Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Möbelkomponente mit wenigstens einer Funktionswand mit einem integrierten oder eingesetzten Möbelbeschlag zur Führung eines bewegbaren Möbelteils. Dabei weist die Funktionswand zwei Seitenflächen und wenigstens eine Stirnseite und wenigstens eine stirnseitige Ausnehmung zur Aufnahme des Möbelbeschlags auf. Insbesondere betrifft die Erfindung eine Möbelkomponente mit einer Möbelplatte und einem in der Möbelplatte integrierten oder eingesetzten Möbelbeschlag zur Führung eines bewegbaren Möbelteils wie vorzugsweise einer Klappe oder eines Barfachs.The present invention relates to a furniture component with at least one functional wall with an integrated or inserted furniture fitting for guiding a movable furniture part. Ebenso wird eine Reinigung des Innenraums, insbesondere der Innenseite der Seitenwand des Möbelkorpus, durch die aufmontierten Beschläge erschwert. Aus der US 2004/0239216 A1 ist ein Schrank mit einem Schrankkorpus und mit einer Tür bekannt geworden. Im Inneren des Schranckorpus ist eine zusätzliche Innenwand angeordnet, welche sich entlang einer Seitenwand des Schrankkorpus erstreckt und einen Aufnahmeraum von dem Innenraum des Schrankkorpus abtrennt. In dem Aufnahmeraum ist eine verschiebliche Struktur angeordnet, an welcher die Tür verschwenkbar aufgenommen ist, um im geöffneten Zustand in den Aufnahmeraum eingeschoben zu werden. Nachteilig ist hier, dass durch die zusätzliche Innenwand der verfügbare Stauraum deutlich vermindert wird. Der Bauraum ist sehr breit, auch optisch. Weiter ist nachteilig, dass der Aufnahmeraum nur durch eine Demontage der Innenwand oder des Schrankkorpus zu reinigen ist. Bei neuen Entwicklungen werden auch Möbelbeschläge in eine Funktionswand eines Möbelstücks integriert, wie z. B. aus der WO 2018/158152 A1 bekannt. Dazu wird eine Ausnehmung oder ein Aufnahmeraum in der Funktionswand zur Verfügung gestellt, in welchem der Möbelbeschlag aufgenommen und befestigt wird. Dadurch kann der Möbelbeschlag beispielsweise in die Seitenwand integriert werden, wodurch der Möbelbeschlag von der äußeren Seite und auch bei der Innenansicht von dem Innenraum des Möbelstücks aus nicht sichtbar ist. Nachteilig ist, dass bei Schwenkbewegungen eine entsprechend große Fuge zwischen den einzelnen Teilen einer Front eines Möbelstücks vorhanden sein muss, um den nötigen Spielraum für die Schwenkbewegung zur Verfügung zu stellen.From the U.S. 2004/0239216 A1 a cabinet with a cabinet body and a door has become known. Die Funktionswand umfasst zwei (insbesondere parallele) Seitenflächen und wenigstens eine Stirnseite, wobei an einer Stirnseite eine stirnseitige Ausnehmung zur Aufnahme des Möbelbeschlags ausgebildet ist. Der Möbelbeschlag umfasst ein Grundelement, eine Linearführung und eine an dieser angelenkte Schwenkführung. Die Linearführung weist zwangsgeführte bewegliche Elemente auf, an denen die Schwenkführung beabstandet zum Grundelement angelenkt ist. Die beiden Seitenflächen liegen in einer ersten bzw. einer zweiten Ebene, wobei zumindest die Linearführung (und vorzugsweise auch die Schwenkführung) in einer Schließstellung des Möbelbeschlags zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Ebene bzw. zwischen der ersten Seitenfläche und der zweiten Seitenfläche der Funktionswand liegt. Die Linearführung und die Schwenkführung sind miteinander gekoppelt, sodass bei einer Öffnungsbewegung zuerst eine Linearbewegung und anschließend wenigstens eine Schwenkbewegung ausgeführt werden. Claims (15)

  1.   9. The furniture component (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, in which the closing and/or opening force is adjustable.
  10. The furniture component (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, in which a swivel axis (31) of the swivel guide (13) is orientated transversely to at least one of the two planes.
  11. The furniture component (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, in which the furniture fitting (10) comprises at least one adjustment device for the positioning of the mobile furniture part (40) in a spatial orientation (y, z), wherein the adjustment device comprises at least a worm gear, a bevel gear, a cam gear or a screw element.
  12. The furniture component (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, in which the functional wall (2) with an integrated furniture fitting (10) has a thickness (2a) of less than 30 mm, in particular less than 25 mm and preferably less than 21 mm.
