Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for moving a movable furniture part in an opening direction in relation to a furniture body of a piece of furniture and/or a device for moving a movable furniture part relative to a body of a household appliance, a guide system for a piece of furniture or for a household appliance with such a device and a piece of furniture or a household appliance with such a guide system and device.
  • an additional function for influencing the movement of the furniture part is provided.
  • These systems can be designed in such a way that when the furniture part is closed, there is a front gap between a movable furniture part and a furniture body. This makes it possible for a user to trigger a so-called touch latch function of the system, which releases a charged energy store of the furniture, with the furniture part being movable in an opening direction using an ejector of the device.
  • Patent document DE 10 2017 121596 A1 discloses a known device with touch latch function.
  • the object of the invention is to provide an improved device of the type mentioned in the introduction for moving a movable furniture part in order to facilitate and/or support an opening and/or closing process, and in particular to enable a more flexible use of the device.
  • the invention is based on a device for moving a movable furniture part in an opening direction in relation to a furniture body of a piece of furniture, the movable furniture part being able to be brought into the opening direction and into a closing direction opposite to the opening direction via guide means.
  • the device has an energy accumulator and an ejector, so that with the device mounted on the furniture, the movable furniture part can be brought into an opening position via the ejector during an opening process under the action of the energy accumulator.
  • the ejector moves guided on a base plate of the device, a pawl component with a guide element being present on the ejector, and the guide element moving in a guide path of the base plate.

  • the following sequence occurs during an opening process of the movable furniture part, the device being fixed in position on a side wall of the furniture body.
  • a force-assisted opening of the drawer is initiated by activating the touch latch function
  • the sequence of the guide element on the latch component is as follows: By pushing in the drawer front, the ejector is moved slightly in the closing direction and a force storage unit is unlocked, thereby moving the ejector with it the pawl component is moved in the opening direction by the energy stored in the energy storage.
  • the touch latch function is triggered, the guide element is on the reversing path. Once the energy storage is triggered, the guide element switches to the ejection path.
  • the pawl component Due to the guide contour, the pawl component is swung out and interacts with the driver. At the end of the ejection path, the pawl component pivots away from the driver so that it is free and the drawer can be opened further, in particular completely, without interaction with the device by kinetic energy or by a user. If the drawer is closed again by a user, this initially occurs without interaction with the device, only after a The driver interacts with the ejector at a certain distance, corresponding to the closing distance traveled by the furniture part compared to the fully opened position. During this process, the pawl component is pivoted away and the guide element is located on the tensioning track section. While the drawer is now closed by a user, the energy storage device is tensioned. At the end of the tensioning process, the guide element changes back to the reversal path in which it is located until the drawer is opened again.
  • the device works independently of a possible arrangement for completely retracting the drawer or an automatic retraction system for the drawer.

This preferably happens automatically due to the locking element's own elasticity. In the starting position, the guide element can only overcome it in the intended direction. When overcoming the locking element is preferably deflected against a spring effect.
  • the locking element includes, for example, a resilient tab, so that a force is necessary that the guide element must apply in order to overcome the locking element or to push the locking element away, transversely, in particular perpendicularly, to the plane of the base plate or to the plane of movement.

  • the locking element comprises a three-dimensional ramp, in particular with a resilient tab, at one end of which the ramp sits.
  • the resilient tab returns the locking element to the starting position; in this position, the locking element locks or blocks the undesirable change between the ejection track and clamping track sections.
  • a preferred embodiment of the ramp-like section on the locking element provides for an increase in height in relation to the surface of the base plate. This increase in height can go from the level of the base plate to the height of a border of a track, in particular a guide track, in particular the guide track of the guide element on the pawl component. Other variants also provide heights between these two values.

  • the coupling device 4 can transmit a force for tensioning the energy accumulator 3 from the ejector 5 via the tensioning lever 30 and the guide lever 34 to the connecting element 35 and thus the energy accumulator 3, in particular the coupling device 4 reduces the force exerted by the ejector 5 on the energy accumulator 3. This means that when loading the energy accumulator 3, a user has to apply a lower force to the ejector 5 than he would have to apply if he wanted to load the energy accumulator 3 without a reduction or directly the end 17 of the energy accumulator 3 in would pull towards P1.
  • the tensioning of the energy accumulator 3 takes place with a movement of the drawer 53 when closing or on a part of the closing movement of the drawer 53.
  • the ejector unit 1 moves in the direction M2 towards the driver 23.
  • the contact section 21 of the adjusting screw 22 of the ejector 5 hits the driver 23, the charging process of the energy storage device 3 begins.
  • the ejector 5 is moved in the direction P1 by striking the driver 23.
  • the movement element 18 of the energy accumulator 3 is also displaced in the direction P1 relative to the base plate 2 and the second end 17 of the spiral springs 10, 11 is displaced in the direction P1 and thus the spiral springs 10 , 11 elongated.
  • the ejector 5 At the end of the tensioning process of the energy accumulator 3, the ejector 5 is in a loading end position, this is in Figure 7 shown. When the energy accumulator 3 is clamped, the ejector unit 1 is in a locked state.
  • the locking element 41 of the coupling device 4 and the locking member 7, which is designed as a flap, determine a locking state, with an unloading movement of the coupling device 4 being blocked by the locking member 7.
  • the tensioning of the energy accumulator 3 is completely completed before, for example, an automatic retraction system for power-assisted retraction of the drawer 53 into the completely closed position on the furniture body 51 becomes effective.
  • the automatic retraction system is not part of the ejector unit 1 and is integrated, for example, in the guide means 52 or the partial or full extensions.
  • the ejector 5 After the energy accumulator 3 has been tensioned, the ejector 5 is moved in the direction P1 relative to the base plate 2 due to the further closing movement of the drawer 53 due to the contact with the driver 23.
  • the operative connection between the pawl component 24 of the ejector 5 and the bearing pin 31 of the clamping lever 30 is canceled. This is done by interaction of the guide track 25 with the guide pin 24a on the pawl component 24, the pawl component 24 being guided by the Guide pin 24a in the guide track 25 is pivoted away from the bearing pin 31 ( Figure 8 ).
  • the ejector 5 is decoupled from the coupling device 4 and can be moved by the driver 23 in the direction P1, in particular by an automatic retraction mechanism, until the drawer 53 is completely closed on the furniture body 51 and the ejector 5 on the trigger 6 is in the basic position Figure 3 pending.
  • the ejector unit 1 In order to eject the drawer 53 with the ejector unit 1 from the fully inserted or closed position on the furniture body 51, a user must press the drawer from the outside in the direction M2.
  • the ejector unit 1 has a so-called touch latch functionality, which has a locked state that can be unlocked by moving the inserted drawer 53 closed on the furniture body 51 in the closing direction M2.
  • This closing movement or the inward pushing of the drawer 53 in the direction of M2 takes place until it reaches a stop position corresponding to a front gap, which in the closed state of the drawer 53 is in particular caused by a distance between an inside of the drawer front 55 and a front end face or the side walls 56 of the furniture body 51 is specified.
  • the front gap is usually a few millimeters, for example approx. 1 to 10 millimeters.
  • the unlocking of the ejector unit 1 is coordinated in such a way that a closing movement of the drawer 53 in the direction of M2 of a few millimeters or a maximum of the amount of the front gap is sufficient to reliably predetermine the unlocking and thus the force-assisted ejection of the drawer 53.
  • the ejector unit 1 with the drawer 53 is moved in the direction M2.
  • the adjusting screw 22 rests on the driver 23
  • the ejector 5 is moved relative to the base plate 2 in the direction P1, whereby a contact section 44 on the ejector 5 presses against the trigger 6 and accordingly pushes it in the direction P1.
  • the trigger 6 has a limited linear displacement in the direction P1 and P2 on the base plate 2, usually by a few millimeters or less than the dimension of the front gap.
  • the trigger 6 is preferably directly coupled to the locking element 7, which is designed as a flap 43, such that the linear triggering movement of the trigger 6 in the direction P1 sets the flap 43 in a rotational movement about a pivot axis D.
  • the rotary movement causes the flap 43 to be released from a locking position, into which the flap 43 is urged by a spring element designed as a leaf spring 49.
  • the flap 43 which is in the locking position, blocks the guide lever 34 or the lever attachment 40 in such a way that the energy accumulator 3 remains in its loaded state.
  • the locking element 41 which is preloaded with a leg spring 60, preferably swings out on the lever attachment 40.
  • the locking element 41 protruding from the lever attachment 40 moves past the flap 43 under the pivoting process of the guide lever 34 and continues the rotational movement of the flap 43 about the pivot axis D initiated by the trigger 6 without interruption. This advantageously increases the angle of rotation of the flap 43 from the locking position.
  • the ejector unit is 1 safely unlocked.
  • a comparatively very small linear triggering movement of the trigger 6 in the direction of P1 is advantageously necessary.
  • the cap 43 is then pushed back into its locking position by the leaf spring 49.
  • the locking element 41 is pivoted out again by the spring force of the leg spring 60. After the tensioning process, the guide lever 34 with the protruding locking element 41 is pressed against the flap 43 held in a locking manner by the leaf spring 49, so that the energy accumulator 3 is in the locked state.
  • the rotational movement of the flap 43 of the ejector unit 1 or the device 58 is transmitted via a synchronizing rod 61, which is arranged in a rotationally fixed manner on the flap 43, to a second advantageously equivalent device 62, which is arranged on the drawer 53.
  • the synchronizing rod 61 advantageously connects the locking element 7 with a second locking element present on the second device 62.
  • the two locking elements are therefore directly and/or synchronously coupled in terms of movement. This represents a synchronization principle that is contrary to a connection between trigger elements of two ejector devices on a piece of furniture.
  • the device 58a according to the invention differs from the device 58 from the Figures 1 to 9 at least through a modified guide track 100, which includes, among other things, a locking element 101.
  • the reference numbers for corresponding components of the device 58a are partly used corresponding to the device 58. Components that differ from the corresponding components according to Figures 1 to 9 differ, are named with their own reference numbers.
  • the furniture 50a according to the invention is shown, it comprises two body side walls 59 and 59a, a body rear wall 59b and a body lid, not shown.
  • the furniture 50a further comprises a movable furniture part designed as a drawer 53, which can be moved relative to the remaining furniture via guide means 52 in the opening direction M1 and in the closing direction M2.
  • the device 58a according to the invention is mounted on the body side wall 59a. There is no device according to the invention on the body side wall 59.
  • the drawer 53 includes a drawer base 54, a drawer front 55, two side walls 56, each with a rail 56a and a drawer rear wall 57.
  • the drawer front 55 and the drawer rear wall 57 are connected by the two drawer side walls 56.
  • a railing 56a runs parallel to the upper end of the drawer side walls 56 and is connected in a stabilizing manner approximately halfway along the length of the drawer 53 by a web 56b.
  • the device 58a is intended to move or support ejection of the drawer 53 in the opening direction M1.
  • a driver 109 is attached to one side of the drawer 53, coordinated with the upper of the two devices 58a.
  • this is attached to the drawer rear wall 57 with a flange 110.
  • the flange 110 is arranged vertically above the drawer side wall 56 between the railing 56a and the drawer side 56 facing the body side wall 59a.
  • the driver 109 projects from the flange 110 at an angle outwards in the direction of the body side wall 59a.
  • the driver has the same function as the one in which Figures 1 to 9 driver 23 described.
  • the driver 109 differs from the driver 23 only in the way it is attached.
  • the driver 23 is attached to the body 51 or to a body rail of the guide means 52, whereas the driver 109 is in Figure 10 is attached to the drawer 53.
  • the device 58a is in Figure 10 attached to the body side wall 59a in a fixed position.
  • the visible guideway 100 includes a locking element 101, a reversal path 102, an ejection path 103 and a tensioning path 104, shown in Figure 12 .
  • This guide surface is surrounded by the further guide surfaces 107, which have a guide surface section 107a in the area of the locking element 101.
  • Figure 12 shows a section Figure 11 , marked with A.
  • the locking element 101 is designed with a ramp-like section 105.
  • the ramp-like section 105 can only be overcome in one direction by a guide pin 24a.
  • the direction in which the guide pin 24a runs in the guide track 100 is indicated by arrows in Figure 12 indicated.
  • the guide pin 24a When the drawer is opened in the direction M1, the guide pin 24a first moves on the reversing path 102.
  • the energy of the charged and released energy storage 3 causes the ejector 5 to move with the guide pin 24a (all not in Figure 12 shown) brought to the ejection path 103.
  • the guide pin 24a reaches the end of the ejection track 103 and then switches to the clamping track 104.
  • the guide pin 24a remains there until the drawer 53 is closed again by a user and the driver 109 onto the ejector 5 meets.
  • energy is supplied by the user and the energy storage 3 (not in Figure 12 shown) tensioned again when the ejector 5 moves in the direction P1.
  • the locking element 101 includes a connection 106 to the base plate 2a, the ramp-like section or ramp 105, and the guide surface section 107a.
  • the ramp 105 includes an incline 105a and a blocking side 105b.
  • the locking element blocks the change of the guide pin 24a at this point. This is one Error-free function of the device is guaranteed, because the guide pin 24a cannot slip into the tensioning track 104 at the end of the reversing track 102, but is directed onto the ejection track 103 through the locking side 105b.
  • the slope 105a of the ramp 105 rises to a maximum height, which corresponds to the height of the base plate 2a, based on the base area of the base plate 2a. An increase to approximately half the height of the base plate 2a at the highest point of the ramp 105 is preferred. The highest point of the ramp 105a is also the height of the locking side 105b perpendicular to the base plate 2a.
  • the locking element 101 is spaced from the remaining base plate 2a, at least over the substantial length of the outer edge of the locking element 101, by a narrow slot-shaped recess 108, which, for example, has a width of approximately one millimeter or a fraction of a millimeter.
