Claims (18)

  1. Machine de compactage du sol (1),
    • à la main et/ou à distance,
    • avec une plaque de compactage (2) et un entraînement de compactage (3) qui entraîne la plaque de compactage (2),
    • comprenant un dispositif de détermination d'état de fonctionnement (10) pour déterminer un ou plusieurs états de fonctionnement,
    o en particulier du groupe : les données du moteur, la température du moteur, la pression de l'huile moteur, le niveau d'huile moteur, le niveau de carburant, la consommation de carburant, l'état du filtre à particules, la régénération du filtre à particules, l'usure du tampon métallique oscillant, l'intervalle d'entretien, les heures de service, les données d'état de l'entraînement, l'état de la batterie, l'état de charge de la batterie, les systèmes ressort-amortisseur, les niveaux de liquide, l'usure des courroies trapézoïdales, l'usure du tampon métallique oscillant, la consommation de carburant, la surchauffe des paliers d'excitation, l'encrassement du filtre à air, le filtre à air incorrect ou fabriqué par un tiers utilisé, le lieu de séjour (par ex. les données GPS) et la mesure de la compression,
    caractérisé en ce que
    • la machine de compactage du sol (1) comporte un écran (30), et
    • le dispositif de détection d'état de fonctionnement (10) comprend une unité de détection de défaut (11) pour détecter des états de fonctionnement défectueux parmi les états de fonctionnement déterminés,
    • l'unité de détection d'erreurs (11) comprenant une mémoire (12) avec une liste d'erreurs (L) d'états de fonctionnement potentiellement défectueux, qui sont associés à des instructions d'utilisation numérisées (A), et
    • dans lequel l'unité de détection d'erreurs (11) est configurée pour émettre, via l'écran (30), un message d'erreur concernant un état de fonctionnement déterminé présentant des erreurs, sur la base de la liste d'erreurs (L), comprenant une sortie de l'instruction d'utilisation numérisée associée (A).
  2. Machine de compactage de sol (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les instructions d'utilisation numérisées (A) enregistrées sur la mémoire (12) contiennent au moins partiellement des indications d'instructions visuelles, l'unité de détection d'erreurs (11) étant notamment conçue pour émettre les instructions d'utilisation numérisées (A) par au moins une indication d'instruction visuelle.
  3. Machine de compactage de sol (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que l'unité de détection d'erreurs (11) est conçue pour émettre les instructions d'utilisation numérisées (A) par au moins deux indications d'instructions visuelles successives, ceci soit de manière graphique successive, soit de manière décalée dans le temps successive.
  4. Machine de compactage de sol (1) selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que les indications visuelles d'instructions comprennent des photographies, des animations, des abstractions ou des pictogrammes de la machine de compactage de sol (1) ou de parties de celle-ci.
  5. Machine de compactage de sol (1) selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les indications visuelles d'instructions pour l'élimination des défauts représentent et/ou caractérisent visuellement, au moins en partie, des composants à actionner de la machine de compactage de sol (1).
  6. Machine de compactage de sol (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les instructions d'utilisation numérisées (A) enregistrées dans la mémoire (12) présentent des étapes d'action à traiter.
  7. Machine de compactage de sol (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle présente au moins un capteur de surveillance (13), et l'unité de détection d'erreurs (11) est conçue pour déterminer, au moyen du ou des capteurs de surveillance (13), si une instruction d'utilisation numérisée (A) émise est suivie.
  8. Machine de compactage de sol (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les instructions d'utilisation numérisées (A) enregistrées dans la mémoire (12) comprennent des informations de pièces de rechange, des spécifications de composants et/ou des numéros d'identification ou de composants.
  9. Machine de compactage de sol (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un dispositif de commande (31) configuré pour appeler les états de fonctionnement par l'intermédiaire de l'écran (30) et/ou pour confirmer une instruction d'utilisation (A) affichée sur l'écran (30).
  10. Machine de compactage de sol (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les instructions d'utilisation numérisées (A) enregistrées sur la mémoire (12) comprennent un code lisible par une machine, le code étant associé à une documentation de la machine et/ou à une page de service enregistrées en externe par la machine de compactage de sol (1).
  11. Machine de compactage de sol (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'unité de détection d'erreurs (11) présente une unité de documentation d'erreurs (20) qui est conçue en particulier pour mémoriser les états de fonctionnement déterminés présentant des erreurs et, en option, leur fréquence d'erreurs et/ou les temps d'élimination des erreurs.
  12. Machine de compactage de sol (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la machine de compactage de sol (1) comprend un dispositif de mesure (40) configuré pour effectuer une mesure de compactage, et le dispositif de détermination d'état de fonctionnement (10) comprend une mémoire de documentation (25) configurée pour enregistrer les résultats de mesure du dispositif de mesure (40).
  13. Machine de compactage de sol (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle présente un dispositif de régulation (50) avec lequel l'entraînement de compactage (3) est commandé et/ou régulé en fonction des états de fonctionnement.
  14. Machine de compactage de sol (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins l'un des états de fonctionnement potentiellement défectueux de la liste de défauts (L) est associé à une instruction de commande ou de régulation (R),
    l'unité de détection de défaut (11) étant conçue pour commander l'entraînement de compression (3) en fonction des instructions de commande ou de régulation (R) lors de la détection de cet état de fonctionnement défectueux.
  15. Machine de compactage de sol (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte une interface de données (60),
    - qui est couplé au dispositif de détection d'état de fonctionnement (10) pour délivrer une partie ou la totalité des états de fonctionnement, et/ou
    - qui est couplée à l'unité de détection d'erreurs (11) pour émettre les messages d'erreurs.
  16. Machine de compactage du sol (1) selon la revendication 15, caractérisée en ce que l'interface de données (60) est conçue pour recevoir des données de service et les émettre via l'écran (30).
  17. Machine de compactage de sol (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de compactage (2) est entraînée par l'entraînement de compactage (3) par l'intermédiaire d'une courroie trapézoïdale (4), et le dispositif de détermination de l'état de fonctionnement (10) est conçu pour cela, de déterminer une usure de la courroie trapézoïdale (4) sur la base d'une détermination d'une vitesse de rotation du moteur de l'entraînement de compression (3) et d'une fréquence de vibration de la plaque de compression (2), un état de fonctionnement potentiellement défectueux dans la liste de défauts (L) étant une usure excessive de la courroie trapézoïdale (4).
  18. Procédé de fonctionnement d'une machine de compactage de sol (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    • dans lequel un ou plusieurs états de fonctionnement sont déterminés avec le dispositif de détermination d'état de fonctionnement (10),
    o en particulier du groupe : les données du moteur, la température du moteur, la pression de l'huile moteur, le niveau d'huile moteur, le niveau de carburant, la consommation de carburant, l'état du filtre à particules, la régénération du filtre à particules, l'usure du tampon métallique oscillant, l'intervalle d'entretien, les heures de service, les données d'état de l'entraînement, l'état de la batterie, l'état de charge de la batterie, les systèmes ressort-amortisseur, les niveaux de liquide, l'usure des courroies trapézoïdales, l'usure du tampon métallique oscillant, la consommation de carburant, la surchauffe des paliers d'excitation, l'encrassement du filtre à air, le filtre à air incorrect ou fabriqué par un tiers utilisé, le lieu de séjour (par ex. les données GPS) et la mesure de la compression,
    • un état de fonctionnement défectueux parmi les états de fonctionnement déterminés étant déterminé à l'aide de l'unité de détermination de défauts (11), et
    • dans lequel, avec l'unité de détection d'erreurs (11), un message d'erreur relatif à l'état de fonctionnement déterminé présentant des erreurs est émis via l'écran (30) sur la base de la liste d'erreurs (L), comprenant l'émission d'une instruction d'utilisation numérisée associée (A).
