Claims (10)

  1. Emballage (1) à libération par enfoncement, comprenant une partie de fond (2), constituée d'au moins un élément de surface (5) et dotée d'au moins un renfoncement (3), un film de protection (6) libérable par enfoncement, fixé sur la partie de fond (2) et recouvrant au moins l'ouverture (4) du renfoncement (3), et une couche de recouvrement (7) qui est superposée au film de protection (6) sur son côté extérieur, la couche de recouvrement (7) contenant des parties de surface libérables par enfoncement et des parties de surface non libérables par enfoncement, le renfoncement (3), dans la position de repos de l'emballage (1) à libération par enfoncement, se trouvant au moins partiellement au-dessus d'une partie de surface non libérable par enfoncement de la couche de recouvrement (7), et des moyens étant disposés pour libérer une substance se trouvant dans le renfoncement (3), par lesquels l'ouverture (4) du renfoncement peut, par un mouvement effectué par rapport à la couche de recouvrement (7), être amenée au-dessus d'une partie de surface libérable par enfoncement (8) de la couche de recouvrement (7), de sorte que le contenu peut être pressé à travers le film de protection (6) et la partie de surface libérable par enfoncement (8) de la couche de recouvrement (7),
    caractérisé en ce que la couche de recouvrement (7) est assemblée à la partie de fond (2) sur deux bords latéraux opposés (12, 12') ou régions de bords latéraux opposés de l'élément de surface (5), et au moins la couche de recouvrement (7), de préférence la couche de recouvrement (7) et l'élément de surface (5), contiennent des lignes de pliage (9, 9', 9", 9''') au niveau desquelles la couche de recouvrement (7) peut être relevée et rabattue à la manière d'un parallélogramme articulé par un mouvement par rapport à l'élément de surface (5), de sorte que l'ouverture (4) du renfoncement, lors du rabattement, vient se placer sur une partie de surface libérable par enfoncement (8) de la couche de recouvrement (7).
  2. Emballage à libération par enfoncement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'emballage (1) à libération par enfoncement est constitué d'un élément de surface (5) doté d'un renfoncement (3) ou est divisé en plusieurs éléments de surface (5), de préférence régulièrement disposés, dotés chacun d'un renfoncement (3), une couche de recouvrement (7), constituée de préférence d'une découpe de matériau, étant associée à chaque élément de surface (5) ou à un groupe d'éléments de surface (5), et les éléments de surface (5) étant délimités entre eux au moyen de lignes d'affaiblissement (10') et des moyens étant prévus pour que chaque renfoncement (3) puisse être individuellement déplacé au-dessus de la partie de surface libérable par enfoncement (8) de la couche de recouvrement (7).
  3. Emballage à libération par enfoncement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche de recouvrement (7) forme un assemblage (13) avec la partie de fond (2) au moins sur un bord latéral (12) ou une région de bord latéral, de sorte que le renfoncement (3) ne peut être déplacé par rapport à la couche de recouvrement (7) qu'après avoir détaché ou retiré l'assemblage (13).
  4. Emballage à libération par enfoncement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche de recouvrement (7) peut, au niveau des lignes de pliage (9, 9', 9", 9'''), être relevée à la manière d'un parallélogramme articulé par un mouvement par rapport à l'élément de surface (5), et la couche de recouvrement (7) et l'élément de surface (5) délimitent en vue en coupe transversale un espace vide dans la position totalement relevée, et l'ouverture (4) du renfoncement vient, lors du rabattement sur l'autre côté, se placer sur une partie de surface libérable par enfoncement de la couche de recouvrement (7).
  5. Emballage à libération par enfoncement selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une première et une deuxième lignes de pliage (9, 9') sont disposées respectivement sur un premier bord latéral (12) ou région de bord latéral et un deuxième bord latéral (12') - ou région de bord latéral -, opposé au premier, de la couche de recouvrement (7) ou de la partie de fond (2), et une troisième et une quatrième lignes de pliage (9", 9''') se trouvent, soit toutes deux dans la couche de recouvrement (7), soit l'une dans la couche de recouvrement (7) et l'autre dans la partie de fond (2), en étant respectivement éloignées du premier ou deuxième bord latéral (12, 12') de la longueur d'un côté vertical (16, 16').
  6. Emballage à libération par enfoncement selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'assemblage (13) est un assemblage par collage ou par scellement et est une zone de bord latéral de l'élément de surface qui est délimitée par une ligne d'affaiblissement (10), de préférence une perforation, et qui peut être détachée le long de la ligne d'affaiblissement.
  7. Emballage à libération par enfoncement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie de surface libérable par enfoncement (8) de la couche de recouvrement (7) est une partie de surface entourée partiellement ou totalement par une ligne d'affaiblissement (10) - de préférence une perforation -, un évidement ou une partie de surface pourvue d'un film, d'une couche ou d'un assemblage de films ou de couches libérable par enfoncement.
  8. Emballage à libération par enfoncement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le film de protection (6) est constitué d'un film d'aluminium d'une épaisseur de 15-30 µm, revêtu de laque de scellement à chaud.
  9. Emballage à libération par enfoncement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie de fond (2) et/ou la couche de recouvrement (7) sont constituées d'un assemblage de films avec un film extérieur en PVC d'une épaisseur de 60-100 µm, un autre film extérieur en polyamide orienté (oPA) d'une épaisseur de 25-30 µm et un film intermédiaire en aluminium d'une épaisseur de 45-60 µm.
  10. Utilisation d'emballages (1) à libération par enfoncement selon la revendication 1 comme emballages de médicaments.
