Claims (15)
- Appareil de traitement du linge (1), en particulier sous forme d'un lave-linge, comprenant :une carrosserie (2) et une cuve de lavage (3) disposée dedans pour recevoir un liquide de traitement,un tambour (4) disposé dans la cuve de lavage (3) et tournant autour d'un axe de rotation (5) comprenant un espace intérieur (6) pour recevoir des pièces de linge (11) à traiter avec le liquide de traitement, lequel tambour (4) comprend une enveloppe (7) perforée sensiblement cylindrique, laquelle enveloppe (7) forme un interstice (10) avec la cuve de lavage (3),un dispositif d'admission (12, 13, 14, 15) pour faire entrer le liquide de traitement dans la cuve de lavage (3), qui comprend un premier injecteur (15) pour introduire du liquide de traitement directement dans l'espace intérieur (6), etun dispositif d'évacuation (16, 17, 18) pour évacuer le liquide de traitement hors de la cuve de lavage (3),caractérisé parun dispositif de collecte (21) monté sur la cuve de lavage (3) et faisant saillie dans l'interstice (10) pour recueillir un film de liquide (22) s'écoulant sur la cuve de lavage (3) dans une direction d'écoulement sensiblement tangentielle,un canal de dérivation (23) raccordé au dispositif de collecte (21) pour évacuer le liquide de traitement recueilli par le dispositif de collecte (21), etun deuxième injecteur (24) raccordé au canal de dérivation (23) pour introduire le liquide de traitement évacué dans l'espace intérieur (6).
- Appareil de traitement du linge (1) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la cuve de lavage (3) est reliée à la carrosserie (2) par l'intermédiaire d'une manchette mobile (19) et peut être fermée par une porte (20) et dans lequel le deuxième injecteur (24) est disposé dans la manchette (19).
- Appareil de traitement du linge (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le canal de dérivation (23) est raccordé au dispositif de collecte (21) approximativement au milieu de la cuve de lavage (3) par rapport à l'axe de rotation (5).
- Appareil de traitement du linge (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le dispositif de collecte (21) comprend une structure de guidage (21) apposée sur la cuve de lavage (3), en particulier une baguette de guidage (21) ou une gouttière de guidage (21).
- Appareil de traitement du linge (1) selon la revendication 4, dans lequel la structure de guidage (21) est enroulée en hélice autour de la cuve de lavage (3) en partant du canal de dérivation (23) et contre la direction d'écoulement vers un côté extérieur (25, 26).
- Appareil de traitement du linge (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'enveloppe (7) est structurée de façon hélicoïdale.
- Appareil de traitement du linge (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'interstice (10) comprend un rétrécissement (27) au niveau du raccordement du canal de dérivation (23).
- Appareil de traitement du linge (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le canal de dérivation (23) débouche dans la cuve de lavage (3) sensiblement de façon tangentielle par rapport à l'axe de rotation (5).
- Appareil de traitement du linge (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le canal de dérivation (23) présente une section transversale, qui diminue à partir du raccordement au dispositif de collecte (21) en direction du deuxième injecteur (24).
- Appareil de traitement du linge (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, qui comprend un moyen de commande (28), qui est configuré pour commander un entraînement (29) du tambour (4).
- Appareil de traitement du linge (1) selon la revendication 10, comprenant un capteur (30), qui est connecté au moyen de commande (28) et au moyen duquel une quantité de liquide s'écoulant dans le film de liquide (22) peut être mesurée, dans lequel le moyen de commande (28) est configuré pour commander l'entraînement (29) en fonction de la quantité mesurée de liquide.
- Appareil de traitement du linge (1) selon la revendication 11, dans lequel le capteur (30) est configuré pour mesurer la puissance absorbée par l'entraînement (29).
- Procédé de fonctionnement d'un appareil de traitement du linge (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel des pièces de linge (11) se trouvant dans le tambour (4) sont imprégnées par une admission de liquide de traitement à travers le premier injecteur (15), dans lequel le tambour (4) est mis en rotation rapidement dans un premier sens de rotation prédéterminé de manière à ce que les pièces de linge (11) soient appliquées contre l'enveloppe (7), et que le liquide de traitement soit transporté à travers les pièces de linge (11) et l'enveloppe (7) dans l'interstice et sur la cuve de lavage (3) et forme alors le film de liquide (22) s'écoulant dans une direction d'écoulement parallèle au premier sens de rotation,
caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de collecte (21) recueille le film de liquide (22) et évacue le liquide de traitement recueilli dans le canal de dérivation (23), et le liquide de traitement évacué à travers le canal de dérivation (23) est transporté dans l'espace intérieur (6) au moyen du deuxième injecteur (24). - Procédé selon la revendication 13, dans lequel les pièces de linge (11) sont traitées avec le liquide de traitement à la suite de l'imprégnation, et ensuite le liquide de traitement des pièces de linge (11) est évacué par centrifugation hors des pièces de linge (11) au moyen d'une rotation rapide appropriée du tambour (4), dans lequel le tambour (4) est mis en rotation dans un deuxième sens de rotation opposé au premier sens de rotation.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 13 et 14, dans lequel, avant l'imprégnation, la masse des pièces de linge (11) dans le tambour (4) est déterminée, et dans lequel, pendant l'imprégnation, la vitesse de rotation du tambour (4) est commandée en fonction de la masse des pièces de linge (11).
