Then, the sliding working portion 33 of the carrier 25 with the guiding groove 10 is moved away and the jaws 6, 6' are opened again. The ladder 2 is moved vertically upwards so the position of the first upper window 31 is taken by the second window below it and the whole process is repeated until all the slats of the blind are successively threaded.
- the blind slats threading device is suitable for threading thin blinds, especially inter-glass blinds, where the sharp edges of the blind slats may cause cutting or damage to the ladder into which the slats are to be threaded during the production of blinds.

Claims (3)
- Vorrichtung (1) zum Einfädeln von Blindleisten mit einer Plattform (21), auf welcher eine Montageplatte (18) angeordnet ist, auf welcher gegenseitig zwei Tragständer (17) sind, zwischen denen gibt es ein Raum für vertikale Verschiebung von einem Leiter (2) mit vertikalen Bindfäden (3) und zwischen ihnen angeordneten Paaren von Querschnuren (4) mit einer Spalte (5), wobei jeder Tragständer (17) mit zwei Antriebspneumatikmodulen (16) versehen ist, auf welchen immer eine Zusammensetzung (28) angeordnet ist, welche aus einer vorderen Backe (6) und einer hinteren Backe (6') besteht, wobei die vorderen Backen (6) oben mit einem Halbzahn (7) und unten mit einem unterem Halbzahn (9) versehen sind und zwischen ihnen zwei Mittelzähne (8) angeordnet sind, wobei auf den vorderen Backen (6) Träger (25) von Rinnen (10) mit einer Nadel (26) für Führung der Lamelle sind, wo einen vorderen Anschlagsteil (33) des Trägers (25) ein integraler Bestandteil der vorderen Backen (6) ist und auf dem hinteren linear beweglichen Arbeitsteiles (34) die Rinnen (10) angeordnet sind, wobei die Grösse der Rinnen (10) entspricht der Grösse des Spaltes (38) zwischen den Mittelzähnen (8), wobei hintere Backen (6') oben mit einem oberen Halbzahn (11) und unten mit einem unteren Halbzah (12) versehen sind, wobei zwischen dem oberen Halbzahn (7) und dem oberen Mittelzahn (8) und dem unteren Halbzahn (9) und unterem Mittelzahn (8) der vorderen Backe (6) Spalten (27) angeordnet sind, gegen welche dimensions-ensprechender obere Halbzahn (11) und ein unterer Halbzahn (12) auf den hinteren Backen (6') angeordnet sind, wobei die Backen (6, 6') sind drehbar verbindet mit einer oberen Platte (36) des Tragständers (17) über einen Schulter (37) und auf diesem angeordneten Bolzen (24) und zugleich über den Träger (23), welcher ein Teil des Antriebspneumatikmoduls (16) mit einer Traggabel (19) ist, wobei in der Montageplatte (18) Öffnungen (20) versehen sind, in welchen drehbar zwei Positionszahnräder (15) angeordnet sind, welche im Eingriff mit Zahnsegmenten (14) sind, welche über Befestigungsplatte (13) auf dem unteren Teil der hinteren Backe (6') befestigt sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Einfädeln von Blindleisten nach dem Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Zahnsegmenten (14) Nuten (32) in einer Bogenform für Durchgang von Schläuchen (30) zu den Antriebspneumatikmodulen (16) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Einfädeln von Blindleisten nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsplatte (13) zu dem Stützbolzen (35), der auch in dem unteren Teil der hinteren Backe (6') angeordnet ist, befestigt ist.
