Claims (5)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Rückenlehne (2) und/oder einer Sitzfläche (3), die aus einem Textilbezug oder dergleichen, wie zum Beispiel einem Segeltuch, besteht, wobei die Rückenlehne (2) und/oder die Sitzfläche (3) auf einem Stuhlrohrgestell (1) oder dergleichen montiert wird,
    wobei dieses Verfahren mindestens die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    i) Einfalten der Seitenkanten des Textilbezugs und Vernähen der eingefalteten Kanten, um mittels einer Seitennahtlinie Seitenhülsen (4) zu bilden,
    ii) Anbringen von mindestens drei visuellen Markierungen, die als Kerben (5) bezeichnet werden, an mindestens einem der Enden der Hülsen (4), eine erste, als mittlere Kerbe (5a) bezeichnete Kerbe im Bereich der Seitenkante der Hülsen (4) und zwei periphere Kerben (5b) beidseits der jeweiligen mittleren Kerbe (5a),
    iii) Einfalten der freien Enden der Hülsen (4) durch Eindrücken jeder mittleren Kerbe (5a) zwischen den zwei jeweiligen peripheren Kerben (5b), wobei sich die peripheren Kerben (5b) gerade zueinander erstrecken,
    iv) Vernähen der freien Enden der Hülsen (4) im Bereich der Faltzone der drei Kerben (5a, 5b) mittels einer quer verlaufenden Nahtlinie,
    v) Wenden des Textilbezugs, indem die Ecken des Textilbezugs herausgeholt werden.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede mittlere Kerbe (5a) an der Seitenkante der jeweiligen Seitenhülse (4) positioniert wird und die peripheren Kerben (5b) in gleichem Abstand von der jeweiligen mittleren Kerbe (5a) positioniert werden.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand, der die peripheren Kerben (5b) von der jeweiligen mittleren Kerbe (5a) trennt, 1 cm beträgt.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt des Anbringens der Kerben (5, 5a, 5b) darin besteht, mittels einer automatischen Schneidvorrichtung parallele Markierungen in die Seitenkante der Hülsen (4) zu schneiden.
  5. Stuhl, der ein Rohrgestell (1) und eine Rückenlehne (2) und/oder eine Sitzfläche (3) umfasst, die aus einem Textilbezug oder dergleichen, wie zum Beispiel einem Segeltuch, besteht, der auf dem Rohrgestell (1) montiert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückenlehne (2) und/oder die Sitzfläche (3) durch ein Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 erhalten wird.
