Claims (6)

  1. Ensemble chargeur (1) pour doser des pâtes longues, comprenant au moins un descendeur (2) et une unité de dosage (10) qui fournit des moyens de dosage,
    caractérisé en ce que :
    l'ensemble chargeur (1) comprend deux descendeurs (2),
    l'unité de dosage (10) comprend deux rotors (3) chacun dotés d'une cavité (31), et deux moteurs (5) pouvant commander indépendamment la rotation des rotors (3) respectifs,
    les moyens de dosage de l'unité de dosage (10) comprennent deux palettes (4) et des moyens de levier (6) pouvant raccorder une palette (4) à un rotor (3) respectif,
    dans lequel chaque descendeur (2) alimente exclusivement un rotor (3) respectif,
    dans lequel les moyens de contrôle de l'ensemble chargeur (1) peuvent synchroniser la position des rotors (3) et la position des palettes (4) respectives qui peuvent se déplacer horizontalement entre une première position dans laquelle le descendeur (2) respectif est bloqué et une seconde position dans laquelle les pâtes longues sont libres d'avoir accès à un espace d'accumulation (8) de chaque descendeur (2) compris entre la palette (4) et le rotor (3).
  2. Ensemble chargeur (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que pour chaque rotor (3) et la palette (4) respective, les moyens de levier (6) comprennent :
    une première manivelle (61) actionnée en rotation par le rotor (3) respectif,
    une première tige (62) sont les extrémités sont associées, en rotation, avec une extrémité de ladite première manivelle (61) et avec une première extrémité d'une deuxième manivelle (63),
    dans lequel une seconde extrémité de la deuxième manivelle (63) est solidaire d'une barre rotative (66) pouvant faire tourner une troisième manivelle (64),
    dans lequel la barre rotative (66) est horizontale et associée en rotation avec le bâti de l'unité de dosage (10),
    dans lequel une seconde tige (65) fournit des extrémités associées en rotation avec une extrémité de la troisième manivelle (64) et avec la palette (4) qui peut se déplacer le long d'un guide horizontal solidaire avec le bâti de l'unité de dosage (10).
  3. Ensemble chargeur (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de dosage (10) comprend des moyens (11) pouvant modifier la hauteur de chaque palette (4).
  4. Appareil pour le transfert des pâtes longues d'une ligne de production à une machine d'emballage, comprenant deux courroies transporteuses, un ensemble chargeur (1) et un transporteur à godets au-dessous du groupe de chargement (1), caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble chargeur (1) est selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
  5. Appareil selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les courroies transporteuses courent parallèlement et côte à côte entre la ligne de production et l'ensemble chargeur (1), dans lequel chaque unité de pâtes longues est placée sur deux courroies transporteuses transversalement à la direction de déplacement des courroies transporteuses, dans lequel des moyens de coupe placés entre les deux courroies transporteuses peuvent couper chaque unité unique de pâte longue dans la zone médiane, entre les deux courroies transporteuses, obtenant deux unités de pâte longue de demi-longueur par rapport à l'unité unique de pâte longue préalablement chargée sur la ligne de production.
  6. Appareil selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que chaque descendeur (2) peut recevoir les pâtes longues d'une courroie transporteuse respective au moyen d'une bouche (7) respective.
