Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen zweiteiligen Fachboden sowie ein Regal mit solchen Fachböden.
  • Fachböden werden mittels Beschlägen an Regalpfosten befestigt und bestehen meist aus Holzwerkstoff oder aus Blech, um eine ausreichende Tragfähigkeit sicherzustellen. Für jedes gewünschte Oberflächendekor oder -material müssen allerdings jeweils entsprechend viele tragfähige Fachböden vorgehalten werden.
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen alternativen Fachbodenaufbau anzugeben, der einerseits die erforderliche Tragfähigkeit aufweist und andererseits eine hohe Vielfalt an Oberflächendekoren und -materialien ermöglicht.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch einen Fachboden mit einem rechteckigen Unterteil und einem darauf auflegbaren oder aufgelegten, rechteckigen Oberteil gelöst, die beide an ihren Ecken jeweils vorzugsweise rechteckige Eckaussparungen für Regalpfosten aufweisen, wobei das Unterteil ein Blechteil aus Metall mit einer bis auf die Eckaussparungen rechteckigen Bodenfläche und mit vier jeweils von der Bodenfläche rechtwinklig nach oben abgewinkelten Seitenwänden ist, wobei das Unterteil im Bereich der Eckaussparungen jeweils mittels eines vorzugsweise W-förmigen Stufenprofils verstärkt ist, dessen zwei äußere Schenkel am Unterteil befestigt sind und dessen zwei innere Schenkel der rechtwinkligen Eckkontur der Eckaussparung folgen, und wobei einer oder beide inneren Schenkel eine Befestigungsöffnung aufweisen. Vorzugsweise weisen das Unterteil und das Oberteil deckungsgleiche Grundrisse auf.
  • Erfindungsgemäß dient das Unterteil als Auflage für das Oberteil, welches - anders als das Unterteil - keine den Fachboden tragende Funktion zu übernehmen braucht. Die Erfindung ermöglicht es, das Oberteil unabhängig vom Unterteil auszubilden und zum Beispiel Oberteile mit unterschiedlichen Oberflächen anzubieten. Das jeweilige Unterteil kann für verschiedene Oberteile dann gleich ausgebildet sein. Verschiedene Oberteile können unterschiedliche Oberfläche, z.B. in Form von unterschiedlichen Furnieren oder Beklebungen, aufweisen. Das Oberteil kann ebenfalls aus Blech sein oder, was bevorzugt ist, eine Platte aus einem weniger bzw. nicht tragfähigen Material, wie z.B. Holz oder Kunststoff, gefertigt sein. Durch das W- bzw. treppenförmige Stufenprofil sind das Unterteil und damit der gesamte Fachboden in den Eckaussparungen, wo die Befestigung an den Regalpfosten erfolgt, verstärkt und stabilisiert.
  • Die beiden äußeren Schenkel des Stufenprofils sind bevorzugt an das Unterteil, insbesondere an die Seitenwände, angeschweißt und liegen innenseitig an den Seitenwänden des Unterteils an.
  • Die beiden inneren Schenkel des Stufenprofils dienen zur Anlage an den Regalpfosten und sind entweder bündig mit der Eckkontur der Eckaussparung des Unterteils angeschlossen, oder stehen über die Eckkontur nach außen vor.
  • Vorzugsweise weist die Bodenfläche des Unterteils mindestens eine Zugangsöffnung auf, die von der Unterseite des Unterteils einen Zugang zu der Befestigungsöffnung des Stufenprofils ermöglicht. Über diese Zugangsöffnung kann bei der Regalmontage eines Fachbodens mit aneinander geklebten Unter- und Oberteilen eine Schraube in die Befestigungsöffnung eingesetzt und, z.B. mittels eines abgewinkelten Inbusschlüssels, in eine Gewindebohrung des Regalpfostens geschraubt und bei der Regaldemontage wieder entfernt werden. Die Schraube kann auch vorpositioniert sein und die Eckverstärkung dafür ein zur Seite hin geöffnete Befestigungsöffnung aufweisen.
  • Das Oberteil kann auf das bereits an den vertikalen Regalpfosten befestigte Unterteil aufgelegt und optional erst dabei mit dem Unterteil gefügt werden. Alternativ können das Unterteil und das Oberteil aber auch bereits vor der Regalmontage aneinander gefügt sein.
  • Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein montiertes Regal mit vertikalen Regalpfosten und mit mindestens einem wie oben ausgebildeten horizontalen Fachboden, wobei das Unterteil an den Regalpfosten jeweils mittels mindestens einer Schraube befestigt ist, welche die Befestigungsöffnung des Stufenprofils durchgreift und in ein Gewindeloch des Regalpfostens eingeschraubt ist, und wobei das Oberteil auf dem Unterteil aufliegt. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Ausgestaltung der Fachböden wird ein stabiler, flexibler und leicht montier- sowie demontierbarer Aufbau des Regals realisiert.
  • Vorzugsweise sind die Regalpfosten als Vierkantrohre aus Metall ausgebildet, deren Querschnitt im Falle eines endseitigen Regalpfostens bevorzugt der Eckaussparung des Fachbodens entspricht und im Falle eines zwischen zwei Fachböden liegenden Regalpfostens doppelt so groß wie die Eckaussparungen der Fachböden ist.
  • Weitere Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der Beschreibung, den Ansprüchen und der Zeichnung. Ebenso können die vorstehenden genannten und die noch weiter aufgeführten Merkmale je für sich oder zu mehreren in beliebigen Kombinationen Verwendung finden. Die gezeigten und beschriebenen Ausführungsformen sind nicht als abschließende Aufzählung zu verstehen, sondern haben vielmehr beispielhaften Charakter für die Schilderung der Erfindung.

  • Das in Fig. 1 gezeigte Regal 1 umfasst vertikale Regalpfosten 2, an denen jeweils mehrere rechteckige Fachböden 3 horizontal befestigt sind. Die Fachböden 3 sind an ihren vier Ecken jeweils an einem Regalpfosten 2 befestigt. Die Regalpfosten 2 sind Vierkantrohre mit Gewindebohrungen 4, welche in einem Höhenraster angeordnet sind.
  • Wie in Fig. 2 gezeigt, ist der Fachboden 3 aus einem tragenden Unterteil 10 und einem Oberteil 20 zusammengesetzt. Das Unterteil 10 und das Oberteil 20 weisen beide den gleichen rechteckigen Grundriss mit rechteckigen Eckaussparungen 11, 21 für die Regalpfosten 2 auf.
  • Das in Fign. 3a , 3b im Detail gezeigte Unterteil 10 ist ein Blechteil aus Metall und weist eine rechteckige Bodenfläche 12, die an ihren vier Ecken jeweils die rechteckige Eckaussparung 11, also eine nach innen gerichtete, rechtwinklige Eckkontur 13, aufweist, vier jeweils von der Bodenfläche 12 rechtwinklig nach oben abgewinkelte Seitenwände 14 und vier jeweils von den Seitenwänden 14 rechtwinklig nach innen abgewinkelte, oberseitige Ränder 15 auf. Die oberseitigen Ränder 15 verlaufen parallel zur Bodenfläche 12 und dienen als Auflage für das Oberteil 20. Das Unterteil 10 ist im Bereich der Eckaussparungen 11 jeweils mittels eines angeschweißten Stufenprofils 16 aus Metall verstärkt.
  • Wie in Fig. 4 gezeigt, ist das Stufenprofil 16 ein W- bzw. treppenförmiges Stufenprofil mit zwei inneren Schenkeln 16a und zwei äußeren Schenkeln 16b. Die beiden inneren Schenkel 16a sind gegeneinander um einen inneren 90°-Winkel 17a und die beiden äußeren Schenkel 16b, jeweils auf der dem inneren 90°-Winkel 17a gegenüberliegenden Profilseite, gegenüber den inneren Schenkeln 16a jeweils um einen äußeren 90°-Winkel 17b abgewinkelt. Die beiden inneren Schenkel 16a weisen jeweils noch eine Befestigungsöffnung 18 auf, die beispielsweise, wie in Fig. 3a gezeigt, als ein Loch oder, wie in Fig. 4 gezeigt, als ein nach unten randseitig offener Schlitz ausgeführt sein kann.
  • Die zwischen zwei benachbarten Seitenwänden 14 vorhandene Eckaussparung 11 ist somit mittels des Stufenprofils 16 überbrückt, dessen äußere Schenkel 16b innenseitig an den Seitenwänden 14 des Unterteils 10 anliegen und daran angeschweißt sind und dessen innere Schenkel 16a der rechtwinkligen Eckkontur 13 der Eckaussparung 11 folgen. Bevorzugt schließen die beiden inneren Schenkel 16a bündig mit der Eckkontur 13 ab, aber können alternativ auch über die Eckkontur 13 nach außen vorstehen. Bei Bedarf kann das Unterteil 10 zusätzlich zum Stufenprofil 16 auch noch weitere (versteckte) Verstärkungen aufweisen.
  • In den Eckbereichen weist die Bodenfläche 12 jeweils noch ein oder, wie im Ausführungsbeispiel gezeigt, zwei Zugangsöffnungen (z.B. Langlöcher) 19 auf, die von der Unterseite des Unterteils 10 einen Zugang zu den Befestigungslöchern 18 des Stufenprofils 16 ermöglichen.
  • Das Oberteil 20 ist eine rechteckige Platte, z.B. aus Holzwerkstoff, die an ihren vier Ecken jeweils die rechteckige Eckaussparung 21, also eine nach innen gerichtete, rechtwinklige Eckkontur 22, aufweist.
  • Bei der Montage des Regals 1 wird das Unterteil 10 an den Regalpfosten 2 jeweils mittels einer Schraube (z.B. Inbusschraube) 5 befestigt, welche die Befestigungsöffnung 18 des Stufenprofils 16 durchgreift und in die Gewindebohrung 4 des Regalpfostens 2 eingeschraubt ist. Das Stufenprofil 16 dient also nicht nur zur Verstärkung des Unterteils 10, sondern auch zur Befestigung des Unterteils 10 am Regalpfosten 2. Abschließend wird das Oberteil 20 zwischen die Regalpfosten 2 eingesetzt (Fig. 2) und auf die oberseitigen Ränder 15 des Unterteils 10 aufgelegt, wobei optional die beiden Teile 10, 20 miteinander verklebt werden können.
  • Alternativ können die beiden Teile 10, 20 auch schon vor der Montage des Regals 1 miteinander unlösbar verbunden, z.B. verklebt sein. In diesem Fall kann die Schraube 5 über die Zugangsöffnung 19 sowohl durch die Befestigungsöffnung 18 gesteckt als auch in die Gewindebohrung 4, z.B. mittels eines Inbusschlüssels, eingeschraubt werden. Analog ist für eine Demontage des Regals 1 die Schraube 5 über die Zugangsöffnung 19 zugänglich.
  • Sollen zwei Fachböden 2 eine spaltfreie Bodenfläche ausbilden, muss die Eckaussparung 11, 21 halb so groß wie der Querschnitt des dazwischenliegenden Regalpfostens 2 sein.

Claims (12)

  1. Fachboden (3) mit einem rechteckigen Unterteil (10) und einem darauf auflegbaren oder aufgelegten, rechteckigen Oberteil (20), die beide an ihren Ecken jeweils rechteckige Eckaussparungen (11, 21) für Regalpfosten (2) aufweisen, wobei das Unterteil (10) ein Blechteil aus Metall mit einer bis auf die Eckaussparungen (11) rechteckigen Bodenfläche (12) und mit vierjeweils von der Bodenfläche (12) rechtwinklig nach oben abgewinkelten Seitenwänden (14) ist, wobei das Unterteil (10) im Bereich der Eckaussparungen (11) jeweils mittels eines W-förmigen Stufenprofils (16) verstärkt ist, dessen zwei äußere Schenkel (16b) am Unterteil (10) befestigt sind und dessen zwei innere Schenkel (16a) der rechtwinkligen Eckkontur (13) der Eckaussparung (11) folgen und bündig mit der Eckkontur (13) der Eckaussparung (11) abschließen oder über die Eckkontur (13) nach außen vorstehen, und wobei mindestens einer der beiden inneren Schenkel (16a) eine Befestigungsöffnung (18) aufweist.
  2. Fachboden nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Unterteil (10) und das Oberteil (20) deckungsgleiche Grundrisse aufweisen.
  3. Fachboden nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden äußeren Schenkel (16b) des Stufenprofils (16) an das Unterteil (10), insbesondere an die Seitenwände (14), befestigt sind.
  4. Fachboden nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden äußeren Schenkel (16b) des Stufenprofils (16) innenseitig an den Seitenwänden (14) des Unterteils (10) anliegen.
  5. Fachboden nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beide inneren Schenkel (16a) des Stufenprofils (16) jeweils eine Befestigungsöffnung (18) aufweisen.
  6. Fachboden nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenfläche (12) des Unterteils (10) mindestens eine Zugangsöffnung (19) aufweist, die von der Unterseite des Unterteils (10) einen Zugang zu der Befestigungsöffnung (18) des Stufenprofils (16) ermöglicht.
  7. Fachboden nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Unterteil (10) und das Oberteil (20) aufeinander gelegt oder miteinander gefügt sind.
  8. Fachboden nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Oberteil (20) aus einem anderen Profil als das Unterteil (10) ist.
  9. Fachboden nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Oberteil (20) aus einem anderen Material als das Unterteil (10) ist.
  10. Fachboden nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Unterteil (10) vier jeweils von den Seitenwänden (14) rechtwinklig nach innen abgewinkelte, oberseitige Seitenrändern (15) als Auflage für das Oberteil (20) aufweist.
  11. Regal (1) mit vertikalen Regalpfosten (2) und mit mindestens einem horizontalen Fachboden (3) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Unterteil (10) an den Regalpfosten (2) jeweils mittels mindestens einer Schraube (5) befestigt ist, welche die Befestigungsöffnung (18) des Stufenprofils (16) durchgreift und in ein Gewindeloch (4) des Regalpfostens (2) eingeschraubt ist, und wobei das Oberteil (20) auf dem Unterteil (10) aufliegt.
  12. Regal nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Regalpfosten (2) als Vierkantrohre ausgebildet sind.
