Definitions

  • the invention relates to a guiding device for a line guiding device comprising such a line guiding device according to the preamble of claim 1 and a device or a machine with such a guiding device according to the preamble of claim 15.
  • the generic guiding device has a C-shaped guiding area for guiding the line guiding device, so that the line guiding device is also arranged in its longitudinal extension in a C-arc shape on the guiding device.
  • Such guide devices are used, for example, in C-arm X-ray machines or other medical diagnostic devices.
  • a signal-emitting device such as an X-ray tube on the one hand
  • a signal-receiving device such as a detector, for example as an image amplifier or imaging system, or other corresponding consumers for of Media transmitted to the lines, is arranged.
  • the guide device is here usually arranged on a holder of the device or machine comprising it, the holder being arranged, for example, on the outside of the curvature of the C-arc-shaped guide region of the guide device.
  • the guide device is usually opposite in its longitudinal direction the holder can be moved, the holder generally engaging locally with respect to the longitudinal extent of the guide device, that is to say extends only over a relatively small longitudinal extent area of the guide device.
  • the guide device When the guide device is moved, it thus describes an envelope in relation to the axis of curvature of the C-arc-shaped guide region; in the case of the guide region being designed as a circular arc segment, a cylindrical surface is thus circumnavigated in its circumferential direction.
  • the cantilevered length is too large if the expansion of the C. -arrow-shaped guide area is enlarged.
  • the deflected line guide device in which the upper and lower strand are arranged concentrically with respect to the axis of curvature of the C-shaped guide region of the line guide device, occupies a considerable overall height. However, this often restricts the movement of the guide device towards the installation surface of the device or machine comprising the guide device, which thus limits the area of application of the device or the machine.
  • the invention is based on the object of improving a generic guiding device or device or machine with such a feature that the C-shaped guiding area of the guiding device can be moved over a larger angle of rotation about its axis of curvature, possibly even in confined spaces with respect to the ground clearance of a device or machine comprising the guiding device and, even with a relatively large length of the line guiding device, smooth running is given.
  • the guide device has a deflection device with a deflection axis, which is arranged on the Umlenkbe rich of the line guide device and around which the deflection area of the line guide device is guided.
  • the deflection device preferably couples to the deflection area on the inside. This is in various or preferably all of the displacement positions of the line routing device, the deflecting device is arranged in the order of the deflecting area of the line guiding device and the line guiding device is deflected around the deflecting device, that is to say lying against it in the deflecting area.
  • the deflection device is arranged in such a way that the axis thereof encloses an angle with the axis of curvature of the C-arc shaped guide region of the guide device, that is, an angle not equal to 0 °, that is, inclined or preferably transversely to this.
  • the line routing device is arranged in such a way that one of the side boundaries thereof faces the concavely curved outside of the curvature of the C-arm-shaped guide region.
  • the side boundary of the line guide device represents a preferably continuous Sobe limitation of the upper and lower run and the deflection area of the line guide device and thus extends transversely or in particular perpendicular to the facing surfaces of the upper and lower run.
  • the guiding device determines the position of the line guiding device in relation to its longitudinal alignment by guiding the same.
  • the line guide device is guided in a C-arc shape with respect to its longitudinal extension through the C-arm of the guide device.
  • a particularly low overall height of the line guide device or dersel ben together with the guide device is given, since the line guide device with upper and lower run, so to speak, in relation to the guide area of the C-arm of the guide device - in contrast to a conventional one order - is "laid on its side", since the line guiding device is arranged with one of the side boundaries facing the C-arm of the guiding device.
  • the height here is the height in the radial direction to the axis of curvature of the C-arm - Approximation device can be moved further in the direction of the installation surface of the device or the machine or the movement is not hindered by the installation surface.
  • the subdivision area is usually the floor of a room, that is, the room of a building.
  • the arrangement of the deflection device in the deflection area of the line guiding device which is thus preferably always arranged in the deflection area of the line guiding device even with different movement positions of the line guiding device and the line guiding device is guided around the deflecting device, ensures a comparatively tight and stable guidance of the line guiding device given, which thus in particular prevents that even with large circumferential extensions of the C-arm of the guiding device or with long lengths of the line guiding device, the upper and lower strands of the line guiding device come into contact with each other and thereby disturb the smoothness when moving the line guiding device.
  • C-arm-shaped guide area of the guide device is abbreviated as “C-arm of the guide device” or “C-arm”.
  • “Umlenkbe rich” is understood to mean a deflection area of the line routing device.
  • the axis of curvature of the C-arm thus corresponds to the axis of rotation of the C-arm.
  • the axis of curvature is thus in the center of the C-arm.
  • the axis of curvature or rotation thus correspond to the center point axis of the C-arm, which is thus angeord net in the center of the C-arm and perpendicular to the main axis of the C-arm.
  • the line routing device can be designed, for example, as a link chain, as is the case with energy supply chains, in which a large number of individual chain links are articulated and adjacent links can be pivoted about a pivot axis, this pivoting resulting in the spatial deflection.
  • Such chain links consist mostly of two laterally spaced apart Be ten sculpture and an upper web and lower web, which together define the inner cross-section of the line routing device.
  • the side parts and transverse webs can each be designed as individual components or can be connected to one another in one piece, for example with the formation of a U-shaped part comprising a transverse web and two molded-on side parts or the like.
  • the chain members are here preferably pivotable about a joint axis formed by the joint elements of the same, but without being restricted to this.
  • the individual chain links of a line guide device can also be articulated to one another by articulated connections in the manner of a ball joint or in some other way.
  • the line routing device can be designed, for example, as or in the manner of an articulated pipe with a plurality of pipe sections articulated to one another.
  • the line guide device can, however, generally also be formed in one piece or comprise several longitudinal sections, each having a plurality of laterally spaced pairs of side tabs or lateral boundaries of the inner cross-section and thus also of the line guide device itself.
  • U-shaped chain links can be provided with an openable or subdivided crossbar, which is detachably fastened to a tape extending over the entire length of the line guide device or integrally formed thereon.
  • Said endless belt can additionally also have the function of transverse webs and the inner cross-section or receiving space of the Limit line routing device, wherein the side parts of sections of the line routing device can also be molded directly onto the endless belt.
  • the line routing device can, for example, also be designed as a deformable pipe or hose, for example also slotted pipe or hose, the desired flexibility or bendability of the line routing device being provided by the slots or other corresponding material recesses or material weaknesses, whereby the flexibility or flexibility, a spatial deflectability of adjacent sections of the line routing device is formed.
  • the "deflectability" of the sections of the line routing device is therefore generally not limited within the scope of the invention to the formation of specially defined joint areas between said sections.
  • the spatial deflectability is therefore generally given within the scope of the invention in each case perpendicular and / or transversely to the longitudinal direction of the line routing device, where "perpendicular” is understood here in the direction of the upper run to the lower run or vice versa.
  • the adjacent, mutually spatially deflectable sections of the line guide device are thus generally preferably spatially deflectable to each other by at least two directions at an angle to each other, the directions preferably being perpendicular to each other.
