furniture part and the locking gap can then easily be subsequently corrected.
  • the catch jaw can be arranged either on the pivot latch or on the locking part, in particular connected to it as a single piece.
  • the projection can be arranged either on the locking part or on the pivot latch, in particular connected to it as a single piece.
  • One possible embodiment of the invention is such that the catch mouth is formed in a fork-like manner by a deflection piece and a catch piece arranged at a distance from it, whereby the catch area of the catch mouth is formed between the deflection piece and the catch piece, that the deflection piece has an impact surface and the catch piece has a locking surface, and that the impact surface protrudes beyond the locking surface in the direction radially to the pivot axis of the pivot latch.
  • the projection can, for example, move against the impact surface. This is reliably possible because the impact surface protrudes beyond the locking surface.
  • the pivot latch is then deflected and the projection moves into the catch area of the catch mouth. In the closed position, the projection is then positively secured between the impact surface and the locking surface.
  • a variant of the invention can be characterized in that the catch mouth is arranged on the end of the pivot latch facing away from the pivot bearing. This results in a wide opening movement in the opening direction in a small installation space.
  • the detachable form-fitting connection has two control elements that are arranged at a distance from one another and that can each be adjusted in a heart-shaped curve guide, and that the control elements in the closed position each rest in a form-fitting manner on a blocking section of the associated heart-shaped curve guide. This allows particularly high holding forces to be transmitted in a simple manner between the pivot latch and the holder.
  • control element(s) is/are arranged so as to be pivotable and/or movable on the holder or the pivot latch. This enables the pivot latch to be reliably locked or unlocked on the holder in a simple manner.
  • the control element can be easily adjusted in the heart curve using the pivot bearing or a sliding bearing.
  • a locking lever is pivotally attached to the holder or the pivot latch by means of a pivot bearing, and that a lever arm of the locking lever, spaced from the pivot bearing, carries at least one control element, wherein it can preferably be provided that the pivot axes of the pivot bearing and the pivot bearing of the pivot latch run parallel to one another or substantially parallel to one another.

It is conceivable that the tie rod has a tie rod head on which the control elements are arranged on opposite sides.
  • the locking lever forms a bearing part with a pivot axis on the pivot bearing. It can preferably be provided that the tension rod is coupled in the area of the center of the pivot axis in order to enable the most even and central force to be applied to the pivot bearing.
  • the locking lever is pre-tensioned by means of a spring element at least in areas of its movement space and/or is supported against a spring element.
  • the spring element can, for example, be formed in one piece with the housing, preferably the holder, or the pivot latch.
  • the pivot latch and/or the housing preferably the holder

  • the spring element causes pivoting, position alignment and/or frictional fixing of the locking lever, at least after the overstroke has been applied.
  • the locking lever is held in a locking position at least in one operating position.
  • the locking lever with its one or more control elements can then be designed in such a way that this control element is deflected at control curve areas when it passes through the control curve of the heart-shaped curve guide and is then brought into a different locking position and held there. If the control element(s) then reach an area of the heart-shaped curve guide in which it is deflected again, the locking lever is adjusted to a different lever position or to the original lever position.
  • the pivot latch has a lever which has a bearing projection on which at least one bearing piece is held, and that the at least one bearing piece works together with a bearing receptacle of the holder in order to form the pivot bearing between the pivot latch and the holder, then the pivot latch is assigned to the holder in a space-saving manner.
