Description

Furniture component
Technical Field
The invention relates to a furniture component having at least one functional wall with an integrated or insertable furniture fitting for guiding a movable furniture part. In this respect, the functional wall has two side faces, at least one end face, and at least one recess at the end face for accommodating a furniture fitting. In particular, the invention relates to a furniture component having a furniture panel and a furniture fitting integrated or inserted into the furniture panel to guide a movable furniture part such as preferably a flap or a bar compartment.
Background
In the prior art, various pieces of furniture and furniture components are known, in which a movable furniture part, for example a flap or a bar compartment, is movably articulated by means of a furniture fitting. During the movement, the movable furniture part is guided on the furniture fitting. In all cases, the flap, bar counter compartment or other movable furniture part may be integrally formed or may also be composed of a plurality of individual parts which are connected to one another and optionally move relative to one another within a range of motion.
In the case of flap or bar counter compartments, it is known to attach respective hinges or flap fittings to the inside of the side walls of the furniture piece. However, this has the disadvantage that the fittings inevitably project into the interior of the furniture carcass, which on the one hand reduces the available storage space inside the furniture carcass and on the other hand also impairs the interior construction of the furniture carcass. Similarly, interior cleaning, especially of the inside of the side walls of furniture frames, becomes more difficult due to the fittings installed. For visual reasons, it is desirable not to mount the side walls of the furniture fitting.
In a new development, furniture fittings are also integrated into the functional wall of a furniture piece. For this purpose, recesses or receiving spaces are provided in the functional wall, in which the furniture fitting is received and fastened. In this way, the furniture fitting can be integrated into the side wall, so that, for example, the furniture fitting is not visible from the outside and is also not visible when viewed from the inside of the furniture piece. In the case of a pivoting movement, a disadvantage is that correspondingly large clearances must be present between the individual parts of the front side of the furniture piece in order to provide the necessary clearances for the pivoting movement.
Disclosure of Invention
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a furniture component which can be used more flexibly and which selectively enables smaller gaps between the individual parts or furniture components.
This object is achieved by a furniture component having the features of claim 1. Preferred further developments are the subject matter of the dependent claims. Further advantages and features of the invention can be gathered from the exemplary embodiments explained with reference to the figures.
The furniture component according to the invention comprises at least one functional wall with at least one integrated or plug-in furniture fitting for guiding the movable furniture part. The functional wall comprises two (in particular parallel) side faces and at least one end face, wherein a recess is formed in one end face for accommodating the furniture fitting. The furniture fitting comprises a base element, a linear guide and a pivot guide hinged to the linear guide. The linear guide has a positively guided movable element to which the pivoting guide is articulated at a distance from the basic element. The two side faces lie in a first plane and in a second plane, respectively, wherein in the closed position of the furniture fitting at least the linear guide (and preferably also the pivot guide) lies between the first plane and the second plane or between the first side face and the second side face of the functional wall. The linear guide and the pivotal guide are connected to each other so as to perform a linear movement first and then at least one pivotal movement during the opening movement.
The furniture component according to the invention has a number of advantages. A significant advantage of the furniture component according to the invention is that the furniture fitting is inserted or integrated into the functional wall, the linear guide and the pivoting guide being connected to one another. Due to the fact that the linear movement is first performed during the opening movement, the movable furniture component can be removed from the functional wall to such an extent that no contact is made between said movable furniture component and an adjacent part of the same or of another furniture component when the movable furniture component is pivoted.
The pivot axis of the pivot guide is preferably oriented transversely to at least one of the two planes or sides.
In particular, the functional wall is designed as a side wall of a furniture component. In this case, the pivoting movement takes place in particular about a pivot axis which is oriented at least substantially approximately horizontally. In all designs, the pivot axis of the pivot guide is preferably aligned transversely, and in particular at least approximately perpendicularly or perpendicularly, to one of the two planes of the functional wall or to one of the two side faces. In a preferred design, the two sides of the functional wall are aligned (at least approximately) parallel to each other. Preferably, the pivot axis of the pivot guide is aligned (at least approximately) perpendicular to the side of the functional wall.
The pivot axis oriented transversely to the two planes or the two side faces preferably intersects the two planes or the side faces.
The functional wall used in the present invention may also be referred to as a furniture functional wall and is preferably a furniture panel. In this respect, the term "functional wall" is designated throughout the present application by the term "functional panel of furniture" or "furniture panel".
Preferably, the pivot guide is hinged to the movable furniture part and is located between two sides of the functional wall when the furniture fitting is in the closed position. In particular, the pivot guide is hinged to the movable furniture part such that the hinge of the pivot guide is located between the two lateral sides of the functional wall in the closed state of the furniture fitting.
It is possible and likewise preferred for the pivot guide to be hinged to the movable furniture part and for the hinge of the pivot guide to be at least partially located in front of the end face of the functional wall in the closed state of the furniture fitting. In this case, a part of the hinge of the pivot guide portion may be located forward of the end surface of the functional wall while the other part of the hinge remains located within the recess of the functional wall.
Preferably, the linear guide comprises at least one movable rail. In particular, the movable rail forms a lifting movement. It is particularly preferred that the movable rail forms a lifting movement during the linear movement. Preferably, the movable rail is accommodated longitudinally displaceably in a (stationary) rail, wherein the (stationary) rail can also serve as a basic element of the furniture fitting.
Preferably, a sequence controller for forcibly connecting the linear guide and the pivot guide is included. Preferably, the sequence controller includes a chute guide for forced connection. Preferably, the chute guide comprises at least one control path which may be in the form of a curved guide. The curved guide may be used to achieve a pivoting movement of the positive connection during the linear movement. In this way, it is possible to generate a positively coupled pivoting movement, in particular only in the middle section or preferably only in the end section of the linear movement. A corresponding control can be achieved by bending the guide.
Preferably, the furniture fitting comprises at least one damping device for damping the closing and/or opening movement. It is possible that at least one damping device is designed as a linear damper and/or at least one damping device is designed as a rotary damper.
For example, it is possible that a linear damper is used for damping the linear movement and a rotary damper is used for damping the pivoting movement of the pivot guide. However, it is also possible that the damping means are only used for damping the movement of the linear guide or the pivoting guide.
In a preferred design, the damping device is at least partially and/or temporarily connected to the element of the pivot guide. This achieves an effective damping of the movement of the movable furniture part.
In a preferred further development, the furniture fitting comprises at least one actuator, spring or preloading device, wherein the actuator, spring or preloading device acts on the linear guide and the positively connected pivot guide such that the actuator, spring or preloading device exerts a closing force and/or an opening force on the movable furniture part, for example the door, in an active region between the closed position and the at least one open position of the furniture fitting. In this regard, the open position need not be the maximum possible open position, but may be a specifically selected position between the closed position and the maximum open position. Preferably, the closing force and/or the opening force is adjustable.
In an advantageous embodiment, the furniture fitting comprises at least one adjusting device for positioning the movable furniture part in at least one spatial orientation. In this respect, the or at least one adjusting means may comprise at least one worm element, at least one bevel gear element, an eccentric element or a screw element or other adjusting element. It is possible to adjust at least one spatial orientation and/or at least one spatial angle.
In all designs, it is particularly preferred that the thickness or width of the functional wall with the integrated furniture fitting is less than 30 millimeters (mm), in particular less than 25mm and preferably less than 21 mm. In this case, the (complete) thickness of the functional wall is measured between the sides.
It is particularly preferred that the thickness or width of the furniture fitting is smaller than the thickness or width of the functional wall. In particular, the difference between the thickness of the functional wall and the thickness of the furniture fitting is greater than 2mm and in particular greater than 4mm and may also be 6mm or greater.
Particularly preferably, the base element is the widest element of the furniture fitting. Preferably, the thickness of the basic element of the furniture fitting is less than 22mm and in particular less than 18mm and preferably less than 16 mm.
The furniture fitting can be accommodated approximately centrally in the functional wall. It is also possible that the furniture fitting is arranged closer to one side than the other. Preferably, the furniture fitting is inserted from one side. The overlay may cover the furniture fitting.
In an advantageous embodiment, the furniture fitting comprises at least one positioning device for the movable furniture part. The securing device has in particular a releasable securing connection in order to secure the movable furniture part in at least one open position or open position.
Preferably, at least in the closed position, the functional wall and the movable furniture component at least partially separate the storage compartment. This provides a storage compartment on the furniture component that can be used to separate or store various objects.
Preferably, the furniture component comprises at least two functional walls with one or each of a plug-in or integrated furniture fitting for guiding the movable furniture component. Particularly preferably, the functional wall forms an (at least substantially) vertically oriented side wall of the furniture component. It is also possible that the furniture component comprises two or more functional walls which are arranged, for example, at a distance from one another and which provide one or more storage compartments at the furniture component, which are separated from one another.
Particularly preferably, the movable furniture part is designed as a flap, wherein the flap opens, for example, by an upward pivoting movement or by a downward pivoting movement.
In summary, the invention provides an advantageous furniture component, which can be equipped particularly advantageously with a flap and also a pivoting door or cover or a bar compartment. In this case, the movable furniture component, during the transition from the closed position into the open position, first performs a linear movement and then a pivoting movement, wherein the pivoting movement can be started while the linear movement is still being performed. Preferably, however, a purely linear movement is first carried out, so that particularly small joint sizes can be formed between the movable furniture part and the adjacent furniture part. The linear movement ensures that, for example, the movable furniture part first moves out from the front of the furniture and thus subsequently does not collide with other movable or fixed furniture parts during the pivoting movement and simultaneously performs the pivoting movement.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows a furniture component 1 according to the invention, which is designed for example as a wall unit 100 or a bar counter compartment. The furniture component 1 is mounted to a room wall 50. The furniture component 1 is shown in fig. 1 in a closed position 14 or in a closed state. The furniture component 1 comprises a movable furniture part 40, which is designed here as a flap and in this case closes a storage space or storage compartment 41, which storage space or storage compartment 41 is arranged behind the movable furniture part 40 and is accessible from an access side 45.
At the top, the furniture component 1 is delimited by a top plate 43. On the left, a functional wall 2 can be seen, in the interior of which functional wall 2 (not visible in fig. 1) a furniture fitting 10 is accommodated, which furniture fitting 10 is connected to a flap 40.
Fig. 2 shows a further embodiment variant of a furniture component 1, which has two functional walls 2 or vertical side walls. The bottom panel 42 and the top panel 43 define a storage compartment 41 accessible from the front side. In principle, the furniture component 1 can also have only a single functional wall 2.
On the front end face of the functional walls 2, recesses 6 or corresponding receiving spaces are formed in the interior of the functional walls 2, in which case a furniture fitting 10 is received in each functional wall. A movable furniture part 40 (which is not visible in fig. 2) is attached or connected to the pivot carrier 30 of the furniture fitting 10.
The functional wall 2 is designed here as a functional panel and has a side wall thickness or thickness 2a of preferably less than 24 millimeters (mm) and in particular less than 21 mm. The furniture fitting 10 is completely accommodated in the functional wall. The lateral width or thickness 11a (see fig. 4) of the furniture fitting 10 is in particular less than 18mm and preferably less than 16 mm. This provides a furniture component 1 with lateral functional walls of a thickness similar to the thickness of other furniture panels of a conventional piece of furniture. No greater wall thickness is required to accommodate the furniture fitting inside the functional wall.
Each functional wall has an inner side 3 and an outer side 4. The side faces 3, 4 can be formed with a covering layer 3a, 4a, respectively, and the functional wall itself can be formed by one or two cores, in which corresponding recesses 6 are made for accommodating furniture fittings 10 to the functional wall 2. In an aesthetically pleasing manner, the full- face covering 3a or 4a can be applied to the wall so that the furniture fitting 10 is not visible from either the exterior side or the interior side.
Fig. 3 shows a side view of the functional wall 2 of the furniture component 1, wherein the recess 6 which is open at the end face 5 can be seen. In this exemplary embodiment, the furniture fitting 10 is inserted from the side 3 and screwed into the functional wall 2. Subsequently, the covering layer 3a can be applied to the functional wall 2 on the entire side, so that an aesthetically consistent design is achieved. However, an aesthetic cap may also be applied to the furniture fitting 10.
Fig. 4 shows a perspective view of a furniture fitting 10, for example for the functional wall 2 shown in fig. 3.
The furniture fitting 10 has a base element 11, to which a linear guide 12 is accommodated. The pivot guide 13 is connected to the linear guide 12. The damping device 16 is accommodated here in the base element 11. A threaded flange 29 is also formed on the base element 11, where the furniture fitting 10 is screwed to the functional wall 2.
The rail 26 is fixedly connected to the base element 11 and the movable rail 27 is linearly movably mounted to the base element by means of bearings 28. The stationary rail 26, the movable rail 27 and the bearing 28 together form the linear guide 12. At the front end of the linear guide 12, the pivot carrier 30 of the pivot guide 13 is pivotally attached to the linear guide. In the pivot carrier 30, fastening holes for screwing to the movable furniture part 40 can be seen.
A pivot axis 31 for pivoting the pivot carrier 30 is arranged at the movable rail 27. A spring plate 33 is also connected to the movable rail 27, and a spring tongue 34 is formed at the spring plate 33. Spring plate 33 is connected to movable rail 27 by pin 32.
The damping device 16 is connected to the connecting piece 19 by a piston rod 16a, which piston rod 16a is further connected to a movable rail 27. Thus, when the movable rail 27 is extended, the piston rod 16a of the damper device 16 is also extended.
The width or thickness 11a of the base element 11 is in this case in particular less than 18mm and preferably less than 16 mm. In this case, the basic element 11 represents the widest part of the furniture fitting 10.
A spring 17 (see fig. 9), which is not shown here, is accommodated between the spring receivers 19a and 19b in order to preload the furniture fitting 10 in the exemplary embodiment into the closed position 14 shown.
The linear guide portion 12 is connected to the pivot guide portion 13 by a first pin 21 and a second pin 22. So that the control lever 35 pivots about the second pin 22 when the first pin 21 is lifted in the chute guide 24.
Fig. 5 shows a side view of the furniture fitting 10, wherein the pivot carrier 30 for attachment to the movable furniture part 40 is arranged here on the right in the illustration according to fig. 5. The damping device 16 is accommodated in the base element 11. An oblong hole 23 and a chute guide 24 are formed in the fixed rail 26. The chute guide 24 comprises a control path 25, which extends here transversely to the oblong hole.
Fig. 6 shows an enlarged view of the pivot carrier 30 on the movable rail 27 on the left-hand side and a perspective view of the pivot carrier 30 on the right-hand side. The pivot carrier 30 has a latching edge 30a and an opening for the pivot axis 31 and a fastening flange or fastening flange for fastening to the movable furniture part 40.
In the illustrated closed position 14, the latch edge 30a of the pivot carrier 30 engages behind the latch cam 35a of the lever 35. The latch cam 35a prevents the pivot carrier 30 from pivoting. The control rod 35 is only shown here in dashed lines, since the control rod 35 is located behind the movable rail 27.
Fig. 6 also shows the latch ball 34b which is received in the ball bearing 30b of the pivot carrier 30 and rotates counterclockwise about the pivot axis 31 as the pivot carrier pivots until the latch ball 34b engages the ball receiving portion 34a of the spring tongue 34 and thereby defines a fixed open position.
Fig. 7 shows a control rod 35 which is connected at its rear end in a pivotally movable manner to the damping device 16 by means of a connecting portion 38. In the mounted state, the control lever 35 can be pivoted about a pivot axis 37 when the first pin 21 is guided along the control path 25 of the gate guide 24, wherein the pivoting is effected by a height adjustment of the first pin 21, which first pin 21 is accommodated in the accommodation 39.
Fig. 8 shows an enlarged view of the spring plate 33, on which the spring tongue 34 and the ball receptacle 34a are formed, the spring plate 33 achieving a defined open position in which the latching balls 34b engage with the ball receptacle 34.
With reference to fig. 9 to 12, the sequence of movement of the furniture fitting 10 of the furniture component 1 when opening the movable furniture part 40 from the closed position 14 will be described below.
Fig. 9 shows the closed position 14. The damping device 16 is accommodated in the basic element 11, the basic element 11 being connected to the element or the connecting piece 19 by means of a piston rod 16 a. Similarly, the spring 17 is also connected to the connecting piece 19.
The first pin 21 is guided in the chute guide 24 along a control path 25. On the other hand, the second pin 22 is accommodated only in the oblong hole 23 so as to be longitudinally movable.
In the closed position 14, the latching edge 30a of the pivot carrier 30 engages from below against the latching cam 35a of the control rod 35. However, because the first pin 21 prevents vertical movement of the control lever 35, the control lever 35 (which is itself pivotably received about the second pin 22) is prevented from pivoting at the position shown in fig. 9.
By moving the movable furniture part 40 forward, the open position 15 shown in fig. 10 is obtained, which is shown here as a partially open position. In this exemplary embodiment, the movable furniture part 40 is pulled forward and outward 39mm from the furniture component 1. This motion is purely linear. By doing so, the movable rail 27 has moved out of the functional wall 2 by a corresponding amount 38mm relative to the fixed rail 26. The first pin 21 and also the second pin 22 have reached the respective axial end of the oblong hole 23 or the chute guide 24. The control rod 35 is guided on the first pin 21 upwards into the vertically aligned region of the control path 25 of the chute guide 24 by spring preloading or by the weight moment of the movable furniture part. Thereby, the lever 35 is next pivoted about the pivot axis of the second pin 22, so that the front end of the lever 35 and the latch cam 35 move upward.
The resulting position is shown in fig. 11. The latching cam 35a of the control lever 35 has been pivoted upwards, thereby releasing the latching edge 30a of the pivot carrier 30, so that the pivot carrier 30 and the flap connected thereto or the movable furniture part 40 connected thereto can be pivoted counterclockwise here and release the storage compartment 45 of the furniture component 1 from the access side 45. During pivoting, the pivot balls 34b on the pivot carrier 30 rotate with the pivot carrier in the counterclockwise direction until the latch balls 34b reach the ball receiving portions 34a of the spring plate 33. There, the latch ball 34b is located in front of the ball receiving portion 34 a. Thereby, the first open position 15a is fixed.
Finally, fig. 12 shows a state in which the movable furniture part 40 has been pivoted further. Thereby, the latch ball 34b is latched from the predetermined position into the latch position with the ball receiving portion 34. There may be another latching position at the position shown in fig. 12. This now represents the maximum open position 15 b. Also at this position the linear guide 12 is still extended. The pivot guide 13 is pivoted to the maximum here. The lever 35 is pivoted upward as far as possible so that even at this position the latch cam 35a does not impede pivoting of the pivot carrier 30.
To close the flap, the movable furniture part 40 is raised and the pivot carrier 30 is thereby pivoted about the pivot axis 31 until the flap 40 once again reaches the vertical position. This also re-enables the linear movement for closing, since the first pin 21 has already left the vertical part of the control path 25 of the chute guide 24 again and the first pin 21 is located in the horizontal part of the chute guide 24. By pushing back the linear guide 12, the latch cam 35a and the latch edge 30a latch with each other.
In general, the invention provides an advantageous furniture component 1, so that a flap, a bar counter compartment and also a door or a cover can be provided in an advantageous manner.
The furniture component 1 can be used as a flap, a bar counter compartment or even a pivoting door. It is possible to allow a very small gap between the inner and/or outer front. The linear movement and the rotational movement are carried out in segments, but in particular not simultaneously.
It is possible to achieve different latching positions by means of a control cam or also by means of one, two or more ball receivers 34 a. It is also possible to provide self-opening or self-closing.
The force for opening and/or closing may be adjustable.
The adjustment aperture may for example be provided on one side (inside and/or outside).
It is also possible to form such furniture components without the use of springs. Such a furniture component may have at least one latching position. The function can also be achieved by applying an overpressure. The plurality of furniture fittings can be synchronized and/or driven mechanically, hydraulically or electronically. Similarly, electronic, electrical or mechanical operation is also possible. The fastening may for example be performed from the front or may be clampable.
The spring assembly and the drive assembly are separable, if applicable. The linear stroke is adjustable or limited. Similarly, the opening angle is also adjustable or limited.
The height, depth, tilt, rotation, etc. of the panel may be adjusted. The panel can thus be adjusted in at least one spatial direction or spatial orientation (x, V, z) by means of the adjustment device. A plurality of damping devices may also be included. For example, damping means for rotation and damping means for linear motion.
The movable furniture part can in particular be provided adhesively and/or screwed. Rapid assembly is also possible. A cap or the like may be applied in front to cover the milled recess.
It is also possible that the furniture component 1 comprises two, three or more functional walls as well as further walls and panels with and/or without additional functions or accommodated furniture fittings or the like.
