Claims (10)

  1. Tête à jet d'encre (100) comprenant :
    un éjecteur d'encre (10) dans lequel une ouverture d'une buse (111) qui éjecte de l'encre est prévue dans une surface d'éjection d'encre (112) et qui comporte un élément d'opération (123) qui réalise une opération pour éjecter de l'encre à partir de l'ouverture de la buse (111) ;
    un organe extérieur (51) dans lequel l'éjecteur d'encre (10) comportant la surface d'éjection d'encre (112) est stocké à l'intérieur ;
    un substrat d'entraînement (30) sur lequel un circuit d'entraînement (30) est disposé pour entraîner l'élément d'opération (123) ;
    un réservoir d'encre (60) qui stocke l'encre fournie à l'éjecteur d'encre (10) ;
    un organe de recouvrement (52) qui s'ajuste à l'organe extérieur (51) dans un bord supérieur de l'organe extérieur (51) et qui recouvre au moins une partie du substrat d'entraînement (30) ; l'organe de recouvrement (52) étant disposé entre le réservoir d'encre (60) et le substrat d'entraînement (30) ; et
    un organe de dissipation de chaleur (53) qui vient en contact avec l'organe de recouvrement (52) et le réservoir d'encre (60), l'organe de dissipation de chaleur (53) étant disposé entre l'organe de recouvrement (52) et le réservoir d'encre (60),
    dans laquelle, le réservoir d'encre (60) est doté d'une surface prédéterminée positionnée le long du substrat d'entraînement (30) et faisant face à l'organe de recouvrement (52), et
    le réservoir d'encre (60) est disposé de manière à ce que la chaleur du substrat d'entraînement (30) soit transmise à la surface prédéterminée.
  2. Tête à jet d'encre (100) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le substrat d'entraînement (30) est disposé de manière orthogonale par rapport à la surface d'éjection d'encre (112) sur un côté opposé de la surface d'éjection d'encre (112) de l'éjecteur d'encre (10).
  3. Tête à jet d'encre (100) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle,
    le réservoir d'encre (60) est doté d'un trajet d'écoulement dans le réservoir (F1) dans lequel l'encre fournie à l'éjecteur d'encre (10) s'écoule dans une direction d'alimentation prédéterminée, et
    le réservoir d'encre (60) est doté d'un premier filtre (61) qui est disposé le long de la surface prédéterminée à l'intérieur du trajet d'écoulement dans le réservoir (F1) et à travers lequel passe l'encre s'écoulant dans le trajet d'écoulement dans le réservoir (F1).
  4. Tête à jet d'encre (100) selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle,
    le trajet d'écoulement dans le réservoir (F1) comporte une chambre d'encre côté amont (62) adjacente au premier filtre (61) sur un côté amont dans la direction d'alimentation,
    le trajet d'écoulement dans le réservoir (F1) comporte une chambre d'encre côté aval (63) adjacente au premier filtre (61) sur un côté aval dans la direction d'alimentation, et
    la chambre d'encre côté amont (62) est disposée sur le côté de la surface prédéterminée du premier filtre (61).
  5. Tête à jet d'encre (100) selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle,
    le trajet d'écoulement dans le réservoir (F1) comporte une chambre d'encre côté amont (62) adjacente au premier filtre (61) sur un côté amont dans la direction d'alimentation,
    le trajet d'écoulement dans le réservoir (F1) comporte une chambre d'encre côté aval (63) adjacente au premier filtre (61) sur un côté aval dans la direction d'alimentation, et
    la chambre d'encre côté aval (63) est disposée sur le côté de la surface prédéterminée du premier filtre (61).
  6. Tête à jet d'encre (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, dans laquelle,
    l'éjecteur d'encre (10) comporte une ouverture de sortie (102) depuis laquelle s'écoule une partie de l'encre s'écoulant depuis le trajet d'écoulement dans le réservoir (F1), et
    la tête à jet d'encre (100) comporte un trajet d'écoulement d'évacuation d'encre (721) qui guide l'encre s'écoulant depuis l'ouverture de sortie (102) de l'éjecteur d'encre (10) en dehors de la tête à jet d'encre (100).
  7. Tête à jet d'encre (100) selon la revendication 6, comprenant en outre,
    un trajet d'écoulement de dérivation (F2) qui relie le trajet d'écoulement dans le réservoir (F1) et le trajet d'écoulement d'évacuation d'encre (721) sans passer à travers l'éjecteur d'encre (10),
    un deuxième filtre (61) qui est disposé à l'intérieur du trajet d'écoulement de dérivation (F2) et à travers lequel passe l'encre s'écoulant dans le trajet d'écoulement de dérivation (F2), et
    un clapet antiretour (73) qui est disposé entre une position de liaison avec le trajet d'écoulement de dérivation (F2) dans le trajet d'écoulement d'évacuation d'encre (721) et une sortie (72) du trajet d'écoulement d'évacuation d'encre (721), et qui empêche l'encre de s'écouler dans une direction opposée à la direction d'évacuation.
  8. Tête à jet d'encre (100) selon la revendication 7, dans laquelle,
    le trajet d'écoulement de dérivation (F2) est disposé à l'intérieur du réservoir d'encre (60), et
    le premier filtre (61) et le deuxième filtre (61) composent un filtre unique (61).
  9. Tête à jet d'encre (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 8, comprenant en outre un organe de fixation (54) qui fixe de manière amovible le réservoir d'encre (60).
  10. Dispositif d'impression à jet d'encre (1) comportant la tête à jet d'encre (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9.
