Au niveau de deux arêtes latérales (15, 16) ou portions de bord (17, 18) opposées de la carte blister (10) est fixée, de manière déplaçable, au moins une carte de base (50) qui, dans une position de sécurité (70), s'applique à plat contre le côté inférieur (12) de la carte blister (10) et protège ainsi le produit à emballer (40) renfermé contre un prélèvement indésirable, la carte de base (50) pouvant être transférée de manière réversible par application d'une force extérieure (90) par compression conjointe en sens inverse (91, 92) de deux portions (5, 6) mutuellement opposées de l'emballage, de la position de sécurité (70) à une position de prélèvement (80), et pendant l'application de la force extérieure (90), la carte de base (50) étant espacée du côté inférieur (12) de la carte blister (10) en formant un espace interne d'emballage (100) et le produit à emballer (40) pouvant être libéré et prélevé par pression (35) à travers la feuille de recouvrement (30) dans l'espace interne d'emballage (100).
