Claims (15)
- Kabinenstruktur (12) für Schiffe, umfassend wenigstens eine Wand (14), welche mit Befestigungsmitteln (16) für ein Befestigen der Wand (14) an einem Deck (18) eines Schiffs bereitgestellt ist;wobei die Befestigungsmittel (16) umfassen:- eine Montageklammer (20), welche dazu eingerichtet ist, an dem Deck (18) gesichert zu sein;- eine Verbindungsklammer (22), welche dazu eingerichtet ist, an wenigstens einem Randabschnitt (24) der Wand (14) gesichert zu sein; und- wenigstens ein elastisches Element (26), welches zwischen der Montageklammer (20) und der Verbindungsklammer (22) bereitgestellt ist;wobei die Verbindungsklammer (22) einen H-Querschnitt aufweist, welcher einen zentralen Körper (42) und einen ersten und einen zweiten Zweig (44, 46) und einen dritten und einen vierten Zweig (48, 50) umfasst; wobei der zentrale Körper (42) dazu ausgelegt ist, an dem Randabschnitt (24) der Wand (14) in einer derartigen Weise gesichert zu sein, dass die ersten und zweiten Zweige (44, 46) von dem Randabschnitt (24) vorstehen; wobei das wenigstens eine elastische Element (26) dazu eingerichtet ist, teilweise zwischen den ersten und zweiten Zweigen (44, 46) aufgenommen zu sein, um so von der Verbindungsklammer (22) in Richtung der Montageklammer (20) vorzustehen; wobei die dritten und vierten Zweige (48, 50) dazu eingerichtet sind, wenigstens teilweise den Randabschnitt (24) der Wand (14) aufzunehmen.
- Kabinenstruktur (12) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Mehrzahl von Wänden (14) umfasst, welche miteinander verbunden sind und eine vorgefertigte Kabine (15) bilden.
- Kabinenstruktur (12) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Montageklammer (20) einen C-Querschnitt aufweist, welcher zwei Arme (28, 30) und einen Kopplungsabschnitt (32) umfasst; wobei der Kopplungsabschnitt (32) dazu eingerichtet ist, an einem Deck (18) eines Schiffs gesichert zu sein, wobei das wenigstes eine elastische Element (26) dazu eingerichtet ist, teilweise zwischen den Armen (28, 30) aufgenommen zu sein, um so von der Montageklammer (20) in Richtung der Verbindungsklammer (22) vorzustehen.
- Kabinenstruktur (12) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Montageklammer (20) wenigstens einen Befestigungsbolzen (34) umfasst, welcher von dem Kopplungsabschnitt (32) in einer Richtung im Wesentlichen parallel zu derjenigen der beiden Arme (28, 30) vorsteht, wobei der wenigstens eine Befestigungsbolzen (34) mit Seitenvorsprüngen bereitgestellt ist; wobei das wenigstens eine elastische Element (26) mit einem Loch (36) bereitgestellt ist, welches dazu eingerichtet ist, mit dem wenigstens einen Befestigungsbolzen (34) gekoppelt zu sein.
- Kabinenstruktur (12) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Montageklammer (20) wenigstens einen Befestigungsbolzen (34) umfasst, welcher von dem Kopplungsabschnitt (32) in einer Richtung vorsteht, welche im Wesentlichen parallel zu derjenigen der beiden Arme (28, 30) ist, wobei der wenigstens eine Befestigungsbolzen (34) mit einer Gewindefläche (38) bereitgestellt ist; wobei das elastische Element (26) mit wenigstens einem Loch (36) bereitgestellt ist, welches dazu eingerichtet ist, mit dem Befestigungsbolzen (34) gekoppelt zu sein, wobei die Montageklammer wenigstens eine Mutter (40) zum Verriegeln des wenigstens einen elastischen Elements (26) in einer Position bezüglich der Montageklammer (20) umfasst.
- Kabinenstruktur (12) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsklammer (22) mit einem C-Querschnitt bereitgestellt ist, welcher einen zentralen Körper (42) und einen ersten und einen zweiten Zweig (44, 46) umfasst; wobei der zentrale Körper (42) dazu ausgelegt ist, an dem Randabschnitt (24) der Wand (14) in einer derartigen Weise gesichert zu sein, dass die ersten und zweiten Zweige (44, 46) von dem Randabschnitt (24) vorstehen; wobei das wenigstens eine elastische Element (26) dazu ausgelegt ist, teilweise zwischen den ersten und zweiten Zweigen (44, 46) aufgenommen zu sein, um von der Verbindungsklammer (22) in Richtung der Montageklammer (20) vorzustehen.
- Kabinenstruktur (12) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wand (14) mit der Verbindungsklammer (22) mit Verbindungsmitteln (52) verbunden ist, welche an den dritten und vierten Zweigen (48, 50) bereitgestellt sind.
- Kabinenstruktur (12) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Verbindungsklammer (22) und die Montageklammer (20) in einer longitudinalen Richtung für die gesamte Länge der entsprechenden Wand (14) erstrecken.
- Kabinenstruktur (12) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Element (26) ein Metalldübel ist.
- Kabinenstruktur nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Metalldübel mit Stahlgewebe hergestellt ist.
- Kabinenstruktur (12) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wenigstens eine elastische Element (26) mit einem Passsitz zwischen den Armen (28, 30) der Montageklammer (20) und zwischen den ersten und zweiten Zweigen (44, 46) der Verbindungsklammer (22) eingesetzt ist.
- Kabinenstruktur (12) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsmittel (16) eine Mehrzahl von elastischen Elementen (26) umfassen, welche in der longitudinalen Richtung entlang des Randabschnitts (24) angeordnet sind; wobei Mineralwolle (52) zwischen wenigstens zwei aufeinander folgenden elastischen Elementen (26) bereitgestellt ist.
- Kabinenstruktur (12) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Schicht von Mineralwolle (54) zwischen den Befestigungsmitteln (16) und einem schwebenden Boden (56) bereitgestellt ist.
- Verfahren für ein Aufbauen einer vorgefertigten Kabine, umfassend eine Kabinenstruktur (12) und einen schwebenden Boden (56) an einem Deck (18) eines Schiffs, wobei das Verfahren die Schritte umfasst:(a) Bereitstellen einer Kabinenstruktur (12) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13;(b) Sichern der Montageklammer (20) der Kabinenstruktur (12) an dem Deck (18) eines Schiffs;(c) Positionieren des schwebenden Bodens (56) innerhalb der Kabinenstruktur (12); und(d) Befestigen der Wand (14) an dem schwebenden Boden (56).
- Verfahren eines Aufbauens nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es zwischen Schritt (b) und Schritt (c) einen Schritt (c') umfasst, wobei eine Schicht von Mineralwolle (54) zwischen den Befestigungsmitteln (16) und dem schwebenden Boden (56) platziert wird.
