Claims (6)

  1. Ladevorrichtung (1) zum Dosieren von Langteigwaren, umfassend mindestens ein Fallrohr (2) und eine Dosiereinheit (10), die Dosiermittel bereitstellt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Ladevorrichtung (1) zwei Fallrohre (2) umfasst,
    die Dosiereinheit (10) zwei Rotoren (3), die jeweils mit einem Hohlraum (31) versehen sind, und zwei Motoren (5) umfasst, welche die Drehung der jeweiligen Rotoren (3) unabhängig voneinander steuern können,
    die Dosiermittel der Dosiereinheit (10) zwei Paddel (4) und Hebelmittel (6) umfassen, die ein Paddel (4) mit einem entsprechenden Rotor (3) verbinden können,
    wobei jedes Fallrohr (2) ausschließlich einen jeweiligen Rotor (3) speist,
    wobei Steuermittel der Ladevorrichtung (1) in der Lage sind, die Position der Rotoren (3) und die Position der jeweiligen Paddel (4) zu synchronisieren, die in der Lage sind, sich horizontal zwischen einer ersten Position, in der das jeweilige Fallrohr (2) blockiert ist, und einer zweiten Position zu bewegen, in der die Langteigwaren frei sind, um zu einem Sammelraum (8) eines jeden Fallrohres (2) zu gelangen, der zwischen dem Paddel (4) und dem Rotor (3) liegt.
  2. Ladevorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für jeden Rotor (3) und jedes Paddel (4) die Hebelmittel (6) umfassen:
    eine erste Kurbel (61), die durch den jeweiligen Rotor (3) in Drehung versetzt wird,
    eine erste Stange (62), deren Enden drehbar mit einem Ende der ersten Kurbel (61) und mit einem ersten Ende einer zweiten Kurbel (63) verbunden sind,
    wobei ein zweites Ende der zweiten Kurbel (63) fest mit einer Drehstange (66) verbunden ist, die eine dritte Kurbel (64) in Drehung versetzen kann,
    wobei die Drehstange (66) horizontal liegt und drehbar mit dem Rahmen der Dosiereinheit (10) verbunden ist,
    wobei eine zweite Stange (65) Enden aufweist, die drehbar mit einem Ende der dritten Kurbel (64) und mit dem Paddel (4) verbunden sind, das sich entlang einer horizontalen Führung bewegen kann, die mit dem Rahmen der Dosiereinheit (10) fest verbunden ist.
  3. Ladevorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dosiereinheit (10) Mittel (11) umfasst, mit denen die Höhe der einzelnen Paddel (4) verändert werden kann.
  4. Vorrichtung zum Überführen von Langteigwaren von einer Produktionslinie zu einer Verpackungsmaschine, umfassend zwei Förderbänder, eine Ladevorrichtung (1) und einen Becherförderer unterhalb der Ladevorrichtung (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ladevorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche ausgebildet ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Förderbänder parallel und nebeneinander zwischen der Produktionslinie und der Ladevorrichtung (1) verlaufen, wobei jede Langteigwareneinheit auf beiden Förderbändern quer zur Bewegungsrichtung der Förderbänder platziert wird, wobei zwischen den beiden Förderbändern platzierte Schneidmittel in der Lage sind, jede einzelne Langteigwareneinheit in der mittleren Zone zwischen den beiden Förderbändern zu schneiden, wodurch zwei Langteigwareneinheiten mit halber Länge in Bezug auf die einzelne Langteigwareneinheit, die zuvor an der Produktionslinie aufgeladen wurde, erhalten werden.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Fallrohr (2) in der Lage ist, die Langteigwaren von einem entsprechenden Förderband mit Hilfe einer entsprechenden Öffnung (7) aufzunehmen.
