Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a screw cap intended to be mounted by screwing to close (or seal) the neck of a container intended to contain in particular an effervescent liquid.
  • the stopper is intended to remain attached to the container after the neck has been opened.
  • a friction cap intended to be attached to its container after opening the neck of the container is already known. These friction caps are intended to close a container while remaining linked to the neck of the container by the effect of friction (or friction) or by clipping between the cap and the neck of the container. However, this friction cap does not have the advantages of a screw cap which makes it possible to close the neck of a container securely.
  • bottling lines that are configured to mount screw caps on their containers require sometimes complex and costly adaptation to adapt the bottling line to these friction caps.
  • screw caps may have different characteristics, such as an unscrewing angle, depending on the liquid contained in the container that the cap closes.
  • the unscrewing angle corresponds to an angle of rotation necessary for a cap to go from a completely screwed position to a completely unscrewed position.

Description

DOMAINE TECHNIQUETECHNICAL AREA

The present invention relates to a screw cap intended to be mounted by screwing to close (or seal) the neck of a container intended to contain in particular an effervescent liquid. The stopper is intended to remain attached to the container after the neck has been opened.

ÉTAT DE LA TECHNIQUESTATE OF THE ART

For ecological reasons, in most countries, new regulations impose or will impose that the stopper of a container, such as a bottle, remains attached to the container, even when the stopper leaves the neck of the container open.

A friction cap intended to be attached to its container after opening the neck of the container is already known. These friction caps are intended to close a container while remaining linked to the neck of the container by the effect of friction (or friction) or by clipping between the cap and the neck of the container. However, this friction cap does not have the advantages of a screw cap which makes it possible to close the neck of a container securely.

Also, most containers are closed with a screw cap. Therefore, to comply with new regulations, bottling lines that are configured to mount screw caps on their containers require sometimes complex and costly adaptation to adapt the bottling line to these friction caps.

The document US 2011/0114593 presents an example of a screw cap attached to a container, according to the prior art, having the technical characteristics mentioned in the preamble of the present claim 1.

Furthermore, screw caps may have different characteristics, such as an unscrewing angle, depending on the liquid contained in the container that the cap closes. The unscrewing angle corresponds to an angle of rotation necessary for a cap to go from a completely screwed position to a completely unscrewed position. Indeed, in order to resist the pressure of the gas produced by the effervescent liquid in the container, the cap of a container containing an effervescent liquid requires a greater unscrewing angle than an unscrewing angle for a cap of a container. containing a flat liquid. For example, the cap of a container containing an effervescent liquid can have an unscrewing angle of the order of 650° to 700° while the cap of a container containing a flat liquid can have an unscrewing angle of 360° order only. However, the greater the unscrewing angle, the greater the distance of movement of the stopper for unscrewing before opening the container. This travel distance can be a disadvantage when the cap is attached to the container.

EXPOSÉ DE L'INVENTIONDISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION

The object of the present invention is to overcome this drawback by proposing a screw cap intended to remain attached to the container which can be used for a container intended to contain an effervescent liquid.

To this end, the invention relates to a screw cap intended to remain attached to a container after the container has been opened.

Selon l'invention, le bouchon comprend :

  • une paroi cylindrique présentant un premier axe longitudinal, une première extrémité fermée par un fond et une deuxième extrémité ouverte, la paroi cylindrique présentant une surface interne comportant un filetage agencé pour coopérer avec un filetage agencé sur un col du récipient, la paroi cylindrique étant configurée pour se trouver alternativement dans une position fermée dans laquelle la paroi cylindrique est vissée sur le col et une position ouverte dans laquelle la paroi cylindrique est dévissée du col et le col est ouvert, la paroi cylindrique comprenant une portion formant une languette s'étendant entre un bout d'attache et un bout libre parallèlement au premier axe longitudinal, le bout d'attache étant relié à la paroi cylindrique par une charnière, la languette présentant des bords longitudinaux parallèles au premier axe longitudinal, la languette présentant en outre au moins une fente possédant un deuxième axe longitudinal sensiblement parallèle au premier axe longitudinal, la ou les fentes présentant une largeur orthogonale au deuxième axe longitudinal ;
  • une bague de sécurité prolongeant la paroi cylindrique et destinée à être retenue au col par un élément de retenue agencé sur le récipient, la bague de sécurité étant reliée à la deuxième extrémité de la paroi cylindrique par au moins une connexion fracturable, la connexion fracturable étant agencée pour se fracturer lors d'un premier dévissage de la paroi cylindrique ;
According to the invention, the stopper comprises:
  • a cylindrical wall having a first longitudinal axis, a first end closed by a bottom and a second open end, the cylindrical wall having an internal surface comprising a thread arranged to cooperate with a thread arranged on a neck of the container, the cylindrical wall being configured to alternately be in a closed position in which the cylindrical wall is screwed onto the neck and an open position in which the cylindrical wall is unscrewed from the neck and the neck is opened, the cylindrical wall comprising a portion forming a tongue extending between an attachment end and an end free parallel to the first longitudinal axis, the attachment end being connected to the cylindrical wall by a hinge, the tongue having longitudinal edges parallel to the first longitudinal axis, the tongue further having at least one slot having a second longitudinal axis substantially parallel at the first longitudinal axis, the slot(s) having a width orthogonal to the second longitudinal axis;
  • a safety ring extending the cylindrical wall and intended to be retained at the neck by a retaining element arranged on the container, the safety ring being connected to the second end of the cylindrical wall by at least one breakable connection, the breakable connection being arranged to fracture during a first unscrewing of the cylindrical wall;
  • two arms each having a first end and a second end, the first end of each of the arms being joined to a longitudinal edge of the tongue, the arms moving away from each other symmetrically on either side of the tongue towards the second end connected to the safety ring, the arms being arranged to pull on either side of the tongue, allowing the width of the slot or slots to be enlarged when the cylindrical wall moves along the first longitudinal axis during unscrewing of the cylindrical wall.

Thus, thanks to the slot or slots, the displacement distance of the cap for unscrewing before opening the container is increased. The combined action of the elasticity of the arms and the enlargement of the width of the slot(s) makes it possible to obtain a greater amplitude of displacement of the cylindrical wall than a amplitude of displacement ensured only by the action of the elasticity of the arms.

In addition, the tab has two slots whose second longitudinal axes are parallel to each other.

In addition, one slot of the two slots is symmetrical to the other slot of the two slots according to an axial symmetry, the axial symmetry being defined by a central axis of the tongue parallel to the first longitudinal axis.

Advantageously, each of the two slots each has a stretched circumflex accent shape having a vertex, the vertex of each of the two slots being directed towards one of the longitudinal edges closest to the slot in question.

According to one particular feature, the first end of each of the arms is joined to a longitudinal edge of the tab halfway between the free end and the attachment end.

According to another feature, the top of each of the slots is located halfway between the free end and the attachment end.

In addition, the tongue comprises a reinforcing rib protruding from the tongue towards the inside of the cylindrical wall, the reinforcing rib being disposed between the two slots.

Furthermore, the tongue comprises an abutment projecting from the tongue towards the outside of the cylindrical wall at the free end of the tongue, the abutment being arranged to bear against a shoulder arranged on the container after a tilting of the tongue when the cylindrical wall is brought into a blocking configuration of the stopper, the two arms being configured to bring the tongue towards the safety ring after tilting until the abutment rests against the shoulder, the corresponding blocking configuration to a configuration of the open position of the cylindrical wall in which the circular wall is prevented from returning to the closed position.

In addition, the safety ring has a cutout adapted to accommodate the free end of the tab.

In addition, each of the longitudinal edges is respectively connected to the cylindrical wall by a tearable line, each tearable line being arranged to tear after the first unscrewing of the cylindrical wall and a first opening of the neck of the container.

Advantageously, the second end of the cylindrical wall comprises an edge portion having an indentation, the arms being housed at least partly in the indentation by completing the edge of the second end of the cylindrical wall at the level of the indentation, in that the frangible connection connects the safety ring, on the one hand, to the second end of the cylindrical wall and, on the other hand, to the arms.

In addition, each tear line also connects each of the arms to the cylindrical wall.

Furthermore, the safety ring comprises at least one blocking element arranged so that the safety ring facing the arms can press against the arms when the safety ring is forced over the retaining element. to mount the cap on the container.

According to one feature, the stopper further comprises an internal cylindrical stopper skirt carried by the bottom and configured to penetrate into the neck of the container when screwing the cylindrical wall towards the closed position.

According to another feature, the cylindrical wall has an outer surface comprising grip reliefs.

According to one embodiment, the safety ring comprises an outer circular part and an inner circular part, the outer circular part extending the cylindrical wall, the inner circular part being intended to be turned over relative to the outer circular part at the inside the safety ring during installation of the screw cap on the neck of the container, the safety ring being intended to be retained at the neck by the cooperation of the internal circular part which was turned over during its installation with the retaining element.

According to another embodiment, the safety ring comprises an external circular part and an internal circular part, the safety ring having a predefined shape in which the internal circular part is designed as a non-return clip with respect to the retaining element of the neck, the safety ring being intended to be retained on the neck by the cooperation of the internal circular part and of the retaining element.

DESCRIPTION DÉTAILLÉEDETAILED DESCRIPTION

Les figures 1 à 5 représentent plusieurs vues d'un mode de réalisation du bouchon 1 à vis destiné à rester attaché à un récipient 2, en particulier une bouteille, après ouverture du récipient 2.THE figures 1 to 5 represent several views of an embodiment of the screw cap 1 intended to remain attached to a container 2, in particular a bottle, after the container 2 has been opened.

Par exemple, le matériau plastique peut correspondre au polyéthylène haute densité (PEHD) ou au polypropylène (PP).In a non-limiting way, the stopper 1 is made of plastic material by injection molding technology. For example, the plastic material can be high density polyethylene (HDPE) or polypropylene (PP).

The cylindrical wall 3 has the shape of a cylinder of revolution. The longitudinal axis 4 coincides with the cylinder axis. The cylindrical wall 3 has one end 5 closed by a bottom 6 and one end 7 open. The cylindrical wall 3 has an internal surface 8 comprising a thread 9 arranged to cooperate with a thread 10 arranged on a neck 11 of the container 2 ( figure 3 And 5 ). The cylindrical wall 3 is configured to be alternately in a closed position in which the cylindrical wall 3 is screwed onto the neck 11 and an open position in which the cylindrical wall 3 is unscrewed from the neck 11 and the neck 11 is open.

À titre d'exemple, l'angle de rotation du filet est sensiblement égal à 571°.In a non-limiting way, the thread 9 arranged on the internal surface 8 has a thread having an angle of rotation of between 540° and 600°. A user can thus release the screw cap 1 from the neck 11 with a reduced number of turns per compared to what already exists for a container 2 containing an effervescent liquid. By way of example, the angle of rotation of the net is substantially equal to 571°.

La languette 15 présente des bords longitudinaux 20 parallèles à l'axe longitudinal 4.The cylindrical wall 3 further comprises a portion forming a tongue 15 extending between an attachment end 16 and a free end 17 parallel to the longitudinal axis 4. The attachment end 16 is connected to the cylindrical wall 3 by a hinge 18. The free end 17 can project beyond the end 7 of the cylindrical wall 3. The tongue 15 has longitudinal edges 20 parallel to the longitudinal axis 4.

The hinge 18 may correspond to a thinning of the thickness of the cylindrical wall 3 which connects the tongue 15. This thinning thick allows the tongue 15 to be hinged to the cylindrical wall 3 at the thinning.

La longueur de la ou des fentes est parallèle à l'axe longitudinal 4.The tongue 15 also has at least one slot 25A, 25B having a second longitudinal axis 27A, 27B substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis 4. The slot(s) 25A, 25B may correspond to emerging grooves. Or the slots 25A, 25B have a width L orthogonal to the longitudinal axis 27A, 27B ( figure 5 ). The length of the slot(s) is parallel to the longitudinal axis 4.

The cap 1 further comprises a safety ring 12 extending the cylindrical wall 3. The safety ring 12 is intended to be retained at the neck 11 by a retaining element 13 (or counter-ring) arranged on the container 2 ( figures 3 and 4 ). The retaining element 13 may be a circular projection or at least a portion of a circular projection arranged on the neck 11 of the container 2. The safety ring 12 may have a cutout 30 adapted to accommodate the free end 17 of the tab 15, in particular the free end 17 which projects beyond the end 7 of the cylindrical wall 3.

Ainsi, la bague de sécurité 12 est située entre l'élément de retenu 13 et l'élément de retenu supplémentaire 37.The safety ring 12 can also be retained by an additional retaining element 37 preventing the safety ring 12 from descending towards the container 2 ( picture 3 ). Thus, the safety ring 12 is located between the retaining element 13 and the additional retaining element 37.

The safety ring 12 is connected to the end 7 of the cylindrical wall 3 by at least one breakable connection 14. The breakable connection 14 is arranged to break during a first unscrewing of the cylindrical wall 3.

The cap 1 also comprises two arms 22. The two arms 22 are arranged to allow the displacement (in translation) of the cylindrical wall 3 along the longitudinal axis 4 during unscrewing of the cylindrical wall 3. For example, the arms 22 have sufficient elasticity to allow this movement. The tongue 15 and the arms 22 retain then the cylindrical wall 3 to the safety ring 12 which is retained at the neck 11 of the container 2.

Each of the two arms has an end 23 and an end 24. The end 23 of each of the arms 22 is joined to a longitudinal edge 20 of the tongue 15. The two arm arms 22 move away from each other symmetrically on either side of the tongue 15 from the end 23 towards the end 24. The end 24 is connected to the safety ring 12. The two arms 22 are arranged to allow movement (in translation) of the cylindrical wall 3 along the longitudinal axis 4 when the cylindrical wall 3 is unscrewed. For example, each of the arms 22 is sized to provide flexibility allowing the cylindrical wall 3 to move in translation along of the longitudinal axis 4 when unscrewing the cylindrical wall 3.

Cet élargissement diminue progressivement en s'éloignant de la hauteur d'attache de l'extrémité 23 de chacun des bras 22 (figure 3).The arms 22 are also arranged to pull the tongue 15 on either side of the tongue 15 at the level of the longitudinal edges 20. By pulling on either side of the tongue 15, the arms 22 allow an enlargement of the width L of the slot(s) 25A, 25B when the cylindrical wall 3 moves along the longitudinal axis 4 during unscrewing of the cylindrical wall 3. The arrows 40 on the picture 3 represent the direction of stretching of the slots 25A and 25B under the action of the arms 22. The combined action of the elasticity of the arms 22 and the enlargement of the width L of the slot(s) 25A, 25B makes it possible to obtain an amplitude of displacement of the cylindrical wall 3 greater than an amplitude of displacement ensured only by the action of the elasticity of the arms 22. In particular, the enlargement of a slot 25A, 25B corresponds to an enlargement of said slot 25A, 25B. The widening of the slot 25A, 25B is greater at the height of attachment of the end 23 of each of the arms 22. This widening gradually decreases away from the height of attachment of the end 23 of each arms 22 ( picture 3 ).

Each of the arms 22 can take different forms. For example, on the figures 1 to 5 , each of the arms 22 comprises a band. However, each of the arms 22 can also comprise at least two bands. Furthermore, the arms 22 are sized to withstand a maximum tensile force sufficient to prevent tearing of the cylindrical wall 3 of the container. Pulling force can be set according to normal use of the cap. The maximum tensile force can be defined according to standards set for the opening of a cap 1. In a non-limiting manner, each of the arms 22 is sized so that the maximum tensile force is substantially equal to 35 N.

According to a preferred embodiment, the tab 15 has two slots 25A and 25B whose longitudinal axes 27A and 27B are mutually parallel.

Advantageously, one slot 25A of the two slots 25A, 25B is symmetrical to the other slot 25B of the two slots 25A, 25B according to an axial symmetry. This axial symmetry is defined by a central axis 29 of the tongue 15 parallel to the longitudinal axis 4 ( figure 4 ). The central axis 29 of the tongue 15 corresponds to an axis which separates, parallel to the longitudinal axis 4, the tongue 15 into two equal parts.

Each of the two slots 25A, 25B has the general shape of a stretched circumflex accent having a vertex 32. The vertex 32 of each of the two slots 25A, 25B is directed towards one of the longitudinal edges 20 which is closest to the slot 25A, 25B considered. Thus, as shown in the figure 1 , the vertex 32 of the slot 25A on the left is directed towards the longitudinal edge 20 located on the left and the vertex 32 of the slot 25B on the right is directed towards the longitudinal edge 20 located on the right.

A circumflex accent has a shape having two branches 35A, 35B which meet at the top 32. The branches 35A, 35B can have a straight shape or a curved shape, at least in part. On the figures 1 to 5 , the two branches 35A, 35B have a curved shape at least in part.

The end 23 of each of the arms 22 can be joined to a longitudinal edge 20 of the tongue 15 between the free end 17 and the attachment end 16.

Par exemple, l'extrémité 23 de chacun des bras 22 peut être jointe à un bord longitudinal 20 de la languette 15 sensiblement à mi-distance entre le bout libre 17 et le bout d'attache 16In a non-limiting manner, the end 23 of each of the arms 22 is joined to a longitudinal edge 20 of the tongue 15 at a distance relative to the attachment end 16 comprised between one third and two thirds of the length of the tongue 15 For example, the end 23 of each of the arms 22 can be joined to a longitudinal edge 20 of the tab 15 substantially halfway between the free end 17 and the attachment end 16

Autrement dit, le sommet 32 de chacune des fentes 25A, 25B est en face de l'extrémité 23 du bras 22 le plus proche dudit sommet 32.Advantageously, the ends 23 of the two arms 22 and the top 32 of each of the slots 25A, 25B are aligned with each other, at the same distance between the free end 17 and the attachment end 16. In other words, the top 32 of each slots 25A, 25B is opposite the end 23 of the arm 22 closest to said top 32.

The tongue 15 may also comprise a reinforcing rib 36 projecting from the tongue 15 towards the inside of the cylindrical wall 3 ( figure 5 ). The reinforcing rib 36 is placed between the two slots 25A, 25B.

For the width L of the slot(s) 25A, 25B to be able to increase, the tab 15 may have sufficient elasticity to allow this enlargement. The reinforcing rib 35 makes it possible to prevent deformation of the tongue 15 in a direction parallel to the longitudinal axis 4 when the slot or slots 25A, 25B are enlarged.

The tongue 15 may also include a stop 34 which projects from the tongue 15 towards the outside of the cylindrical wall 3. This stop 34 is located at the free end 17 of the tongue 15. The stop 34 is arranged to bear against a shoulder arranged on the container 2 after a tilting of the tongue 15 when the cylindrical wall 3 is brought into a locking configuration of the stopper 1. The two arms 22 are configured to bring the tongue 15 towards the safety ring 12 after the tilting until the stop 34 bears against the shoulder. The blocking configuration corresponds to a configuration of the open position of the cylindrical wall 3 in which the circular wall 3 is prevented from returning to the closed position. The shoulder may correspond to a portion of the retaining element 13.

The stop 34 may have an elongated shape along a longitudinal axis which is orthogonal to the longitudinal axis 4.

Furthermore, the abutment 34 may have a rounded free edge.

Each of the longitudinal edges 20 of the tongue 15 can be connected respectively to the cylindrical wall 3 by a tearable line 21. Each tearable line 21 is arranged to tear after the first unscrewing of the cylindrical wall 3 and a first opening of the neck 11 of the container 2. Thus, each tearable line 21 can correspond to a pre-cut line which tears when the cylindrical wall 3 is disengaged from the neck 11 of the container 2 then tilted with respect to the tongue 15, after the first unscrewing of the cylindrical wall 3 .

In another embodiment, each of the longitudinal edges 20 of the tongue 15 can be connected respectively to the cylindrical wall 3 by a non-tearable line.

The end 7 of the cylindrical wall 3 can comprise an edge portion having a notch 26. The arms 22 are housed at least partly in the notch 26 ( figure 2 ). At least a part of each of the arms 22 completes the edge of the end 7 of the cylindrical wall 3 at the level of the notch 26. At least a part of each of the arms 22 thus fills the space left by the notch 26 .

The notch 26 may have a shape making it possible to facilitate the screwing of the cylindrical wall 3 by avoiding a collision between the thread 9 and the neck 11 of the container 2. For example, the spacing between the edge of the notch 26 and the arms 22 gradually widen starting from the end 24 towards the end 23.

Thus, the tearable line 21 which connects each of the longitudinal edges 20 to the cylindrical wall 3 extends to connect each of the arms 22 to the cylindrical wall 3 The tearable line 21 between each of the arms 22 and the cylindrical wall 3 makes it possible to improve the hygiene of the stopper 1 when the cylindrical wall 3 is in the closed position before the first unscrewing of the cylindrical wall 3.

Ce pontet 41 se brise également après le premier dévissage de la paroi cylindrique 3 et une première ouverture du col 11 du récipient 2.In another embodiment, the line which connects each of the arms 22 to the cylindrical wall 3 and each of the longitudinal edges to the cylindrical wall 3 is tearable only between each of the arms 22 and the cylindrical wall 3. Said line remains non-tearable between each of the longitudinal edges to the cylindrical wall 3. The tear line which connects each of the arms 22 to the cylindrical wall 3 can comprise at least one bridge 38 ( figure 7 ) which breaks after the first unscrewing of the cylindrical wall 3 and a first opening of the neck 11 of the container 2. Another bridge 41 can also connect each of the arms 22 to the safety ring 12. This bridge 41 also breaks after the first unscrewing of the cylindrical wall 3 and a first opening of the neck 11 of the container 2.

The safety ring 12 may comprise at least one blocking element 28 ( figures 1 and 2 ). This or these blocking elements 28 are arranged so that the safety ring 12 facing the arms 22 can press against the arms 22 during a forced passage of the safety ring 12 on the retaining element 13 to mount the cap 1 on the container 2 on a bottling line. THE figures 1 and 2 show blocking elements 28 distributed over the safety ring 12 opposite the arms 22. The blocking element(s) 28 may correspond to one or more projections of substantially parallelepipedal shape in one piece with the safety ring 12.

The stopper 1 may further comprise a cylindrical internal stopper skirt 31 carried by the bottom 6 and configured to penetrate into the neck 11 of the container 2 during the screwing of the cylindrical wall 3 towards the closed position ( figures 6 and 7 ).

Between the cylindrical skirt 31 and the cylindrical wall 3, the bottom 6 of the stopper 1 is arranged so that the free end of the neck 11 comes into abutment against the bottom 6 of the stopper 1 when the cylindrical wall is in the closed position.

Cela permet d'assurer une étanchéité du bouchon 1.For example, the part of the bottom 6 which is in correspondence with the cylindrical skirt 31 can be externally raised to increase the outer surface of the stopper 1. The cavity delimited by the cylindrical skirt 31 and the cavity generated by the external raising of the bottom 6 adding together to form a single large smooth-walled cavity. A circular recess is formed between the raised part and the non-raised part of the bottom 6. The free end of the neck 11 of the container comes into abutment against the non-raised part of the bottom 6, when the cylindrical wall is in the closed position. This makes it possible to seal cap 1.

The attachment end 16 connecting the tongue 15 to the cylindrical wall 3 can be at a height less than or equal to a height located at the level of the bottom 6 of the stopper 1 against which the free end of the neck 11 of the container 2 comes into abutment. , when the cylindrical wall 3 is in the closed position.

In a non-limiting manner, the gripping reliefs correspond to diametrical fins regularly distributed over the outer surface of the cylindrical wall 3. These gripping reliefs 33 facilitate unscrewing and screwing cap 1 back on.

These ribs 39 originate at the level of the hinge 18 and extend substantially as far as the slot(s) 25A, 25B . These ribs 39 can participate in the rigidity of the tongue 15 and in the gripping of the cap 1 to facilitate the unscrewing and the screwing back of the cap 1.

The outer circular part is an extension of the cylindrical wall 3. The inner circular part is intended to be turned over relative to the outer circular part inside the safety ring 12 during installation of the screw cap 1 at the neck 11 of the container 2. The safety ring 12 is thus intended to be retained at the neck 11 by the cooperation (by hooking) of the internal circular part with the retaining element 13 after the internal circular part has been turned over during its installation at the neck 11 of the container 2. The screw cap 1 is installed when the safety ring 12 is retained by the retainer 13.

The safety ring 12 having a predefined shape in which the internal circular part is designed in the form of a non-return clip with respect to the retaining element 13 of the neck 11. The safety ring 12 is thus intended to be retained at the neck 11 by the cooperation (by hooking) of the internal circular part and the retaining element 13.

It can also be discontinuous. When it is discontinuous, it comprises a plurality of petals all around the outer circular part. Each of the petals play the role of a harpoon which retains the safety ring 12 retained at the neck 11 by the retaining element 13 arranged on the container 2.

The cap 1 can be used for any container 2 having a neck 11 screw. The stopper 1 can also have a suitable diameter for any screw container neck 11 . The diameter of the stopper 1 can therefore be equal to any diameter in order to be able to be used on any diameter of the screw neck 11 of a container 2.

De même, les filets du filetage 9 peuvent présenter des interruptions selon le liquide ou la boisson destiné à être contenu dans le récipient 2.Furthermore, the stopper 1 can be used for a container 2 which can contain any type of liquid or drink, preferably an effervescent liquid or a carbonated drink. The different parts of the stopper 1, such as the cylindrical wall 3, the bottom 6, the cylindrical skirt 31, the thread 9 can be dimensioned according to the liquid or the drink intended to be contained in the container 2. For example, these different parts can be more or less thick. Similarly, the thread 9 may have threads that are more or less tight and/or more or less thick. Likewise, the threads of the thread 9 may have interruptions depending on the liquid or drink intended to be contained in the container 2.
