Claims (15)

  1. Procédé pour imprimer une surface d'un substrat (01) non absorbant avec une encre destinée à être appliquée par un système d'impression à jet d'encre (02), selon lequel une encre contenant de l'eau comme solvant est utilisée pour l'impression des substrats (01), dans lequel une encre avec une proportion d'eau d'au moins 70 % est utilisée, selon lequel le substrat (01) à imprimer est porté par un porte-pièces (04) et déplacé par rapport au système d'impression à jet d'encre (02), dans lequel pendant ce mouvement relatif de l'encre est appliquée sur la surface du substrat (01) à imprimer par le système d'impression à jet d'encre (02), dans lequel l'encre appliquée sur la surface du substrat (01) est chauffée à une température qui se trouve au-dessus de la température de l'air entourant le substrat (01) et au-dessous d'une température d'ébullition du solvant contenu dans l'encre, dans lequel une couche de vapeur constituée du solvant contenu dans l'encre est réalisée au-dessus d'une phase liquide de l'encre, dans lequel la couche de vapeur réalisée au-dessus de la phase liquide de l'encre est évacuée par un flux d'air expulsé par au moins une unité de buse de soufflage (06 ; 07), dans lequel l'air distribué par l'unité de buse de soufflage (06 ; 07) respective est préalablement chauffé et/ou déshumidifié, caractérisé en ce que le porte-pièces (04) est chauffé à une température au-dessus de la température de l'air l'entourant, dans lequel le substrat (01) porté par le porte-pièces (04) et l'encre appliquée sur la surface du substrat (01) sont chauffés respectivement par conduction thermique du porte-pièces (04) avec un écart admissible à la température accrue du porte-pièces (04), dans lequel le substrat (01) porté par le porte-pièces (04) et l'encre appliquée sur la surface du substrat (01) sont chauffés respectivement par conduction thermique du porte-pièces (04) à la température accrue du porte-pièces (04) avec un écart admissible de maximum 5 °C et/ou à au moins 90 % de la température accrue du porte-pièces (04).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le flux d'air est expulsé avec une humidité relative inférieure à 65 % par l'unité de buse de soufflage (06 ; 07) respective et/ou que le flux d'air est expulsé à une vitesse d'écoulement supérieure à 25 m/s par l'unité de buse de soufflage (06 ; 07) respective.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le flux d'air expulsé par l'unité de buse de soufflage (06 ; 07) respective est dirigé selon un angle de 0° à 90° partant d'un plan d'appui du substrat (01) concerné porté par le porte-pièces (04) sur le substrat (01) portant l'encre et/ou que le flux d'air expulsé par l'unité de buse de soufflage (06 ; 07) respective est dirigé dans la même direction que la direction de transport (T) du substrat (01) concerné.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le flux d'air expulsé par l'unité de buse de soufflage (06 ; 07) respective est expulsé de plusieurs ouvertures de soufflage situées les unes derrière les autres respectivement dans la direction de transport (T) du substrat (01) concerné et/ou que le flux d'air fourni par l'unité de buse de soufflage (06 ; 07) respective est expulsé d'au moins une ouverture de soufflage réalisée en forme de fente respectivement transversalement par rapport à la direction de transport (T) du substrat (01) concerné et/ou que le flux d'air fourni par l'unité de buse de soufflage (06 ; 07) respective est expulsé d'ouvertures de soufflage disposées entre des segments individuel et/ou de buses du système d'impression à jet d'encre (02) distribuant des encres de différentes couleurs.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2 ou 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que le substrat (01) concerné porté par le porte-pièces (04) est soufflé par au moins une ouverture de soufflage de l'unité de buse de soufflage (06 ; 07) respective disposée respectivement à une distance de 0,1 mm à 10 mm au-dessus de la surface imprimée du substrat (01) concerné.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2 ou 3 ou 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un système de chauffage disposé dans l'unité de buse de soufflage (06 ; 07) respective est régulé dans la température à régler.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2 ou 3 ou 4 ou 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce qu'un séchage intermédiaire du substrat (01) concerné et/ou de l'encre appliquée sur la surface du substrat (01) est exécuté par l'unité de buse de soufflage (06 ; 07) respective.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le séchage intermédiaire du substrat (01) concerné et/ou de l'encre appliquée sur la surface du substrat (01) est renforcé par un ou plusieurs systèmes de chauffage disposés dans la zone du système d'impression à jet d'encre (02).
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que des systèmes de chauffage disposés dans la direction de transport (T) du substrat (01) concerné directement après le système d'impression à jet d'encre (02) sont utilisés.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que des systèmes de chauffage disposés à l'intérieur et/ou à l'extérieur de l'unité de buse de soufflage (06 ; 07) respective sont utilisés.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2 ou 3 ou 4 ou 5 ou 6 ou 7 ou 8 ou 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que le substrat (01) portant l'encre est amené après le processus d'impression à un sécheur final (08) disposé de manière séparée dans l'espace du système d'impression à jet d'encre (02), dans lequel un sécheur final à air chaud et/ou IR (08) est utilisé comme sécheur final (08).
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2 ou 3 ou 4 ou 5 ou 6 ou 7 ou 8 ou 9 ou 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que l'encre est appliquée pendant un mouvement relatif monodirectionnel entre le substrat (01) et le système d'impression à jet d'encre (02), procédé monopasse, sur la surface du substrat (01) concerné ou que l'encre est appliquée pendant un mouvement relatif bidirectionnel entre le substrat (01) et le système d'impression à jet d'encre (02), procédé multipasse, sur la surface du substrat (01) concerné.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2 ou 3 ou 4 ou 5 ou 6 ou 7 ou 8 ou 9 ou 10 ou 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que le chauffage du porte-pièces (04) s'effectue par un système de chauffage, selon lequel la température à régler pour le porte-pièces (04) est régulée.
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2 ou 3 ou 4 ou 5 ou 6 ou 7 ou 8 ou 9 ou 10 ou 11 ou 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce que la tension superficielle de la surface à imprimer du substrat (01) est augmentée au moins jusqu'à la valeur qui correspond à la tension superficielle de l'encre destinée à être appliquée par le système d'impression à jet d'encre (02) sur la surface du substrat (01), dans lequel la tension superficielle de la surface à imprimer du substrat (01) est augmentée en la tension superficielle de la surface à imprimer du substrat (01) dans un système (03) prétraitant le substrat (01) à imprimer, dans lequel ce dispositif (03) exécute sur le substrat (01) à imprimer un prétraitement avec un procédé corona ou avec un procédé par plasma ou avec un procédé chimique ou par une exposition à la flamme ou par un traitement aux UV.
  15. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2 ou 3 ou 4 ou 5 ou 6 ou 7 ou 8 ou 9 ou 10 ou 11 ou 12 ou 13 ou 14, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une tête d'impression à jet d'encre expulsant l'encre respectivement sous forme de gouttes d'encre est utilisée en tant que système d'impression à jet d'encre (02), dans lequel les gouttes d'encre sont appliquées sur le substrat (01) respectif dans un procédé d'impression à balayage respectivement dans une densité de point d'au moins 360 dpi.
