Claims (20)

  1. Système de charnière (204 ; 504) pour une fenêtre de toit ayant un dormant avec une pluralité d'éléments de dormant (11) et un châssis avec une pluralité d'éléments de châssis (21) et portant une vitre (3), ledit système de charnière (204 ; 504) comprenant :
    un ensemble de charnières (205 ; 505), chacune comprenant une partie de charnière de dormant (251 ; 551) conçue pour être reliée à un élément latéral de dormant (11) dans un état monté, et une partie de charnière de châssis (252 ; 552) conçue pour être reliée à un élément latéral de châssis (21) opposé audit élément de dormant (11) à l'état monté, ladite partie de charnière de châssis (252 ; 552) étant conçue pour être tournée par rapport à la partie de charnière de dormant (251 ; 551) autour d'un axe de charnière (α) s'étendant sensiblement perpendiculairement à la direction longitudinale de l'élément latéral de dormant (11) et de l'élément latéral de châssis (21) à l'état monté, dans un intervalle angulaire prédéfini,
    un moyen de guidage assurant le guidage de la partie de charnière de châssis (252 ; 552) par rapport à la partie de charnière de dormant (251 ; 551), et
    un moyen de modulation de mouvement conçu pour agir sur la charnière (205) afin d'affecter le mouvement de la partie de charnière de châssis (252 ; 552) par rapport à la partie de charnière de dormant (251 ; 551) sur au moins une partie de l'intervalle angulaire prédéfini,

    le moyen de modulation de mouvement comprend un dispositif de freinage (208 ; 508), et
    la crémaillère du dispositif de transmission (206 ; 506) du moyen de guidage est reliée au dispositif de freinage (208 ; 508).
  2. Système de charnière selon la revendication 1, le moyen de modulation de mouvement comprenant un dispositif de sollicitation (507).
  3. Système de charnière selon la revendication 2, le dispositif de sollicitation (507) comprenant un ressort.
  4. Système de charnière selon la revendication 3, le ressort du dispositif de sollicitation (507) étant un ressort hélicoïdal qui est fixé à une extrémité à une butée et à l'autre extrémité à un élément de liaison assurant la liaison avec le moyen de guidage du système de charnière (504).
  5. Système de charnière selon la revendication 4, la butée étant fixe dans le système de charnière (504) et l'élément de liaison étant mobile.

Système de charnière selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le dispositif de freinage (208 ; 508) comprenant une pluralité de roues (2081), de préférence reliées à la partie de charnière de dormant (251 ; 551), pour interagir avec un élément de mise en prise (2082) en relation avec le moyen de guidage (206 ; 506) du système de charnière.
  7. Système de charnière selon la revendication 6, ladite pluralité de roues (2081) étant inclinées vers ledit élément de mise en prise (2082) et/ou formant un chemin convergent.
  8. Système de charnière selon la revendication 6 ou 7, l'élément de mise en prise du dispositif de freinage (208 ; 508) comprenant une barre (2082) pour coopérer avec la pluralité de roues (2081).
  9. Système de charnière selon la revendication 6 ou 7, le moyen de guidage (306) du système de charnière (304) comprenant une configuration en arc et l'élément de mise en prise du dispositif de freinage (308) comprenant un élément coulissant (3082) pour coopérer avec la pluralité de roues (3081).
  10. Système de charnière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, la crémaillère (61) étant reliée au dispositif de sollicitation (7 ; 107).
  11. Système de charnière selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, la partie de charnière de dormant (251 ; 551) comprenant une plaque de base et la partie de charnière de châssis (252 ; 552) comprenant une plaque de base, la fiche de charnière (253 ; 553) étant de préférence reliée à la plaque de base de la partie de charnière de dormant (251 ; 551) et tourillonnée dans la partie de charnière de châssis (252 ; 552).
  12. Système de charnière selon la revendication 11, la partie de charnière de châssis (252 ; 552) comprenant une partie de pont reliée à la plaque de base et une partie d'arc reliée à la partie de pont.
  13. Système de charnière selon la revendication 1, le moyen de modulation de mouvement comprenant un dispositif d'entraînement externe.
  14. Fenêtre de toit comprenant :
    un dormant (1) avec une pluralité d'éléments de dormant (11) définissant un plan de dormant et conçu pour être relié à une structure porteuse de charge d'un toit d'un bâtiment ;
    un châssis (2) avec une pluralité d'éléments de châssis (21) et portant une vitre (3) définissant un plan de châssis représenté par une ligne de vitre supérieure (t) ; et
    un système de charnière (204 ; 504) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que
    l'axe de charnière (α) du système de charnière (204 ; 504) est situé à l'extérieur de la ligne de vitre supérieure (t).
  15. Fenêtre de toit selon la revendication 14, la distance entre l'axe de charnière (α) et la ligne de vitre supérieure (t) se situant dans l'intervalle compris entre 0 et 50 mm, de préférence entre 5 et 30 mm, mieux encore entre 10 et 20 mm.
