Definitions

  • the invention relates to a structure of a commercial vehicle, in particular a truck, trailer or semi-trailer, with a rear wall frame and a rear wall door, the at least one rear wall door being held in the closed position in the rear wall frame.
  • tarpaulin structures are known which have at least one tarpaulin for closing at least one side and/or a roof of the tarpaulin structure. If a tarpaulin can be moved along a side wall, it is also called curtainsiders.
  • a rear wall frame is provided at the rear, on which two rear wall doors are held and in which the rear wall doors are accommodated when the rear wall doors are in the closed position.
  • An end wall is provided opposite the rear wall frame. Corresponding end walls and rear walls can be provided in the same way for tarpaulin bodies and box bodies.
  • the side walls, the roof, the front wall, the floor and/or the rear wall doors can be constructed in the form of multi-layer panels, the outer structuring cover layers and in between a core layer made of foamed plastic. If necessary, the corresponding cover layers can themselves be designed in multiple layers and serve to stiffen the panels, which is why the cover layers usually have at least one layer made of a metal and/or a fiber-reinforced plastic.
  • box bodies are closed, box bodies are particularly used for the transport of moisture-sensitive goods, i.e. so-called dry transport. Since any core layer made of a foamed plastic can provide a high level of thermal insulation, corresponding box bodies are particularly suitable for the transport of temperature-sensitive goods, for example for so-called refrigerated transport.
  • the rear wall is usually closed by two rear wall doors designed as wing doors, through which the loading space can be loaded from the rear.
  • the rear wall doors can be pivoted from a closed position to an open position.
  • the rear wall doors regularly have locking bars which extend above and below the rear wall doors and which have the protruding sections on the upper and lower cross members of the rear wall frame can be locked.
  • these locking bars can only provide limited protection against burglary, even if these locking bars are provided with a lock.
  • This lock can be opened with relatively little effort.
  • the installation of the lock can be forgotten or at least opened by the driver of the commercial vehicle.
  • Additional door locking systems have therefore been developed to prevent unauthorized opening of the commercial vehicle. These can be purely mechanical be designed or operated with an electric motor.
  • a structure of a commercial vehicle according to the preamble of claim 1, with an electric motor-operated door locking system, is, for example, from US 2020/011097 A1 disclosed.
  • Actuation with an electric motor has the advantage that it can be done via a control unit.
  • the control unit can then ensure that the commercial vehicle can only be moved when the door locking system is locked, that signals are sent to a central monitoring unit during operation of the commercial vehicle, which provide information about the status of the door locking system, and that the door locking system can only be unlocked in a specific area spatial area is released and / or that the driver of the commercial vehicle cannot or at least cannot unlock the door locking system alone.
  • the door locking systems can form cold bridges and/or sustainably reduce the insulation effect of the commercial vehicle.
  • Other door locking systems are difficult to use or offer only very limited protection against being broken into.
  • the present invention is therefore based on the object of designing and developing the structure of the type mentioned at the beginning and previously described in more detail in such a way that reliable protection against the commercial vehicle being broken into can be ensured without having to accept any significant disadvantages compared to conventional structures without additional door locking systems must.
  • a joint connection is provided between the door lock housing and the rear wall door, which has at least one joining means made of plastic or fiber-reinforced plastic which extends at least substantially over the entire thickness of the rear wall door.
  • a door lock housing is therefore provided that is arranged on the outside or the back of the rear wall door. For example, this eliminates the need to integrate the door lock housing into the rear wall door itself, whose insulating effect would be reduced without further countermeasures. It is also unnecessary to arrange the door lock housing in the loading space, which would lead to a reduced loading volume and an impairment of loading. Furthermore, it is provided that an electric motor and at least one locking element are each at least partially accommodated in the door lock housing. This not only simplifies the handling of the corresponding door locking system, but also enables additional security features to further improve protection against the commercial vehicle being broken into.
  • At least one latch receptacle is provided on the rear wall frame of the commercial vehicle.
  • the at least one locking receptacle serves to positively accommodate the at least one locking element when it is in the locking position. With the locking element in the locking position, breaking open the rear wall door is only possible with significant damage to the commercial vehicle.
  • the structure is designed as a box body.
  • the advantages of the invention come into play to a particular extent in such structures, since the loading space of box bodies is already quite well protected against break-in due to their basic structure. In principle, however, it would be conceivable to close tarpaulin bodies so reliably using additional devices in the area of at least one tarpaulin that a door locking system on a rear wall door of a tarpaulin body would also result in significantly higher protection against a break-in into the cargo space of the commercial vehicle.
  • the at least one latch receptacle is provided on the back of the rear wall frame, it is easy to assemble and does not become the rear wall frame nor the base of the structure will be weakened unless additional compensatory measures are taken.
  • a particularly stable and robust locking of the rear wall door via the door locking system can be achieved if the at least one latch receptacle is provided on a lower cross member of the rear wall frame.
  • the lower cross member is usually very solid and stable anyway, so that the cross member can absorb and dissipate high forces. It is also advisable if the lower cross member is assigned to the loading floor, in particular partially supporting the loading floor.
  • the cross member can take on several functions so that a synergy effect can be achieved.
  • corresponding cross members are particularly stable and resistant, so that additional reinforcement of the cross member can be omitted if necessary.
  • the door lock housing is provided at a lower edge of the rear wall door, this can counteract a possible break-in into the cargo space of the commercial vehicle particularly well, since it would be particularly useful there to lever open the rear wall door. Attempts to tamper with the door locking system can be prevented particularly effectively if the door locking housing protrudes beyond the lower edge of the rear wall door in relation to the rear wall door.
  • the door lock housing stands in the way of corresponding attempts at manipulation.
  • the at least one latch receptacle can be at least partially accommodated in the door lock housing in the closed position of the rear wall door. This can also make manipulation of the door locking system more difficult because the accessibility of the at least one bolt receptacle is made more difficult or even prevented by the door lock housing.
  • the door lock housing is joined to the rear wall door from the side of the rear wall door facing the loading space.
  • a screw connection can be selected.
  • the connection of the door lock housing and the rear wall door cannot therefore be released from the outside, so that no special measures need to be taken to secure the connection against unauthorized loosening. So that the joint connection does not lead to a cold bridge in the area of the insulation and still reliably holds the door lock housing on the rear wall door, the joint connection between the door lock housing and the rear wall door has, according to the invention, at least one joining means made of plastic or a plastic material which extends at least substantially over the entire thickness of the door fiber-reinforced plastic.
  • the joining means can be supported on the rear wall door over at least essentially the entire thickness of the rear wall door, so that the joining means can absorb large forces and transfer them to the rear wall door.
  • the at least one joining means is designed as a sleeve.
  • a screw connected to the door lock housing can be partially provided or partially accommodated in the sleeve. This leads to further stiffening of the connection between the door lock housing and the rear wall door. This is particularly true if the screw is supported on the sleeve.
  • the screw extends in a direction perpendicular to the rear wall door over at least 20%, preferably 40%, in particular at least 60% of the thickness of the rear wall door from an inner layer of the rear wall door assigned to the loading space is spaced apart.
  • this can be achieved if the screw has a screw head assigned to the outer layer of the rear wall door assigned to the outside of the rear wall door. In each case, a not insignificant or sufficient part of the thickness of the rear wall door is free of the screw, which can therefore only transmit heat to a very limited extent into the cargo space.
  • the insulating effect can be increased even further if the at least one joining means is filled with a plastic, in particular a foamed plastic, at least in sections over its longitudinal extent perpendicular to the rear wall door.
  • a plastic in particular a foamed plastic
  • the foamed plastic has a lower specific thermal conductivity than the joining agent itself.
  • the corresponding use of the foamed plastic is particularly expedient if the joining agent is at least essentially between the screw head and the inner layer of the rear wall door with plastic, in particular a foamed plastic, is filled out.
  • the door locking housing can be made at least essentially of metal, preferably of steel, in particular of stainless steel.
  • the door lock housing can only be damaged or removed from the rear door with very high forces. However, such forces are difficult to generate without special tools.
  • a rear wall door it is sufficient for a rear wall door to have the door locking system if the other rear wall door is provided in the closed position of the rear wall doors in such a way that it is prevented from opening by the closed other rear wall door by means of a positive fit. Then one rear door must be opened before the other rear door can be opened. It is therefore sufficient to reliably lock one rear wall door using a corresponding door locking system with a door locking housing of the type mentioned. The two rear wall doors can then be opened Both cannot be opened or can only be opened with disproportionate effort.
  • two rear wall doors can each be provided in the closed position in such a way that one rear wall door, which does not have a door lock housing, is held in the closed position in a form-fitting manner by the other rear wall door which has the door lock housing.
  • the electric motor can be connected to at least one line, which, if necessary, can run from outside the rear wall door through the rear wall door to the electric motor. In order to avoid manipulation or accidental damage to the door locking system, it is also advisable here if the at least one line runs at least partially in a core layer of the rear wall door and/or runs in a core layer of a side wall.
  • the line can be connected to the electric motor via a plug connection in the connection area between the rear door and the door lock housing.
  • the plug connection it is advisable, if necessary, for the plug connection to be arranged at least essentially in a core layer of the rear wall door or at least essentially in the door lock housing.
  • Reliable securing of the rear wall door against breaking open can, if necessary, be achieved by placing the door lock housing close to or adjacent to a locking rod which extends vertically over the entire height of the rear wall door and both above and below for locking with the upper cross member and the lower one Cross member of the rear wall frame is arranged.
  • this success can also be achieved in that the door lock housing is close to or adjacent to a handle, in particular below the handle, for locking and unlocking the locking rod with the upper cross member and the lower one Cross member of the rear wall frame is arranged by turning the locking rod.
  • This arrangement means that, for example, particularly high forces are required to lever open the rear door. However, such forces cannot be easily applied without special tools.
  • a commercial vehicle 1 is shown in the form of a semi-trailer with a body 2 in the form of a box body.
  • the commercial vehicle 1 is pulled by a tractor 3.
  • the structure 2 of the commercial vehicle 1 has a fixed front wall 4, a fixed roof 5, fixed side walls 6 and fixed rear wall doors 7, 8 in the area of the rear wall 9.
  • the rear wall 9 of the structure 2 is formed by a circumferential rear wall frame 10 and two rear wall doors 7, 8 which close the opening of the rear wall frame 10 and which are attached to the rear wall frame 10 via hinges 11.
  • the rear wall doors 7, 8 can be switched via the hinges 11 between an open position, in which the loading space of the body 2 of the commercial vehicle 1 is accessible for loading and unloading via the rear wall frame 10, and a closed position, in which the opening of the rear wall frame 10 passes through the rear wall doors 7,8 are closed and can be swiveled back and forth.
  • the Side walls 6, the roof 5, the front wall 4 and / or the rear wall doors 7, 8 can be constructed in the form of multi-layer panels that include outer structural cover layers and a core layer made of foamed plastic in between. If necessary, the corresponding cover layers can themselves be designed in multiple layers and serve to stiffen the panels, which is why the cover layers usually have at least one layer made of a metal and/or a fiber-reinforced plastic.
  • each rear wall door 7, 8 is assigned two locking rods 12. However, a different number of locking rods 12 can also be assigned to the rear wall doors 7, 8.
  • the locking rods 12 protrude at the bottom and top from the respective rear wall door 7, 8 and can be connected to the corresponding sections of the locking rods 12 in a form-fitting manner with the lower cross member 13 and the upper cross member 14 of the rear wall frame 10, which can be connected via side corner stanchions 15.
  • the positive connection of the locking rods 12 with the lower cross member 13 and the upper cross member 14 of the rear wall frame 10 can be released by turning the locking rods 12.
  • handles 16 are provided on the locking rods 12.
  • the rear wall doors 7, 8 are provided in such a way that the left rear wall door 7 must be closed before the right rear wall door 8 can be closed. In the closed position, the right rear wall door 8 also holds the left rear wall door 7 in the closed position due to a positive fit between the two rear wall doors 7, 8. Only when the right rear wall door 8 has been at least partially opened is the corresponding positive connection canceled and can left rear wall door 7 can also be opened. For this reason and to avoid unauthorized opening of the rear wall doors 7, 8, a door locking system 17 is assigned to the right rear wall door 8. The door locking system 17 is not as easy and/or cannot be opened by the same people as the locking bars 12, which can, if necessary, be secured against unauthorized opening with mechanical locks.
  • the locks can be opened by anyone who has the corresponding key.
  • the corresponding locks are easy to overcome or destroy. This does not apply in the same way to the additionally provided door locking system 17. This can only be opened without authorization with very great effort.
  • the group of people, the location of the opening and/or the time of opening of the door locking system 17 can be easily limited, since the door locking system 17 is a motor-operated door locking system 17.
  • the door locking system 17 has a door locking housing 18 on the back of a rear wall door 8.
  • the door lock housing 18 is assigned to the lower edge of the corresponding rear wall door 8.
  • the door lock housing 18 and thus also the corresponding lock between the rear wall door 8 and the rear wall frame 10 are arranged adjacent or close to a locking rod 12, in particular adjacent or close to the locking rod 12, which is arranged closest to the adjacent rear wall door 7.
  • the handle 16 for opening the adjacent locking rod 12 is arranged above and close to or adjacent to the door lock housing 18 in the illustrated and therefore preferred structure 2.
  • the handles 16 of the remaining locking rods 12 can therefore be arranged lower than the handle 16 arranged above the door lock housing 18.
  • a lower part of the rear wall 9 of the structure of the slot vehicle in the area of the door locking system 17 is shown enlarged.
  • the door lock housing 18 is on the back of the rear wall door 8
  • Door locking system 17 is provided, each of which at least partially includes an electric motor 19 and, in the present case, two locking elements 20 that can be adjusted by the electric motor 19.
  • the locking elements 20 can be adjusted from a locking position to a release position and back via the electric motor 19.
  • the locking elements 20 are shown in the locking position, in which the lower ends of the locking elements 20 are accommodated in a locking receptacle 21.
  • the bolt receptacle 21 is fixed to the lower cross member 13 of the rear wall frame 10, for example by screwing or welding.
  • the structure 2 is shown with the locking elements 20 in a release position. In this release position, the locking elements 20 are pulled upwards from the locking receptacle 21 and are therefore no longer received in a form-fitting manner in the locking receptacle 21.
  • the rear wall door 8 is released for opening. This can be done provided that the locking rods 12 have a positive connection with the lower cross member 13 and the upper cross member 14.
  • the door lock housing 18 extends downwards beyond the lower edge of the rear wall door 8 and at least partially covers the lower cross member 13 of the rear wall frame 10. In this area, the door lock housing 18 also covers the latch receptacle 21, which is therefore not manipulated in the locking position of the latch elements 20 because it is not accessible.
  • the door lock housing 18 is made of sheet steel with a sufficient wall thickness so that the door lock housing 18 cannot be easily removed or broken open.
  • the illustrated and preferred door lock housing 18 sits at the rear of the conventional rear wall door 8 of the structure 2. If necessary, a conventional rear wall door 8 can therefore be used, on the back of which the door lock housing 18 can be attached with the internals enclosed by the door lock housing 18.
  • the locking elements 20 of the door locking system 17 are connected to the electric motor 19 via an adjustment unit 22.
