Abstract

Furniture component (1) with a functional wall (2) with an integrated or inserted furniture fitting (10) for guiding a movable furniture part (40). The functional wall (2) has two side surfaces (3, 4), an end face (5) and an end face recess (6) for receiving the furniture fitting (10). The furniture fitting (10) comprises a base element (11), a linear guide (12) and a pivoting guide (13) linked to this. The linear guide (12) has positively guided movable elements on which the pivoting guide (13) is articulated at a distance from the base element (11). The two side surfaces (3, 4) lie in a first and a second plane, at least the linear guide (12) in a closed position (14) of the furniture fitting (10) lying between the first and the second plane. The linear guide (12) and the pivoting guide (13) are coupled to one another, so that when an opening movement occurs, first a linear movement and then at least one pivoting movement is carried out.

Description

The present invention relates to a furniture component with at least one functional wall with an integrated or inserted furniture fitting for guiding a movable furniture part. The functional wall has two side surfaces and at least one end face and at least one end face recess for receiving the furniture fitting. In particular, the invention relates to a furniture component with a furniture panel and a furniture fitting integrated or inserted in the furniture panel for guiding a movable furniture part such as preferably a flap or a bar compartment.

In the prior art, a wide variety of furniture and furniture components have become known in which a movable furniture part such as a flap or a bar compartment is articulated movably via a furniture fitting. When moving, the movable furniture part is guided over the furniture fitting. Flaps, bar compartments or other movable furniture parts can in all cases be designed in one piece or consist of several individual parts that are connected to one another and, if necessary, move relative to one another in the course of movement.

In the case of flaps or bar compartments, it has become known to attach corresponding hinges or flap fittings to an inside of a side wall of a piece of furniture. The disadvantage of this, however, is that the fittings inevitably protrude into the interior of the furniture body, which on the one hand reduces the usable storage space within the furniture body and on the other hand also impairs the structuring of the interior of the furniture body. Cleaning of the interior, in particular the inside of the side wall of the furniture body, is also made more difficult by the mounted fittings. For visual reasons, a side wall on which no furniture fittings are mounted is desirable.

With new developments, furniture fittings are also integrated into a functional wall of a piece of furniture, such as B. at the DE 10 2017 104 185 A1 . For this purpose, a recess or a receiving space is made available in the functional wall, in which the furniture fitting is received and fastened. As a result, the furniture fitting can be integrated into the side wall, for example, whereby the furniture fitting is not visible from the outer side and also when viewed from the inside from the interior of the piece of furniture. The disadvantage is that in the case of pivoting movements, a correspondingly large joint must be present between the individual parts of a front of a piece of furniture in order to provide the necessary leeway for the pivoting movement.

The US 2011/0001410 A1 discloses a linearly displaceable hinge for a cabinet. A door panel is opened by a swivel movement. The door panel can then be stowed in the open position using a linear movement on top of the cabinet body to save space. The disadvantage here too are large joints between the individual parts.

It is therefore the object of the present invention to provide a furniture component which can be used even more flexibly and in which, if necessary, smaller joints are made possible between individual parts or furniture components.

This object is achieved by a furniture component with the features of claim 1. Preferred developments are the subject of the subclaims. Further advantages and features of the present invention emerge from the exemplary embodiments which are explained with reference to the accompanying figures.

A furniture component according to the invention comprises at least one functional wall with at least one integrated or inserted furniture fitting for guiding a movable furniture part. The functional wall comprises two (in particular parallel) side surfaces and at least one end face, an end face recess for receiving the furniture fitting being formed on one end face. The furniture fitting comprises a base element, a linear guide and a pivot guide articulated on this. The linear guide has positively guided movable elements on which the pivot guide is hinged at a distance from the base element. The two side surfaces lie in a first and a second plane, with at least the linear guide (and preferably also the swivel guide) in a closed position of the furniture fitting between the first and second levels or between the first side surface and the second side surface of the functional wall. The linear guide and the swivel guide are coupled to one another. A sequence control for the forced coupling of the linear guide and the pivoting guide is included, so that in the event of an opening movement, first a linear movement and then at least one pivoting movement are carried out.

The furniture component according to the invention has many advantages. A significant advantage of the furniture component according to the invention is that the furniture fitting is inserted or integrated into the functional wall and that a linear guide and a swivel guide are coupled to one another. The fact that a linear movement is initially carried out during an opening movement the movable furniture part can be removed from the functional wall so far that when the movable furniture part is pivoted, there is no contact of the movable furniture part with neighboring parts of the same furniture component or other furniture components.

A pivot axis of the pivot guide is preferably aligned transversely to at least one of the two planes or side surfaces.

In particular, the functional wall is designed as a side wall of a furniture component. A pivoting movement then takes place, in particular about an at least substantially approximately horizontally oriented pivot axis. In all of the configurations, it is preferred that the pivot axis of the pivot guide is aligned transversely and in particular at least approximately perpendicular or perpendicular to one of the two planes or to one of the two side surfaces of the functional wall. In preferred configurations, the two side surfaces of the functional wall are (at least approximately) aligned parallel to one another. It is preferred that the pivot axis of the pivot guide is aligned (at least approximately) perpendicular to the side surfaces of the functional wall.

The pivot axis aligned transversely to the two planes or the two side surfaces preferably intersects both planes or side surfaces.

The functional wall in the sense of the present invention can also be referred to as a furniture functional wall and is preferably a furniture panel. In this respect, the term “functional wall” can be specified more precisely throughout this application by the term “furniture functional panel” or “furniture panel”.

The pivoting guide is preferably articulated on the movable furniture part and is located between the two side surfaces of the functional wall when the furniture fitting is closed. In particular, the pivoting guide is articulated to the movable furniture part in such a way that, when the furniture fitting is in the closed state, the pivoting guide is articulated between the two side surfaces of the functional wall.

It is possible and also preferred that the pivot guide is articulated on the movable furniture part and, when the furniture fitting is closed, the articulation of the pivot guide is at least partially in front of the end face of the functional wall. A part of the articulation of the pivoting guide can be located in front of the end face of the functional wall, while another part of the articulation is still located within the recess in the functional wall.

The linear guide preferably has at least one movable rail. In particular, the movable rail generates a lifting movement. The movable rail particularly preferably generates a lifting movement during the linear movement. The movable rail is preferably received on a (fixed) rail so that it can move longitudinally, wherein the (fixed) rail can also provide the basic element of the furniture fitting.

According to the invention, a sequence control for the forced coupling of the linear guide and the swivel guide is included. The sequence control preferably has a link guide for forced coupling. The link guide preferably has at least one control path, which can be designed as a curve guide. With a cam guide, a positively coupled swivel movement can be implemented during the linear movement. In this case, it is possible for the positively coupled pivoting movement to take place in particular only in a central section of the linear movement or preferably only in an end section of the linear movement. A corresponding control can be implemented via the curve guide.

The furniture fitting preferably has at least one damping device for damping the closing and / or opening movement. It is possible to design at least one damping device as a linear damper and / or at least one damping device as a rotary damper.

For example, it is possible that a linear damper is used to dampen the linear movement and that a rotary damper is used to dampen the pivoting movement of the pivoting guide. But it is also possible that a damping device is used only to dampen the movement of the linear guide or the pivoting guide.

In preferred refinements, the damping device is coupled at least in sections and / or temporarily to an element of the pivoting guide. This enables effective damping of the movement of the movable furniture part.

In preferred developments, the furniture fitting has at least one drive, spring or preloading device, the drive, spring or preloading device acting on the linear guide and the positively coupled pivoting guide in such a way that the drive, the spring or preloading device is in an effective area between the closed position and at least one open position of the furniture fitting a closing and / or opening force on the movable furniture part and z. The (full) thickness of the functional wall is measured between the side surfaces.

The furniture fitting particularly preferably has a thickness or width that is smaller than a thickness or width of the functional wall. In particular, a difference between the thickness of the functional wall and the thickness of the furniture fitting is greater than 2 mm and in particular greater than 4 mm and can also be 6 mm and more.

The base element is particularly preferably the widest element of the furniture fitting. The basic element of the furniture fitting preferably has a thickness of less than 22 mm and in particular of less than 18 mm and preferably of less than 16 mm.

The furniture fitting can be received approximately centrally in the functional wall. It is also possible for the furniture fitting to be arranged closer to one side surface than to the other side surface. It is preferred that the furniture fitting is inserted from one side surface. A top layer can cover the furniture fitting.

In advantageous embodiments, the furniture fitting has at least one positioning device for the movable furniture part. The positioning device has in particular a releasable latching coupling in order to fix the movable furniture part in at least one open position or open position.

The functional wall and the movable furniture part preferably at least partially separate a receiving compartment at least in a closed position. In this way, a receiving compartment is made available on the furniture component, which can be used to separate or store a wide variety of objects.

Overall, the invention provides an advantageous furniture component with which flaps, in particular, but also revolving doors, lids or bar compartments can be advantageously equipped. When moving from the closed position into an open position, the movable furniture part first performs a linear movement and then a pivoting movement, the pivoting movement being able to start while the linear movement is still being carried out. Preferably, however, a pure linear movement is initially carried out so that a particularly small joint dimension can be formed between the movable furniture part and adjacent furniture parts. The linear movement can ensure that the movable furniture part is first moved out of the furniture front, for example, and thus does not hit other movable or fixed furniture parts during the pivoting while the pivoting movement is being carried out.
