  • the treatment of the lining 18 can be made either by immersing the substantially finished lining into a liquid containing pathogen inactivating compounds and allowing the lining to dry completely or by spraying liquid containing pathogen inactivating compounds at least on the inner surface 14a of the lining and allowing the sprayed liquid to dry as explained above.
  • the lining can be detached from the top layer whereby it is attached to the top layer with a joint knitting 16 after the treatment of the lining is finished. It is also possible to attach the lining to the top layer before treatment and pull the lining out the top layer in a way that only a short strip of lining next to joint knitting remains inside the top layer.
  • the treatment with a substance containing pathogen inactivating compounds is performed. After the treatment is finished and the lining 18 is dry, the lining is pushed back inside the top layer. Further, it possible to treat the manufacturing materials of the lining, i.e. the yarns and fabrics, already before the manufacturing of the lining is started.
  • the substance containing pathogen inactivating compounds used in the method contains natural, biodegradable compounds, which are harmless for the human and for the environment.
  • the substance comprises solvent and coniferous resin acids in the range of 0,01 to 30 weight-% of the substance.
  • the substance comprises primary solvent, coniferous resin acids in the range of 0,01 to 30 weight %, water and an auxiliary solvent selected from E and P series glycol ethers.
  • the amount of primary solvent is preferably in the range from 50 to 95 weight -% and the amount of auxiliary solvent is preferably in the range from 0,001 weight-% to 5 weight -% of the substance.
  • Aforementioned substance has an inactivating effect to numerous bacteria and viruses including SARS, MERS, influenza virus, H1N1 and human coronavirus.
  • the substance has also proven to have adequate adhesion properties, i.e. it sticks and stays in on the inner and outer surface of the glove for an expected lifetime of the glove.
  • the used substance does not include heavy metals, borax, terbinafines, parabens or quaternary ammonium compounds.
  • the inner surface of the glove according to the invention contains aforementioned pathogen inactivating compounds.
  • the glove When the glove is used, i.e. when a hand is inserted inside the glove, the hand is in skin contact with the inner surface and the compounds therein. If the hand carries pathogens, such as bacteria or viruses, the compounds in the inners surface will soon inactivate them. Thus, a hand is disinfected each time the hand is inserter and kept inside a glove for a sufficient time.
  • the glove according to the invention may be a workglove or a leisure time glove. These kinds of gloves are usually kept in hand quite long periods, whereby the pathogen inactivating compounds easily have sufficient time to influence to the pathogens.

Claims (13)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un gant, lequel gant comprend une couche supérieure (10), une surface extérieure (12) et une surface intérieure (14), laquelle surface intérieure est configurée pour être en contact avec la peau lorsque le gant est porté sur la main et lequel procédé comprend une étape de fourniture à la surface intérieure (14) de composés inactivant les agents pathogènes, caractérisé en ce que la surface intérieure (14, 14a) est traitée avec une substance contenant des composés inactivant les agents pathogènes, ladite substance comprenant un solvant et des acides résineux de conifères dans la plage de 0,01 à 30 % en poids de la substance.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le procédé comprend une étape de fabrication d'une doublure (18), ladite doublure (18) ayant une surface intérieure (14a) et de fixation de la doublure (18) à l'intérieur de la couche supérieure (10), moyennant quoi la surface intérieure (14a) de la doublure (18) forme la surface intérieure (14) du gant.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel un liquide contenant des composés d'inactivation de pathogènes est pulvérisé sur la surface intérieure (14, 14a) et le liquide pulvérisé est laissé sécher en un revêtement recouvrant au moins partiellement la surface intérieure (14, 14a).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le gant est trempé dans un liquide contenant des composés inactivant les agents pathogènes pour imprégner le gant avec des composés inactivant les agents pathogènes et le gant imbibé est laissé sécher.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 2, dans lequel la doublure (18) est trempée dans un liquide contenant des composés inactivant les agents pathogènes pour imprégner la doublure (18) avec des composés inactivant les agents pathogènes et la doublure (18) imbibée est laissée sécher.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, dans lequel la doublure (18) est trempée dans un liquide contenant des composés inactivant les agents pathogènes avant que la doublure (18) ne soit fixée à l'intérieur de la couche supérieure (10).
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 2, dans lequel la doublure (18) est fabriquée à partir de tissus ou de fils, lesquels tissus ou fils sont traités avec une substance contenant des composés inactivant les agents pathogènes avant que la doublure (18) ne soit fabriquée.
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 7, dans lequel la couche supérieure (10) est traitée avec une substance contenant des composés inactivant les agents pathogènes avant que la doublure (18) ne soit fixée à l'intérieur de la couche supérieure (10).
  9. Gant comprenant une couche supérieure (10), une surface extérieure (12) et une surface intérieure (14), laquelle surface intérieure (14) est configurée pour être en contact avec la peau lorsque le gant est porté sur la main et laquelle surface intérieure (14) contient des composés inactivant les agents pathogènes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits composés inactivant les agents pathogènes comprennent des acides résineux de conifères.
  10. Gant selon la revendication 9, comprenant une doublure (18) à l'intérieur de la couche supérieure (10), ladite doublure (18) ayant une surface intérieure (14a), moyennant quoi la surface intérieure (14a) de la doublure (18) forme la surface intérieure (14) du gant.
  11. Gant selon la revendication 9 ou 10, dans lequel la surface intérieure (14, 14a) a un revêtement comprenant des composés inactivant les agents pathogènes.
  12. Gant selon les revendications 10 ou 11, dans lequel la couche supérieure (10) et/ou la doublure (18) est imprégnée de composés inactivant les agents pathogènes.
  13. Gant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 12, dans lequel la couche supérieure (10) est faite de cuir ou textile et la surface extérieure (12) du gant a un revêtement comprenant des composés inactivant les agents pathogènes.
